The splicing non-stop device according to claim 1, wherein the buffer device comprises a moving buffer roller, a fixed buffer roller and a linear displacement driving device, and the linear displacement driving device is used for driving the moving buffer roller to move towards or away from the fixed buffer roller.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the apparatus comprises a plurality of said movable buffer rollers and a plurality of said fixed buffer rollers, and the leading end of said roll of pole pieces alternately passes by said fixed buffer rollers and said movable buffer rollers in sequence.

4. The apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the linear displacement driving device is a rodless cylinder, a sliding plate is provided on a sliding block of the rodless cylinder, and a plurality of the moving buffer rollers are fixed on the same sliding plate.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lithium battery production, in particular to a non-stop device for tape splicing.

Background

In the manufacturing process of the lithium battery, the discharging mechanisms of the positive and negative pole pieces of the automatic winding machine discharge the material rolls, and the positive and negative pole pieces are finally wound into the battery cell through the procedures of tab welding, protective tape sticking, manipulator feeding, winding head winding and the like. The positive and negative pole piece discharging mechanisms are respectively provided with two hanging shafts, one hanging shaft is provided with a pole piece material roll which is in use, and the other hanging shaft is provided with a spare pole piece material roll.

In the prior art, when the pole piece material roll used by the winding machine is used up, the whole machine needs to be stopped, the automatic tape splicing device is started, the tail part of the pole piece in use and the head part of the spare pole piece material roll are bonded together by using an adhesive tape, and then the whole machine is restarted to continuously roll the battery cell. Because the tape splicing process needs to be stopped, the production efficiency is reduced.

Therefore, how to provide a device without stopping the belt splicing so as to improve the production efficiency is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide equipment for splicing a belt without stopping, which can effectively improve the production efficiency.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a splicing non-stop apparatus comprising: the buffer device is positioned between the tape splicing device and the welding device, the traction end of the pole piece material roll sequentially passes through the tape splicing device, the buffer device and the welding device, the tape splicing device is used for jointing the tail part of the pole piece material roll with the front part of the pole piece of the spare pole piece material roll when the pole piece material roll finishes unwinding the pole piece, and the buffer device is used for continuously providing the pole piece for the welding device when the pole piece material roll finishes unwinding the pole piece.

Preferably, the buffer device comprises a movable buffer roller, a fixed buffer roller and a linear displacement driving device, and the linear displacement driving device is used for driving the movable buffer roller to move towards or away from the fixed buffer roller.

Preferably, the pole piece material roll comprises a plurality of movable buffer passing rollers and a plurality of fixed buffer passing rollers, and the traction end of the pole piece material roll sequentially and alternately bypasses the fixed buffer passing rollers and the movable buffer passing rollers.

Preferably, the linear displacement driving device is a rodless cylinder, a sliding plate is arranged on a sliding block of the rodless cylinder, and the plurality of mobile buffer passing rollers are fixed on the same sliding plate.

Preferably, the pole piece winding device further comprises a clamping device arranged between the belt splicing device and the buffer device, and the clamping device is used for clamping the pole piece when the pole piece is completely wound on the pole piece.

Preferably, the welding device further comprises a driving roller for drawing the pole piece into the welding device.

Preferably, the pole piece winding machine further comprises a first winding shaft, and the head part of the standby pole piece winding roll is fixed on the first winding shaft.

The working process of the belt splicing non-stop equipment provided by the invention is as follows:

a: when the running pole piece material roll 1 is to be placed completely, the two clamping cylinders extend out simultaneously to clamp the pole piece 3;

b: starting the tape splicing device 6, cutting off the pole piece 3 in use and the spare pole piece simultaneously, and bonding the tail part of the pole piece in use and the front part of the spare material roll pole piece by using an adhesive tape to realize splicing of the pole piece 3 in use and the spare material roll pole piece;

c: the driving roller 14 drives the pole piece 3 to continuously feed the buffered pole piece in the buffer device into the welding device 13 according to the original beat, the step and the step b are carried out simultaneously, and the time of the buffered pole piece in the buffer device for the welding beat of the welding device 13 is longer than the time of pole piece tape splicing;

d: after the step b is finished, the clamping cylinder retracts to loosen the pole piece, the servo motor of the standby pole piece material roll 2 is driven to operate and discharge materials in an accelerating mode, the movable buffer cache over-roller 12 on the buffer memory device moves towards the direction departing from the fixed buffer cache over-roller 15, and the buffer memory device is filled with the pole piece 3;
