calculating to obtain an actual radius value when the current yarn group is unreeled according to the current rotating speed values of the yarn group installation cylinder and the guide wheel and the radius value of the guide wheel;
and calculating a target magnetic torque value of the hysteresis brake according to the actual radius value and the preset unwinding tension value when the yarn group is unwound, and adjusting the magnetic torque of the hysteresis brake according to the target magnetic torque value.
Technical Field

Background
The products with partial structure types of the optical cable need to use a large amount of aramid polyester yarns, and due to the use of the yarns and the use of small tension thereof, the number of guide wheels passing through the aramid unwinding process is expected to be reduced as much as possible, so that cable rolling and yarn breakage defective products caused by yarn branching and strand breakage are reduced.
The tensile property of the optical cable is mainly realized by the polyester yarn, and the polyester yarn needs to be provided with pretension in the paying-off process so as to improve the tensile property of the optical cable. The current realization method of the process equipment is as follows: the yarn ball is fixed on a support rod without rotating, and is directly released by utilizing a yarn back-twisting mode, a torsion spring type tension clamp is additionally arranged on a path, and the pretension of a tension torsion spring is overcome by means of the friction force of a magnetic ring between the yarn and the tension clamp, so that the release of small tension is realized. This pay-off method has the following problems: the constant-torque paying-off is adopted, the diameter of a yarn group is gradually reduced along with the paying-off in the paying-off process, so that the paying-off tension can be gradually increased, the tightness of the paid-off yarn is different, the tension of polyester yarns in the length direction of the optical cable is different, the phenomena of branching and strand breakage are easily caused, the hidden danger of inferior-quality products is caused, the tensile uniformity of the optical cable is influenced, and the mechanical performance of the optical cable is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a constant small-tension path direct pay-off device and a method thereof, aiming at realizing constant tension control on pay-off.

The constant small-tension path direct pay-off device provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the constant tension control of the paying-off can be realized by adjusting the magnetic moment value of the hysteresis brake in real time, so that the tension of the polyester yarn is constant in the paying-off process, the tensile uniformity of the polyester yarn is improved, the hidden danger of inferior-quality products is reduced, the tensile uniformity of the optical cable in the length direction is improved, and the overall mechanical performance of the optical cable is improved;
2. the speed measurement proximity switch is fixed on the guide wheel and the yarn ball mounting cylinder, the real-time radius of rotation of the end of the yarn cylinder can be calculated in real time according to the measured rotating speed, and the real-time radius is used as a magnetic moment adjusting basis of the hysteresis brake to adjust the magnetic moment of the hysteresis brake in real time, so that the constant tension control of paying-off can be realized;
3. the pay-off device adopts a simple principle, adjusts the magnetic torque of the hysteresis brake, has few friction points, cannot damage yarns, and has an ingenious structure;
