A casting carrying cart comprises a sliding cart frame (1), wherein a cross clamping frame (2) is hinged to the sliding cart frame (1), a clamping part (2-1) is arranged at the front end of the cross clamping frame (2), and a handle (3) is connected to the rear end of the cross clamping frame (2);

The invention relates to the technical field of casting production and processing, in particular to a casting carrying cart.

Background

At present, in the field of precision casting, a casting mold is used for forming a shell of a part, which is generally a ceramic shell, in the casting process, the casting mold wrapped with ceramic fiber cotton or a molding sand box with the casting mold is placed in a roasting furnace for roasting, the roasting temperature is generally over one thousand ℃, and then the casting mold or the molding sand box with the casting mold is transferred from the roasting furnace to a casting chamber of the smelting furnace in a high temperature state for casting the part.

The conventional transfer mode of the casting mold or the molding sand box is manual transfer or mechanical transmission transfer, the labor intensity of manual transfer is high, and the casting mold or the molding sand box is easily burnt or scalded. Chinese patent discloses a transfer device (CN 206215900U) for transferring a casting mold or a molding flask in precision casting, comprising: the transfer frame body opens and closes to clamp or release the casting mold or the molding sand box when stressed, the transfer frame body comprises a clamping head which opens and closes to clamp or release the casting mold or the molding sand box, and the end part of the clamping head is connected with a stressed member which bears acting force to open or close the clamping head through a connecting member; the lower part of the transfer frame body is connected with a supporting frame body for supporting the transfer frame body, and the supporting frame body is supported on the ground in a sliding manner.

During the use process, the following are found:

the transfer frame body is completely clamped by hands of an operator, the operator needs to push the vehicle to advance or turn by using the hands, and therefore the clamping position of the front end is easy to loosen, and potential safety hazards exist.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a casting carrying cart.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a casting carrying cart comprises a sliding cart frame, wherein a cross clamping frame is hinged to the sliding cart frame, a clamping part is arranged at the front end of the cross clamping frame, and a handle is connected to the rear end of the cross clamping frame; the middle part of the upper end of the sliding frame is fixedly provided with a support, and the cross clamping frame is hinged at the upper end of the support; a supporting sleeve is fixed on the rear side of the cross-shaped clamping frame and provided with an internal thread; the rear end of the supporting sleeve is provided with an adjusting stud in a threaded connection mode, and a baffle is fixed at the rear end of the adjusting stud; a sliding block is slidably mounted on the supporting sleeve, and a spring is fixedly connected to the rear side of the sliding block; and the two sides of the supporting sleeve are hinged with gas spring rods, and the other ends of the gas spring rods are hinged at the rear ends of the cross-shaped clamping frames on the corresponding sides.

And a pull pin is fixed at the upper end of the sliding block.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

before clamping, the inner ends of the two gas spring rods incline forwards, and the springs are separated from the baffle; the air spring rod and the spring do not influence the opening and closing actions of the cross clamping frame;

after clamping, pulling the pull pin backwards, and moving the slide block backwards to finally enable the inner ends of the two gas spring rods to tilt backwards, wherein the springs are abutted against the baffle; under the action of the air spring rod and the spring, a clamping force is applied to the cross-shaped clamping frame, so that an operator does not need to clamp the cross-shaped clamping frame with force by using both hands, the stability of a clamping part of the cross-shaped clamping frame is ensured, and the potential safety hazard of loosening is eliminated;

the adjusting stud can be adjusted forwards and backwards, so that the pressure on the spring is adjusted, and the clamping device is suitable for clamping casting molds or molding sand boxes with different sizes.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the casting carrying cart comprises a sliding frame 1, wherein a cross clamping frame 2 is hinged to the sliding frame 1, a clamping portion 2-1 is arranged at the front end of the cross clamping frame 2, and a handle 3 is connected to the rear end of the cross clamping frame 2.

A support 4 is fixed in the middle of the upper end of the sliding frame 1, and a cross-shaped clamping frame 2 is hinged to the upper end of the support 4; a supporting sleeve 5 is fixed on the rear side of the cross clamping frame 2, and the supporting sleeve 5 is provided with internal threads; the rear end of the supporting sleeve 5 is provided with an adjusting stud 6 through threaded connection, and the rear end of the adjusting stud 6 is fixed with a baffle 7.

A sliding block 8 is slidably mounted on the supporting sleeve 5, a pull pin 11 is fixed at the upper end of the sliding block 8, and a spring 9 is fixedly connected to the rear side of the sliding block 8; the two sides of the supporting sleeve 5 are hinged with a gas spring rod 10, and the other end of the gas spring rod 10 is hinged at the rear end of the cross-shaped clamping frame 2 at the corresponding side.

Before the clamping, the clamping is carried out,

the inner ends of the two gas spring rods incline forwards, and the springs are separated from the baffle; the air spring rod and the spring do not influence the opening and closing actions of the cross clamping frame;
