Background

As is well known, the existing collagen process is: in the extraction process of the collagen, firstly, adding a proper amount of water into the raw materials, mixing, steaming at high temperature, adding a proper amount of enzymolysis agent under a proper pH condition, carrying out enzymolysis extraction, and carrying out fine filtration after completion; and (3) concentrating and dehydrating the filtrate in an evaporation concentration system, and after the concentrated liquid reaches a certain concentration, feeding the concentrated liquid into spray drying equipment to obtain powder, namely the collagen.

However, the conventional collagen preparation process has many defects, such as: (1) the volume of the extracting solution is large, and the production period of the product is long; (2) the enzymolysis liquid does not thoroughly remove impurities, so that the quality of the collagen is influenced; (3) the resulting finished product often has a bitter and fishy smell; (4) the salt content is high.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide an extraction system of collagen, which has the advantages of simple structure, high extraction speed and high efficiency, and is suitable for extracting collagen from various sources.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a stirring device is disposed in the enzymolysis tank.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a water washing unit and a freeze-drying unit are further disposed between the salting-out unit and the collector.

The degreased raw materials are conveyed to a high-speed crusher to be mashed into paste, and then enter an enzymolysis tank, and a stirring device is arranged in the enzymolysis tank to stir enzymolysis liquid, so that enzymolysis reaction is fully performed, and the extraction rate of collagen is improved. The enzymolysis tank is also provided with a constant temperature device, the constant temperature device enables the temperature of the enzymolysis liquid to be between 35 and 45 ℃ all the time, the enzyme is in a high-activity temperature range, and the high-speed proceeding of the enzymolysis reaction is ensured.

The enzymatic hydrolysate enters a refrigerated centrifuge for refrigerated centrifugation treatment, and the obtained precipitate enters an alkaline washing tank to be dissolved; the dissolution solution is then fed to a salting-out unit for salting-out treatment, whereby crude collagen is obtained, which is then collected in a collector.

Crude collagen has many impurities and cannot be directly applied. Therefore, in this embodiment, a water washing unit and a freeze-drying unit are further disposed between the salting-out unit and the collector, wherein the water washing unit dissolves the obtained crude collagen in hot water to obtain a collagen solution; and (3) the collagen solution is subjected to primary filtration and then enters a freeze drying unit to obtain the primarily purified collagen.

The collagen extraction and purification system of this embodiment adopts enzymolysis method to extract, avoids acid-base hydrolysis to lead to collagen denaturation, and amino group molecular structure causes the problem of destruction, has preserved natural active triple helix structure. Secondly, the extraction system has simple structure, high extraction speed and high efficiency, and is suitable for extracting collagen from various sources.
