The known rotary kiln heating device has two heating modes, namely an internal heating mode and an external heating mode, wherein the internal heating mode directly contacts a heating medium with a heated medium, so that the generated volatile gas has low heat value and low subsequent utilization value, and not only is energy waste caused, but also the energy waste is opposite to a clean and efficient utilization policy. The external heating type heating mode currently disclosed has jacket type heating and radiant tube type heating. The heat exchange area of jacket type heating can only be realized by increasing the equipment area, the heat efficiency is low, the processing capacity is low, and the large-scale production is influenced. Radiant tube heating adopts outside hot flue gas chamber mode of admitting air, and outside hot flue gas chamber sets up and is being close to the partial middle part position of rotary kiln, and hot flue gas import and discharge end department material can't effectively heat, and heat utilization rate is low.
