The upper plate discharging device 6 is specifically operated as follows, firstly, the upper plate discharging lifting cylinder 54 drives the upper plate discharging lifting seat 55 to descend, then the upper plate feeding suction device 58 sucks the upper plate 13 on the turnover material taking device 7, then the upper plate feeding lifting cylinder 54 returns to the original position, then the upper plate feeding rotary motor 57 drives the upper plate feeding suction device 58 to rotate, further adjusting the trend of the sucked upper plate 13, then driving the upper plate discharging movable seat 53 to move a specific distance through the upper plate discharging movable cylinder 52, at this time, the upper plate 13 is located at the position right above the carrier 3 and corresponding to the lower plate 12 thereon, then driving the upper plate suction device 58 to descend through the upper plate discharging lifting cylinder 54, thereby realizing the bonding combination of the upper plate 13 and the lower plate 11, then releasing the upper plate suction means 58, and then the upper plate discharging device 6 is returned to the original position, thus completing the discharging operation of the upper plates 13 in sequence.

As shown in fig. 5, the lower plate discharging device 4 comprises a lower plate discharging seat 21 arranged on the frame 1, a lower plate discharging lifting cylinder 22 is arranged on the lower plate discharging seat 21, a lower plate discharging lifting seat 23 is arranged on the lower plate discharging lifting cylinder 22, a lower plate discharging rotating motor 24 is arranged on the lower plate discharging lifting seat 23, the lower plate discharging rotating motor 24 is connected with a lower plate discharging rotating rod 25, and the outer end of the lower plate discharging rotating rod 25 is connected with a lower plate discharging suction device 26.

The specific operation of the lower plate discharging device 4 is as follows, firstly, the lower plate discharging lifting cylinder 22 drives the whole body to descend, then the lower plate discharging suction device 26 sucks the combination of the lower plate 11 and the film 12, and then the combination of the lower plate 11 and the film 12 is placed on the carrier 3 through the cooperation of the lower plate discharging lifting cylinder 22 and the lower plate discharging rotating motor 24, so that the discharging operation of the combination of the lower plate and the film is completed.

As shown in fig. 4, the carrier mounting seat 14 is further provided with a material loading lifting cylinder 16, the material loading lifting cylinder 16 is connected with a material loading lifting block 17, a material loading hinged block 19 is arranged below the material loading plate 18, and the two material loading hinged blocks 19 are respectively hinged on the material loading seat 15 and the material loading lifting block 17.
