Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of nondestructive testing, in particular to a dye check developer with good suspension property and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The penetration test is a nondestructive test method for inspecting surface opening defects based on the principle of capillary action, and is one of five conventional nondestructive test methods (ray test, ultrasonic test, magnetic powder test, penetration test, eddy current test).

As described in section 1.4.1 of AMS2644G american space materials specification AMS2644G detection material-penetrant, penetrant detection can be classified into two major categories, fluorescence penetrant detection and dye penetrant detection. The penetrant contains fluorescent dye and can excite fluorescence under the irradiation of a black light lamp as a fluorescence penetration detection method; the method for developing the defect image under white light or fluorescent light is dye penetration detection. The coloring penetration detection is widely applied in the special equipment industry and the mechanical industry, and the basic principle is the capillary action principle: after the workpiece surface has been coated with a penetrant containing a coloring dye, the penetrant can penetrate into the surface opening defects by capillary action over a period of time: removing the redundant penetrant on the surface of the penetrant, drying, and then coating an adsorption medium-developer on the surface of the workpiece; under the capillary action, the developer will attract the penetrant in the defect, i.e. the penetrant will permeate back into the developer, and under white light, the penetrant trace at the defect is displayed, generally showing a bright red color, so as to detect the appearance and distribution state of the defect.

The developing agent can be divided into six developing modes of a, b, c, d, e and f according to section 1.4.2 of AMS2644G American space material code AMS2644G detection material-penetrating agent, and the invention belongs to the developing mode d/e and is a solvent suspension type developing agent.
