Traditional detection is mostly carried out step by step, the washing of metal surface, the spraying penetrant, spraying developer and last observation are separately gone on the operation panel of difference, it is more troublesome to do the penetration detection through this kind of mode, and it is manual spraying mostly to carry out when spraying penetrant and developer to metal surface when metal penetration detects, not only inefficiency to metal surface spraying penetrant and developer through the manual work, but also there is the inhomogeneous problem of paining, penetrant and developer spraying inhomogeneous can produce the influence to metal penetration detection, lead to the testing result inaccurate.

3. The working principle of the invention is as follows:
