The invention relates to a water valve, in particular to a water valve for a spray cooling system of a coal mining machine, and belongs to the technical field of coal mining equipment.

Background

The existing water valve for the spray cooling system of the coal mining machine has the advantages that more dirt of a water path system is accumulated in the using process, a filter is frequently blocked, the spray dust falling effect is poor, the operation of a driver of the coal mining machine is influenced, the dust suction amount of workers is increased, the filter is blocked, the cooling water amount is reduced, the cooling effect is poor, the water valve is not beneficial to cooling of a motor, a rocker arm shell and an electric control system, the damage of parts is extremely easy to cause, the production system stops production, the production efficiency is reduced, and the great economic loss is caused for an ore deposit side.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a water valve which has a back flushing function, can effectively reduce the blocking condition of a filter, and improves the dust settling effect and the cooling effect of a coal mining machine.

Detailed Description

The invention discloses a water valve, which comprises a valve seat 7, a backflushing filter 3, a pressure reducing valve 9, a safety valve 15, a first throttling valve 11, a second throttling valve 14, a first pressure gauge 17 and a second pressure gauge 18, wherein the backflushing filter 3, the pressure reducing valve 9, the safety valve 15, the first throttling valve and the second throttling valve are installed on the valve seat. A first main water channel 7-1 and a second main water channel 7-2 are arranged in the valve seat. The water outlet of the backflushing filter is connected with the inlet of the pressure reducing valve and the inlet of the first throttling valve through the first main water channel, and the outlet of the pressure reducing valve is connected with the inlet of the second throttling valve and the inlet of the safety valve through the second main water channel. High-pressure water enters the valve seat through the backflushing filter and then is divided into two paths, the first path directly enters the first throttle valve through the first main water channel, subsequently sequentially enters the high-pressure rubber tube for spraying in the left rocker arm and the right rocker arm of the coal mining machine, the water channel in the rocker arm shell and the inner spraying water supply device of the rocker arm, enters the roller, and finally is sprayed out by the nozzle of the roller to fall dust. By adjusting the first throttle valve, the amount of water to the rocker arm can be adjusted. The second path enters the pressure reducing valve for pressure reduction through the first main water channel, then enters the second throttling valve through the second main water channel, then leads to the water channels of the motor and the electric cabinet, cools the motor and the electric cabinet, then leads to the water jacket of the rocker arm, cools the rocker arm, and finally is sprayed out from the nozzle on the rocker arm shell for dust reduction.

The pressure interface of the first pressure gauge is communicated with the outlet of the pressure reducing valve through the internal passage of the valve seat, and the pressure interface of the second pressure gauge is communicated with the water outlet of the backflushing filter through the internal passage of the valve seat. When the water valve works normally, the first pressure gauge 17 is communicated with the decompressed water and is used for displaying the pressure of the decompressed water in real time; the second pressure gauge 18 is in communication with the filtered, but not depressurized high pressure water for displaying the inlet pressure of the high pressure water in real time.

The valve seat is L-shaped and is divided into a vertical plate and a transverse plate, the transverse plate horizontally extends forwards from the front face of the vertical plate, the water outlet of the backflushing filter is downwards installed on the transverse plate, and in the embodiment, the backflushing filter is fastened on the transverse plate through a second fixing bolt group 13. The safety valve is arranged on the front face of the vertical plate and below the second throttling valve, the first pressure gauge and the second pressure gauge are arranged at the front end part of the transverse plate, and the pressure reducing valve and the first throttling valve are respectively arranged on the upper part and the lower part of the back face of the vertical plate. The L-shaped valve seat is adopted, and the elements are arranged on the specific positions of the valve seat, so that the space is fully utilized, the backwashing function is added under the condition that the overall dimension of the water valve is basically unchanged, and the integration of elements such as a backwashing filter, a pressure reducing valve, a safety valve, a throttle valve, a pressure gauge and the like is realized.

And a water inlet groove 7-3 is formed in the transverse plate, a water outlet of the backflushing filter is correspondingly connected with the water inlet groove, and the water inlet groove is a water inlet of the first main water channel and is used for positioning the backflushing filter during installation.

