In order to achieve the purpose, the water-based environment-friendly nontoxic waterproof and fireproof coating provided by the invention is prepared by mixing a high-molecular emulsion resin and fireproof additive powder in a proportion of 30: 60, and is characterized in that the fireproof additive powder mainly comprises graphene, a carbon layer forming agent, a carbon layer catalyst and a foaming agent, and the weight parts of the fireproof additive powder are respectively as follows: 1 part of graphene, 2.5-4 parts of a carbon layer forming agent, 4-5 parts of a carbon layer catalyst and 1.5-2 parts of a foaming agent; therefore, when the coated surface meets a fire source, a compact foaming area can be formed, and the substrate is isolated from the fire source so as to reduce the continuation and expansion of the fire source.

The carbon layer forming agent adopted by the invention can be pentaerythritol, diisopentaerythritol, polyisoprene tetrol, glycerol, trimethylolmethane, trimethylolpropane, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, cyclohexanediol or other equivalent polyols, or at least one of sorbitol, glucose, galactose, fructose, arabinose, sucrose, starch, dextrin, pectin, tartaric acid or other equivalent polysaccharides, and the weight of the carbon layer forming agent is larger than 1/3 of the carbon layer catalyst, preferably larger than 1/2 of the carbon layer catalyst, so as to form a thick carbon shell layer.

The carbon layer catalyst of the present invention may be at least one of red phosphorus, melamine pyrophosphate, guanidine urea phosphate, orthophosphoric acid, tripolyphosphoric acid, metaphosphoric acid, polyphosphoric acid, phosphorous acid, hexametaphosphoric acid, ammonium polyphosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, ammonium hydrogen phosphate, ammonium metaphosphate, ammonium phosphite, ammonium pyrophosphate, ammonium hexametaphosphate, phosphorus chloride, phosphorus oxychloride, phosphoric anhydride, or other equivalent phosphorus-containing compounds.

The foaming agent of the present invention is selected from at least one of urea, melamine, or nitrogen-containing compounds such as organic amine, or chlorinated wax, and the weight of the foaming agent is not more than that of the carbon layer forming agent, preferably 50% to 80% of the carbon layer forming agent, so as to form a high-strength foamed region having high heat resistance and no cracks.

The method of use of the present invention is described below:

Referring to fig. 1, when the waterproof and fireproof paint is uniformly coated on the surface of the plate-shaped building material 100 in the building to a certain thickness, the waterproof and fireproof paint is hardened to form a coating 200 on the surface of the plate-shaped building material 100, the plate-shaped building material 100 may be made of metal or wood, in this embodiment, the plate-shaped building material 100 is made of wood, as shown in fig. 2, when the coating 200 contacts with flame, the surface of the coating 200 gradually expands due to heating to form a foaming region 201, and the part contacting with the flame is black, but will not spread laterally, i.e., the foaming region 201 will not expand and further block the flame from spreading to the plate-shaped building material 100 inside the coating 200, so as to effectively block the flame spreading and burning effects, and in addition, the burnt coating 200 expands due to the flame, and the foaming region 201 can be scraped off, and then the waterproof and fireproof paint again, i.e. the same fire protection effect can be restored.

The practical test of the present invention is that the fireproof paint of the present invention is coated on an aluminum plate, the coating thickness of the fireproof paint is about 1 cm, after the fireproof paint is dried and hardened in the shade, the aluminum plate which is not coated with the fireproof paint and the aluminum plate coated with the fireproof paint are heated by a flame spray gun in the same way to test the heat insulation effect, please refer to fig. 3, which shows the temperature curve obtained after the test, wherein the front surface temperature of the two aluminum plates is about 1200 ℃, the back surface temperature of the aluminum plate which is not coated with the fireproof paint is about 800 ℃, and the back surface temperature of the aluminum plate coated with the fireproof paint is only about 70 ℃, which is far lower than the back surface temperature of the aluminum plate which is not coated with the fireproof paint, so the data obtained by the practical test shows that the waterproof fireproof paint provided by the present invention really has excellent fireproof effect.
