Technical Field

The invention relates to a polyamide monofilament, a covering yarn and a sock leg, in particular to a polyamide monofilament with a special-shaped section and a flat cross section, a covering yarn containing the monofilament and a sock leg containing the covering yarn.

Background

Polyamide fibers and polyester fibers, which are synthetic fibers, have excellent mechanical and chemical properties, and are therefore widely used in clothing applications and industrial applications. In particular, polyamide fibers have unique flexibility and high strength, and have excellent properties in terms of color development during dyeing, heat resistance, moisture absorption, and the like, and therefore, are widely used for general clothing applications such as silk stockings, underwear, and sportswear.

Consumer demands for silk stockings are demanding comfort, smooth leg feeling, softness, and transparency.

Japanese laid-open patent publication No. 10-212601 discloses that a stocking is provided which has a good feel to the skin, a high transparency, and excellent durability by producing an extremely fine high-strength polyamide fiber by further heating and drawing a commercially available high-strength nylon yarn having an elongation of 38 to 40%. However, since the process of heating and stretching is performed, fuzz is generated at the time of additional stretching. Further, since the elongation of the obtained nylon yarn is less than 38%, there are problems such as poor high-order passability in the production process of a covered yarn and a silk stocking, poor quality of a silk stocking product, and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a polyamide monofilament with a special-shaped cross section, which has good flexibility, high transparency, good skin-friendly feeling and the effect of inhibiting the random reflection of light, a covering yarn containing the monofilament, and a sock tube containing the covering yarn.

The technical solution of the invention is as follows:

the titer of the polyamide single-fiber filament with the special-shaped cross section is 4.0 to 11.0dtex, preferably 5.0 to 8.0 dtex; the cross section of the single fiber filament is flat, and the flatness of the flat is 2.0-4.5, preferably 2.5-3.5.

The parallelism of the two long sides of the flat shape is less than 0.600.

The invention also discloses a covered yarn containing the polyamide monofilament with the special-shaped cross section and a sock leg containing the covered yarn.

The cross section of the polyamide monofilament filament with the special-shaped section is flat, and the flatness and the fineness are further limited, so that the covered yarn and the leg of a sock containing the fiber have the characteristics of good flexibility, high transparency and good skin-friendly feeling, and simultaneously have the effect of inhibiting the light random reflection.

Detailed Description

The cross section of the existing polyamide fiber is mostly round, triangular and football-shaped, although the elastic requirement can be met, the transparency of the manufactured covering yarn and the sock leg is not high, and the aesthetic feeling is influenced.

The invention provides a polyamide monofilament with a special-shaped section and high transparency, wherein the cross section of the polyamide monofilament is flat. The flatness of the polyamide single-fiber filament is 2.0-4.5, and the higher the flatness is, the better the transparency of a subsequent product is. However, when the polyamide monofilament has a flatness of more than 4.5, the yarn breakage is severe, and the spinning is difficult, and the production cannot be carried out. In order to ensure the productivity of the polyamide monofilament and obtain high transparency, the flatness of the polyamide monofilament is preferably 2.5-3.5.

Meanwhile, in order to obtain more excellent transparency, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the parallelism of the two long sides of the cross section of the polyamide monofilament is preferably 0.600 or less. That is, the distance between the two long sides of the cross section of the polyamide monofilament was kept constant. The smaller the parallelism, the better the transparency of the polyamide monofilament. If the value of the parallelism is too high, it means that the maximum value and the minimum value of the distance between the two long sides on the cross section of the polyamide monofilament are too different, and the transparency of the final polyamide monofilament becomes poor.

The monofilament fineness of the polyamide monofilament filament is 4.0-11.0 dtex. The smaller the filament number of the single filament, the softer the hand feeling of the polyamide single filament, and the higher the transparency; the larger the fineness of the monofilament, the poorer the hand feeling of the polyamide monofilament and the lower the transparency. In the invention, the filament number of the polyamide monofilament is preferably 5.0-8.0 dtex.

The type of the polyamide of the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be a conventional polyamide such as polycaprolactam (nylon 6), polyhexamethylene adipamide (nylon 66), nylon 1010, nylon 11, or the like.

