A compressor end cover comprising a receiving cavity (10) for receiving at least a portion of a rotating shaft (30) and a bearing (20), said receiving cavity (10) having a bearing mounting face (13), said bearing (20) being located between said bearing mounting face (13) and said rotating shaft (30), characterized in that said compressor end cover further comprises:

Technical Field

Background

The centrifugal compressor bearing needs to be provided with an emergency oil supply system to ensure that the compressor can be safely stopped after the oil system suddenly fails. At present, an emergency oil supply system is generally provided with an emergency oil tank, and lubricating oil in the emergency oil tank is distributed to each bearing.

However, the emergency oil tank needs enough space to satisfy the oil supply of each bearing. The phenomenon of uneven oil distribution easily appears in the later stage of emergency oil supply, thereby causing the bearing to be burnt black or even burnt out.

In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a compressor end cover and a compressor with the same, and at least solves the technical problem that an emergency oil system of the compressor cannot supply oil effectively.

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a compressor cover including a receiving cavity for receiving at least a portion of a rotating shaft and a bearing, the receiving cavity having a bearing mounting surface, the bearing being located between the bearing mounting surface and the rotating shaft, the compressor cover further including: the end cover comprises an end cover main body, a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, wherein the end cover main body is provided with a first end face and a second end face which are oppositely arranged, and the first end face is used for being pressed on the compressor main body; the oil storage part is arranged on the first end surface and is provided with an oil storage cavity for storing lubricating oil; one end of the oil supply channel is communicated with the oil storage cavity, and the other end of the oil supply channel is connected with the bearing, so that lubricating oil is supplied to the bearing through the oil supply channel.

This compressor end cover satisfies the fuel feeding to the bearing through oil storage chamber and fuel feeding passageway, can guarantee the compressor can the safety shut down after the oil system of compressor became invalid suddenly, and then has solved the unable effective oil feeding's of emergent oil system of compressor technical problem.

The invention provides a compressor end cover, please refer to fig. 1 to 8, the compressor end cover includes a receiving cavity 10 for receiving at least part of a rotating shaft 30 and a bearing 20, the receiving cavity 10 has a bearing mounting surface 13, the bearing 20 is located between the bearing mounting surface 13 and the rotating shaft 30, the compressor end cover includes: the end cover comprises an end cover main body 40, wherein the end cover main body 40 is provided with a first end face and a second end face which are oppositely arranged, and the first end face is used for being pressed on the compressor main body 110; an oil reservoir 50, the oil reservoir 50 being provided on the first end surface, the oil reservoir 50 having an oil reservoir chamber 51 for storing lubricating oil; and an oil supply passage 70, one end of the oil supply passage 70 being communicated with the oil storage chamber 51, and the other end of the oil supply passage 70 being connected to the bearing 20, so that the lubricating oil is supplied to the bearing 20 through the oil supply passage 70.

The compressor end cover of the invention is provided with the oil storage part and the oil storage cavity 51 on the oil storage part, so that enough lubricating oil can be stored to supply oil for the bearing 20, the compressor end cover is also provided with the oil supply channel 70, and the oil supply channel 70 is used for communicating the oil storage cavity 51 and the bearing 20, so that the lubricating oil in the oil storage cavity 51 is supplied to the bearing 20 through the oil supply channel 70. The compressor end cover meets the requirement of oil supply to the bearing 20 through the oil storage cavity 51 and the oil supply channel 70, can ensure that the compressor can be safely stopped after the oil system of the compressor suddenly fails, and further solves the technical problem that the emergency oil system of the compressor cannot effectively supply oil.
