A filtering and dispersing device is characterized in that the dispersing and filtering device is an inverted basket filter and comprises a circular filter screen and a cylindrical filter screen, wherein the upper end of the cylindrical filter screen is fixed with the circular filter screen; arc-shaped baffles which are spirally distributed are arranged on the upper surface of the circular filter screen.

2. The filtering and dispersing device of claim 1, wherein said cylindrical filter net is a hollow cylindrical filter net; the diameter of the filtering hole of the cylindrical filtering net is 5-15 mm; the aperture ratio of the cylindrical filter screen is 50-60%.

3. The filtering and dispersing device of claim 1, wherein the height of the cylindrical filter screen is 150 to 170 mm; the diameter of the circular filter screen is 100-600 mm.

4. The filtering and dispersing device of claim 1, wherein said circular filter net is made by punching holes on a circular steel plate; the center of the circular filter screen is provided with a center hole, and the non-center of the circular steel plate is provided with a filter hole.

5. The filtering and dispersing device of claim 4, wherein the diameter of the central hole of the circular filter screen is 10-100 mm; the diameter of the filtering hole of the circular filtering net is 5-15 mm; the aperture ratio of the circular filter screen is 50-60%.

6. The filter dispersion device of claim 1 wherein said arcuate baffles have a height of 50 to 500 mm.

7. The filter dispersion device of claim 1, wherein the number of said baffles is 6.

The filter dispersion device of claim 4 wherein said baffle is welded to said circular filter screen along said central opening; the spiral distribution direction of the arc-shaped baffle plates is opposite to the stirring direction of a stirring device in the esterification kettle or the PTA slurry preparation tank.

9. The filtering and dispersing device according to claim 1, wherein rib plates are arranged in the cylindrical filter screen, and two ends of the rib plates are fixed on the inner wall of the cylindrical filter screen.

10. The filter dispersion assembly of claim 1 wherein a support ring is positioned along the bottom of said cylindrical screen and secured to the inner wall of said cylindrical screen.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of chemical production, relates to a filtering and dispersing device, and particularly relates to a filtering and dispersing device for a PBT esterification kettle or a PTA slurry preparation tank in a PBT production device.

Background

The PBT is prepared in the esterification kettle, in the preparation process, the mixing effect of the esterified substances in the esterification kettle is crucial to the esterification reaction, and the esterification reaction can be effectively improved by improving the mixing effect of the esterified substances. Meanwhile, when the PBT is prepared, a titanium catalyst such as tetrabutyl titanate is adopted, and due to the hydrolysis phenomenon of the catalyst, on one hand, hydrolysate is discharged from an esterification kettle as far as possible, and the scaling phenomenon of the esterification kettle is relieved; on the other hand, no filtering measure is provided at the outlet in the existing esterification kettle, the outlet is directly communicated with an esterification pump (generally adopting a gear pump), once large blocks or excessive hydrolysate enters the esterification pump in a short time, the blockage and the shutdown of the pump are easy to happen, and the serious influence is caused to the production.

Chinese patent application 201410007480.4 discloses that adding a spiral baffle on the inner wall of a PU resin reaction kettle increases the stirring, and the spiral baffle occupies the space of the reaction kettle, which may affect the arrangement of internal heating tubes and the arrangement of the stirrer. Patent EP20120290266 discloses that baffles are arranged on the inner wall of a reaction kettle to enhance contact and fusion between reaction materials, and simultaneously, the stirring force is enhanced through the collision effect of the baffles. Patent WO2008US02270 discloses a reation kettle polyester device, and the device does not establish the agitator, establishes the toper filter screen on reaction mixing arrangement casing lower extreme discharge gate upper end, establish the water conservancy diversion strip on the filter screen, gear motor is connected to the filter screen, establishes the gel discharge port on the reaction mixing arrangement casing of toper filter screen lower extreme.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a filtering and dispersing device which can disperse catalyst hydrolysate in an esterification kettle, ensure that a small amount of esterified substances are orderly taken out, avoid pump blockage of an esterification pump and improve the mixing effect of the esterified substances in the esterification kettle. The filtering and dispersing device is arranged above a discharge hole of an esterification kettle, and is suitable for the condition that the inner wall of the esterification kettle is not suitable for additionally arranging a baffle plate.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a filtering and dispersing device is an inverted basket filter and comprises a top circular filter screen and a cylindrical filter screen, wherein the upper end of the cylindrical filter screen is fixed with the circular filter screen, and the lower end of the cylindrical filter screen is used for being fixed on the inner wall around a discharge port of an esterification kettle or a PTA slurry preparation tank; arc-shaped baffles which are spirally distributed are arranged on the upper surface of the circular filter screen.

