High-efficient dynamic deodorization tower oil feed distributor includes: the device comprises a spraying rotary table (2), an oil spraying pipe (3), a locking nut (4), a rotary sleeve (5), a fixed shaft (6), a sealing oil cavity (8), an oil inlet pipe (9), a connecting flange (10), a driving blade (12), a splash oil pipe (11), a deodorizing tower cylinder body (1) and an oil inlet cavity (7); the method is obviously characterized in that:

c. a fixed shaft (6) is arranged below the sealed oil cavity (8) and is used for fixing the spraying turntable (2); the spraying turntable (2) rotates for 360 degrees by taking the fixed shaft (6) as the center;

d. the splash oil pipe (11) is vertically arranged on the bottom plate of the spraying turntable (2), and the outer circumference of the splash oil pipe (11) is sealed with the bottom plate by a welding method; the edible oil sprayed by the oil spraying pipe (3) is used as power and impacts on the driving blade (12) to rotate the spraying turntable;

e. when the oil level in the spraying turntable (2) is close to the height of the splash oil pipe (11), the edible oil uniformly overflows to the lower-layer filler from the inner pipe wall of the splash oil pipe (11); the edible oil close to the excircle of the spraying turntable (2) splashes out and falls onto the lower-layer filler due to the rotation of the spraying turntable (2); the free fatty acid and other impurities are separated from the neutral oil with high efficiency by the direct and indirect steam action of high temperature.

Background

Pure triglyceride has no odor, but the oil obtained by different preparation processes has different degrees of odor, some of which are favored by people, such as the odor of sesame oil and peanut oil, and some of which are not favored by people, such as the odor of rape oil and rice bran oil. Various odors associated with fats and oils are generally referred to as odors, and some of these odors are natural and some are new in oil production and processing. In the process of preparing and processing the grease, new peculiar smell such as burnt smell, solvent smell, soil-floating smell, hydrogenated peculiar smell and the like can be generated. In addition, some oils and fats have special taste, such as odor generated by sulfide such as isothiocyanate in rape oil.
