As shown in fig. 1, a holding device for dispensing instruments comprises a supporting platform 1, a left vertical beam 2 and a right vertical beam 3 which are oppositely and fixedly connected to the supporting platform 1 from left to right, a left horizontal beam 4 and a right horizontal beam 5 which are respectively and rotatably connected to the upper end of the left vertical beam 2 and the upper end of the right vertical beam 3, and a left driving motor 6 and a right driving motor 7 which are respectively and fixedly arranged on the left side of the left vertical beam 2 and the right side of the right vertical beam 3;
