The raw preparation process of the tropaeolum Weishu tablet is that the medicine flavor of the old snake lotus is directly crushed without extraction and is used as the medicine, and the impurity components are more, so the preparation method is difficult to be suitable for preparing the granules.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to specific examples, without limiting the scope of protection and the scope of application of the invention:

first, research of extraction process

The old snakegourd lotus has sweet and slightly bitter taste and cold property, has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, removing blood stasis and relieving pain, resisting inflammation and the like, and is mainly used for treating symptoms such as sore throat, stomachache, diphtheria and the like.

1. Selection of extraction vehicle

The following extraction methods have been compared:

(1) the method comprises the following steps: taking 100g of oldenlandia, adding 10 times of water, decocting twice for 2 hours each time, filtering, combining filtrates, concentrating into thick paste, and drying at 60 ℃ to obtain dry paste.

(2) The method 2 comprises the following steps: taking 100g of oldenlandia, adding 10 times of 50% ethanol solution, heating, refluxing and extracting twice, each time for 2 hours, filtering, combining filtrates, concentrating into thick paste, and drying at 60 ℃ to obtain dry paste.

(3) The method 2 comprises the following steps: taking 100g of oldenlandia, adding 10 times of ethanol, heating, refluxing and extracting twice, each time for 2 hours, filtering, combining filtrates, concentrating into thick paste, and drying at 60 ℃ to obtain dry paste.

Saponins are used as main effective components of the oldenlandia, the invention selects the extraction method of the oldenlandia by observing the paste yield and the total saponin content of the thick paste, and the result is shown in table 1.

As shown in Table 1, the method (2) has high yield and high total saponin content, and 50% ethanol solution is selected for reflux extraction.

On the basis of the above comparative experiment, a screening test was also performed on the concentration of the ethanol solution, and the results of reflux extraction of three ethanol solutions of different concentrations, 40%, 50%, and 60%, were compared by the method (2), as shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the reflux extraction yield of 50% ethanol and 60% ethanol is equivalent to the tetrahydropalmatine content, indicating that 50% ethanol solution has been completely extracted, and 50% ethanol is selected for reflux extraction.
