Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lithium battery production, in particular to a non-stop device for tape splicing.
Background
In the manufacturing process of the lithium battery, the discharging mechanisms of the positive and negative pole pieces of the automatic winding machine discharge the material rolls, and the positive and negative pole pieces are finally wound into the battery cell through the procedures of tab welding, protective tape sticking, manipulator feeding, winding head winding and the like. The positive and negative pole piece discharging mechanisms are respectively provided with two hanging shafts, one hanging shaft is provided with a pole piece material roll which is in use, and the other hanging shaft is provided with a spare pole piece material roll.
In the prior art, when the pole piece material roll used by the winding machine is used up, the whole machine needs to be stopped, the automatic tape splicing device is started, the tail part of the pole piece in use and the head part of the spare pole piece material roll are bonded together by using an adhesive tape, and then the whole machine is restarted to continuously roll the battery cell. Because the tape splicing process needs to be stopped, the production efficiency is reduced.
Therefore, how to provide a device without stopping the belt splicing so as to improve the production efficiency is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide equipment for splicing a belt without stopping, which can effectively improve the production efficiency.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

Preferably, the pole piece material roll comprises a plurality of movable buffer passing rollers and a plurality of fixed buffer passing rollers, and the traction end of the pole piece material roll sequentially and alternately bypasses the fixed buffer passing rollers and the movable buffer passing rollers.
Preferably, the linear displacement driving device is a rodless cylinder, a sliding plate is arranged on a sliding block of the rodless cylinder, and the plurality of mobile buffer passing rollers are fixed on the same sliding plate.
Preferably, the pole piece winding device further comprises a clamping device arranged between the belt splicing device and the buffer device, and the clamping device is used for clamping the pole piece when the pole piece is completely wound on the pole piece.