The pressure reducing valve is fastened on the valve seat through a first fixing bolt group 10, a water outlet 7-4 of a first main water channel and a water inlet 7-5 of a second main water channel which are arranged on the back surface of the vertical plate are respectively in butt joint and communication with a water inlet and a water outlet of the pressure reducing valve, and the mutual combination of the water inlet and the water outlet is sealed by an O-shaped ring. The safety valve, the first throttling valve, the second throttling valve, the first pressure gauge and the second pressure gauge are all installed on the valve seat in a threaded connection mode. Therefore, threaded holes 7-6 and 7-7 for mounting a second throttling valve and a safety valve are processed in the front face of the vertical plate of the valve seat, threaded holes 7-9 for mounting a pressure reducing valve 7-8 and a first throttling valve are processed in the back face of the vertical plate, and threaded holes 7-10 for mounting a pressure gauge are processed in the front end face of the transverse plate.

The two first throttle valves are transversely arranged in parallel and respectively correspond to the inner spraying systems of the left rocker arm and the right rocker arm. The water quantity to the left rocker arm and the right rocker arm can be equivalent by adjusting the two first throttle valves. The outlet of each first throttle valve is connected with a second joint seat 12 which is used for being connected with a high-pressure rubber pipe. The number of the second throttle valves is four, the four second throttle valves are respectively led to different cooling water paths and are vertically arranged at intervals.

The top of the backflushing filter is provided with a plurality of threaded holes 5. In the embodiment, the water valve is provided with 5M 12 threaded holes, and the backflushing filter can be tightly connected with the electric cabinet shell of the coal mining machine through screwing screws, so that the water valve is tightly connected with the electric cabinet shell.

The backflushing filter is provided with a water inlet joint seat 1, a drain outlet joint seat 6 and a handle 2. The water inlet joint seat and the handle are positioned on the front side of the barrel of the backflushing filter, and the drain outlet joint seat is positioned on the rear side of the barrel of the backflushing filter.

As shown in fig. 3, the second throttle valve includes a valve body 14-1, a valve core 14-2 and a lock nut 14-3, the tail of the valve core is provided with an external thread, the tail of the valve body is provided with an internal thread, the valve core passes through the valve body and is connected in the valve body through the external thread at the tail of the valve core, the axial position of the valve core relative to the valve body can be adjusted by rotating the valve core, and the position of the valve core is locked by rotating the lock nut after adjustment. Before the valve core needs to be adjusted again, the locking nut is rotated to be away from the valve body. In the installation state, the valve body is connected to the valve seat through the external thread of the head of the valve body, and the head of the valve core is suspended in the unthreaded hole. The head of the valve core is adjusted to extend outwards, so that the water inlet channel of the first joint seat can be closed, the flow is reduced, and the flow is increased otherwise. By adjusting the four second throttle valves, the amount of water to the four first joint seats can be made equal. In an extreme case, the head of the valve core may extend into a seat hole inserted into the inlet of the first joint seat and form a seal between the valve core and the seat hole through a seal ring sleeved on the valve core, so that the flow rate is reduced to zero, that is, the inlet of the first joint seat is closed. The second throttling valve with the structure is matched with the first joint seat, and the second throttling valve is installed on the front face of the vertical plate, so that the occupied space of the whole water valve is saved, and the operation of flow regulation is greatly facilitated.

The front end of diaphragm has backplate 4 through third set bolt group 16 fixed mounting, first manometer and second manometer inlay respectively in an arc recess on the backplate. The front end face of the first pressure gauge and the front end face of the second pressure gauge do not exceed the protection plate, and the protection plate can effectively protect the first pressure gauge and the second pressure gauge.

When the coal cutter cuts coal, the handle 2 is rotated to a water inlet position, high-pressure water enters the water valve and is divided into two paths, one path of water is used for an inner spraying system of the left rocker arm and the right rocker arm to realize spraying dust fall at a nozzle on the roller, and the other path of water is used for cooling the motor, the electric cabinet and the rocker arm and dust fall at the nozzle on the rocker arm. When the backwashing is needed, the handle 2 is rotated to the backwashing position, the dirt on the outer side of the filter screen of the backwashing filter is flushed out by the high-pressure water, and the dirt is discharged from the sewage discharge port connector seat 6. When the coal mining machine needs to be stopped for maintenance, the handle 2 is rotated to the closing position, and the high-pressure water is stopped from entering water, so that the normal maintenance can be realized.

The water valve can effectively reduce or avoid the blockage of the water valve filter, thereby reducing the occurrence of dust suppression and poor cooling effect of a spray cooling system, and avoiding the occurrence of part damage accidents caused by the blockage of the filter, thereby improving the production efficiency and the economic benefit.