When the special-shaped section polyamide single fiber filament is prepared, except for using the flat spinneret plate, other steps are the same as the common spinning steps. For example, the polyamide fiber filament of the present invention can be obtained by the steps of feeding → melting → spinning → cooling molding → oiling → stretching → winding, etc.

The invention also discloses a covered yarn which contains the polyamide monofilament with the special-shaped cross section. The method of making the covered yarn may be conventional.

The invention also discloses a sock leg, which contains the covering yarn. The manufacturing method of the sock leg can be a conventional method.

Through the design of the flatness of the cross section, the polyamide single fiber filament enables the subsequent product of the coated yarn and the leg of a stocking to have the advantages of good softness, high transparency and good skin-friendly feeling, and also has the effect of inhibiting the random reflection of light. Furthermore, the invention ensures that the subsequent product of the polyamide monofilament has more excellent transparency by limiting the parallelism of the two long sides on the cross section of the polyamide monofilament.

The test method related by the invention comprises the following steps:

(1) Flatness of

The flatness is expressed as a number obtained by dividing the maximum major axis by the maximum minor axis in the filament cross section.

(2) Degree of parallelism

The parallelism is expressed by a standard deviation STDEV of n short diameters between two parallel long sides in a single fiber filament cross section. The formula for the function STDEV is as follows:

Where x is the AVERAGE value of samples AVERAGE (number1, number2, …), and n is the sample size and the number of samples is not less than 10.

(3) Spinnability (broken thread)

the spinnability refers to the summary of broken filaments/floating filaments and filtration pressure conditions in the spinning process of the slices on a melt spinning machine; the specific characterization method is as follows (taking 10 winders for simultaneous production as an example): in the spinning process of 24 hours, if no broken yarn or floating yarn occurs, the spinnability is excellent, and the mark is very good; when 1-2 times of broken filaments/flying filaments appear in the spinning process within 24 hours, the spinnability is good, and the mark is O; when 3-5 times of broken filaments/floating filaments occur in the spinning process within 24 hours, the spinnability is medium, and the mark is delta; when 6 or more breaks/floats occurred during the spinning process for 24 hours, the spinnability was poor and marked as X.

(4) Fiber strength

The samples were measured on a tensile tester (AGS-J series manufactured by Shimadzu corporation) under the constant-speed elongation conditions in the standard test of JIS-L1013 (1999) 8.5.1. The length of the sample is 50cm, the stretching speed is 50 cm/min, the test times are 3 times, and the final result is averaged. When the fiber strength is more than 5.4cN/dtex, the fiber is judged as very good; when the fiber strength is 5.0 to 5.4 (not containing) cN/dtex, the fiber is judged as O; when the fiber strength is 4.6-5.0 (not containing) cN/dtex, the judgment is delta; when the fiber strength is less than 4.6cN/dtex, the judgment is X.

(5) Flexibility

The softness is determined by touching with hands and visually checking whether the texture of the silk stockings is clear. The specific method is that 10 persons are selected to touch and observe the test sample and then are scored, and the higher the score is, the better the flexibility is. The score is 10-9, and the product is judged as excellent; judging the score to be 8-7 minutes and judging the score to be O; judging the fraction to be delta when the fraction is 6-5 minutes; when the score is 5 points or less, the score is determined to be X.

(6) Transparency of

The transparency is determined by observing and comparing the silk stockings with the leg model by naked eyes. The specific method is that 10 persons are selected to observe the test sample and then are scored, and the higher the score is, the better the transparency is. The score is 10-9, and the product is judged as excellent; judging the score to be 8-7 minutes and judging the score to be O; judging the fraction to be delta when the fraction is 6-5 minutes; when the score is 5 points or less, the score is determined to be X.

(7) Optical random reflection

The divergence of the light was observed by the naked eye under the same light source condition. The specific method is that 10 persons are selected to observe the test sample and then are scored, and the higher the score is, the better the effect of inhibiting the light spurious reflection is. The score is 10-9, and the product is judged as excellent; judging the score to be 8-7 minutes and judging the score to be O; judging the fraction to be delta when the fraction is 6-5 minutes; when the score is 5 points or less, the score is determined to be X.
