In the using process, the adjusting rod 122, the supporting frame 11 and the adjusting frame 121 are required to be kept in a vertical state, the adjusting rod 122 and the supporting frame 11 are connected in a threaded manner and can be kept in a stable state, after the supporting frame 11 is adjusted, the adjusting rod 122 and the threading bearing 123 are prevented from generating angles to influence the stability of equipment, when the angle is too large, the safety hazard can be generated to cause personnel injury and equipment damage, and the adjusting frame 121 is subjected to angle adjustment to be kept vertical to the adjusting rod 122; by loosening the bolt on the fixing plate 124 and rotating a certain angle, the surface of the adjusting bracket 121 is kept perpendicular to the adjusting rod 122, so that the adjusting rod 122 and the threading bearing 123 are kept coaxial, and the stability of the equipment is ensured.

Therefore, in order to avoid the defect that the belt is guided to deviate or the deviation rectifying capability is poor due to the deviation or the unstable position of the deviation rectifying device, the adjusting direction of the device is always kept vertical to the running direction of the belt after the device is adjusted through the matching of the adjusting frame 121, the adjusting rod 122, the threading bearing 123 and the fixing piece 124, so that the position of the deviation rectifying device is continuously accurate, and the influence on the belt is avoided.

A use method of a belt deviation adjusting device of a vacuum belt dehydrator is an operation method for fine adjustment in the running process of the vacuum belt dehydrator, and comprises the following steps:

s1, checking the belt state: checking the running state of the belt, observing the deviation degree of the belt, and adjusting when the belt deviates and the deviation adjusting device cannot automatically correct the deviation;

s2, determining the belt deviation direction: determining the deviation adjusting direction of the belt according to the position relation between the belt and the deviation adjusting vertical roller 4;

As shown in fig. 1, the supporting frame 11 is adjusted to adjust the angle opposite to the offset direction of the belt, so as to drive the belt to return to normal. Assuming that the vacuum belt dehydrator runs counterclockwise, the right portion of the belt is shifted to the front side, and the right end of the support frame 11 is adjusted to the rear side by adjusting, and the belt is driven to return to normal operation.

S3, loosening the side adjusting device 12: the lower end of the side surface adjusting device 12 is loosened from the frame of the vacuum belt dehydrator, so that the side surface adjusting device 12 can rotate when the support frame 11 is adjusted;

s4, adjusting the support frame 11: adjusting the lateral adjusting device 12 at the outer side of one end of the belt with serious deviation to enable the support frame 11 to move inwards, and pushing the support frame 11 to move inwards by adjusting the adjusting rod 122 to move inwards in the threading bearing 123;

s5, fine-tuning the supporting frame 11: the other three positions of the side adjusting devices 12 are adjusted to stabilize the position of the supporting frame 11;

S6, adjusting the side surface adjusting device 12: the angle of the fixing plate 124 is adjusted to make the adjusting rod 122 perpendicular to both the supporting frame 11 and the adjusting frame 121;

S7, fastening the side adjustment device 12: the side adjusting device 12 was fastened to the frame of the vacuum belt dehydrator, and the stability of the operation of the deviation adjusting device was checked.

An operation method for carrying out large-size adjustment by stopping a vacuum belt dehydrator comprises the following steps:

S01, checking the belt state: checking the running state of the belt, observing the deviation degree of the belt, and stopping for adjustment when the belt deviates and the central axis of the belt deviates a lot from the central axis of the support adjusting frame 1;

s02, stopping cleaning: stopping the vacuum belt dehydrator and cleaning;

S03, the same operation as S3;

S04, loosening the bottom adjusting device 13: releasing the supporting rotary rod 132 from the connection plate 131;

S05, moving the supporting rotary rod 132 along the strip-shaped groove on the connecting plate 131 to make the central axis of the supporting frame 11 coincide with that of the belt, and adjusting the side adjusting device 12 according to the steps S4, S5 and S6;

s06, fastening means: fastening the side adjusting device 12 and the bottom adjusting device 13, and checking the running stability of the deviation adjusting device;

S07, starting production: and starting up the machine to continue production.