The cylindrical filter screen is a hollow cylindrical filter screen; the diameter of the filtering hole of the cylindrical filtering net is 5-15 mm; the aperture ratio of the cylindrical filter screen is 50-60%, and preferably 58%.

The height of the cylindrical filter screen is 150-170 mm. The diameter of the cylindrical filter screen is larger than that of the discharge hole of the esterification kettle or the PTA slurry preparation tank.

The circular filter screen is manufactured by opening holes on a circular steel plate; the diameter of the circular filter screen is 100-600 mm.

A center hole is formed in the circle center of the circular filter screen, and the diameter of the center hole is 10-100 mm; the non-circle center position of the circular steel plate is provided with uniformly distributed filter holes, and the diameter of each filter hole is 5-15 mm. The aperture ratio of the circular filter screen is 50-60%, and the preferred aperture ratio is 58%.

The height of the arc-shaped baffle plate is 50-500 mm.

The number of the arc-shaped baffles is 6. The arc-shaped baffle is welded on the circular filter screen along the central hole. The spiral distribution direction of the arc-shaped baffle is opposite to the stirring direction of a stirring device in the esterification kettle or the PTA slurry preparation tank, so that the reinforced stirring effect is achieved.

The cylindrical filter screen is internally provided with a rib plate, and two ends of the rib plate are fixed on the inner wall of the cylindrical filter screen and used for reinforcing and fixing the cylindrical filter screen. The rib plates are stainless steel plates. Preferably, the number of the rib plates is at least 2.

The bottom of the support ring is used for fixing the inner wall around the discharge outlet of the esterification kettle or the PTA slurry preparation tank so as to strengthen and fix the cylindrical filter screen. The support ring is a stainless steel ring.

The filtering and dispersing device is suitable for various devices in kettles and tanks which need to be additionally provided with dispersing and filtering functions.

Specifically, the lower end of the filtering and dispersing device of the present invention may be welded and fixed to the inner wall around the discharge port of the esterification kettle or the PTA slurry preparation tank, and the spiral distribution direction of the arc-shaped baffle of the filtering and dispersing device is opposite to the stirring direction of the stirring device in the esterification kettle or the PTA slurry preparation tank.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the filtering and dispersing device is an inverted basket filter, and the lower end of the basket filter is welded and fixed on the inner wall of a discharge port of an esterification kettle or a PTA slurry preparation tank. The spiral distribution direction of the baffle plate is opposite to the material stirring rotation direction, so that the stirring strengthening effect is achieved, and the mixing effect of the esterified substances in the esterification kettle is improved; the central hole of the top circular filter screen is used for passing larger substances, so that accumulation is avoided, and the filter screen of the small hole is prevented from being blocked to cause unsmooth discharging; evenly distributed filtration pores on the circumferential surfaces of the top circular filter screen and the cylindrical filter screen play a role in filtration, hydrolysates in the esterification kettle can be dispersed, a small amount of hydrolysates are orderly taken out after dispersion, the esterification pump is prevented from being blocked, and the hot cleaning period of the device is prolonged to one year by half a year.
