3. A method for preparing a soluble solution containing 6-furfurylaminopurine and gibberellic acid GA4+7 according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:

(1) respectively weighing 6-furfuryl aminopurine and at least one of formic acid, benzoic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, carbonic acid, stearic acid, dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide to completely dissolve the 6-furfuryl aminopurine in the solvent;

(2) weighing gibberellic acid GA4+7 and at least one of methanol and ethanol to completely dissolve the gibberellic acid GA4+7 in the solvent;

(3) uniformly mixing the two solutions in the steps (1) and (2), adding a surfactant, and finally adding ethanol or methanol to supplement the preparation amount;

(4) and (5) packaging the finished product after sampling inspection is qualified.
