The wet self-excited dust collecting and removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the separation chamber (1 f) and the mixing chamber (1 e) are located between the dust collecting chamber (1 d) and the water storage bottom chamber (1 c), and the separation chamber (1 f) is located at the front side of the mixing chamber (1 e).

3. The wet self-excited dust collecting and removing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom edge of the transverse partition plate (3) is folded downward to form a folded edge (3 a).

The wet self-excitation dust collecting and removing device as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the transverse partition plate (3) is provided with a shutter plate (9), the front end of the shutter plate (9) is positioned at the drainage gap (6), the shutter plate (9) is connected with the transverse partition plate (3) by a guide structure (10), and the front end of the shutter plate (9) can deviate from the drainage gap (6) when the shutter plate (9) moves along the guide direction of the guide structure (10).

The wet self-excited dust collecting and removing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the transverse partition plate (3) is fixed with a cylinder (11), a piston rod of the cylinder (11) is connected with the shutter (9), the front end of the shutter (9) is located at the drainage gap (6) when the piston rod of the cylinder (11) is in an extended state, and the front end of the shutter (9) is deviated from the drainage gap (6) when the piston rod of the cylinder (11) is in a retracted state.

The wet self-excited dust collecting and removing device as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the front side wall of the box body (1) is provided with two mounting openings (1 a), the number of the dust collecting chambers (1 d) is two, and the two dust collecting chambers (1 d) are in one-to-one correspondence with the two mounting openings (1 a); the front side of the box body (1) is provided with an avoidance space (1 b) which is concave towards the rear side, and the avoidance space (1 b) is positioned between the two mounting ports (1 a); the number of the water storage tanks (1 g) is two, and the two water storage tanks (1 g) are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the two dust collection chambers (1 d); the transverse partition plate (3) is flush with the top wall (1 h) of the avoidance space, and a water storage space which enables the two water storage tanks (1 g) to be communicated is arranged above the top wall (1 h) of the avoidance space.

The wet self-excited dust collecting and removing device of claim 7, wherein a water baffle (7) is arranged in the box body (1), the bottom edge of the water baffle (7) is fixedly connected with the bottom edge of the top wall of the avoiding space (1 b) in a sealing way, and two ends of the water baffle (7) are fixedly connected with the vertical partition plate (2) in a sealing way.

The wet self-excited dust collecting and removing device according to claim 7, wherein the bottom section area of the vertical partition plate (2) is an inclined section (2 b) which is obliquely arranged, the transverse partition plate (3) is positioned right above the inclined section (2 b), the transverse partition plate (3) is obliquely arranged, and the cross-sectional area of the dust collecting cavity (1 d) is gradually reduced from the installation opening (1 a) to the rear side.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of separation, and relates to a dust collecting and removing device, in particular to a wet self-excitation dust collecting and removing device.

Background

The wet dust collector is a method of cleaning a gas by sufficiently contacting a cleaning liquid (generally water) with the gas containing dust to wash off dust particles. The wet dust collector has the advantages of high dust collecting efficiency, simple structure, low cost, small occupied area, convenient operation and maintenance, etc. The wet dust collector is especially suitable for treating high temperature, high humidity, inflammable and explosive dust-containing gas.

The water vapor in the wet dust collector is mainly generated by spraying and self-excitation. The inventor proposes a wet polishing dust collector (No. CN 206436141U), which comprises a housing, a water containing region at the bottom of the housing, a partition fixed in the housing, a polishing dust collecting region at the front of the partition, and an air outlet region at the rear of the partition, wherein when the water containing region contains water, an air gap is formed between the bottom edge of the partition and the liquid level, when a high-speed air flow passes through the air gap, water splash is generated and part of the water splash is mixed into the air flow, thereby generating water vapor and increasing the water vapor content in the air flow.

The physical polishing mainly adopts an abrasive belt and a polishing wheel, the structure difference of a dust collecting cavity in an abrasive belt dust collecting cover and the structure difference of a dust collecting cavity in a polishing wheel dust collecting cover are larger, and the two dust collecting cavities cannot be used universally; the structure of the polishing dust collecting area in the wet polishing dust collector has higher goodness of fit with the polishing wheel and extremely low goodness of fit with the abrasive belt. Therefore, the front area of the partition plate in the inner cavity of the shell is communicated with the dust collecting cavity of the abrasive belt dust collecting cover, so that the wet dust collector is matched with the abrasive belt machine, but the problems of insufficient dust collecting and removing efficiency and dust accumulation in the abrasive belt dust collecting cover and the communicating pipeline exist.

For this inventor has also proposed a wet dust collecting and removing machine (authorized notice number CN 209155395U), in which the machine shell is provided with a dust collecting chamber matching with the belt sander, and the rear side and the inclined plane of the dust collecting chamber are flushed by water; however, the water storage device has some disadvantages, and the water in the water storage cavity needs to be extracted into the water tank by the water pump, namely, the problems of high manufacturing cost, high use cost, complex maintenance and the like exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a wet self-excitation dust collecting and removing device, which aims to solve the technical problem of reducing the manufacturing cost of the wet dust collecting and removing device.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: a wet-type self-excitation dust collecting and removing device comprises a box body and a water-vapor separation piece, wherein a water storage bottom cavity is formed in the bottom of an inner cavity of the box body, a vertical partition plate and a transverse partition plate are installed in the inner cavity of the box body, the vertical partition plate and the transverse partition plate divide an area above the water storage bottom cavity in the inner cavity of the box body into a plurality of cavities, a dust collecting cavity is formed in the front side of the vertical partition plate in the inner cavity of the box body and in the area right below the transverse partition plate and communicated with the water storage bottom cavity, and an air gap is reserved between the bottom edge of the vertical partition plate and the liquid level when the water storage; the device is characterized in that a separation cavity is arranged in the inner cavity of the box body in the area right above the transverse partition plate, a vertical section is vertically arranged in the area of the middle top section of the vertical partition plate, and a drainage gap is formed between the transverse partition plate and the vertical section; the vertical section, the transverse partition plate and the side wall of the box body form a water storage tank which is positioned right above the transverse partition plate, the water-vapor separating piece is arranged in the separating cavity, and water separated by the water-vapor separating piece can be gathered in the water storage tank; the rear side area of the vertical partition board in the inner cavity of the box body is a mixing cavity communicated with the water storage bottom cavity and the separation cavity.

Because the separation cavity and the water-vapor separation part are positioned right above the water storage tank, water separated by the water-vapor separation part can automatically flow and gather in the water storage tank.

The top section area is vertical setting in the vertical baffle, and this structure can not lead to the cross section area reduction of crossing wind of hybrid chamber. Assuming that the top section area of the vertical partition plate is inclined to the rear side, the width of the box body is inevitably increased in order to ensure the cross-sectional area of the overfire air. Therefore, the structure effectively reduces the width of the box body and improves the structural compactness.

This wet-type self excitation collection dirt dust collector utilizes vertical baffle and horizontal baffle to form the catch basin, need not to set up the baffle that is exclusively used in and forms the basin promptly, and then has simplified the structure and has reduced manufacturing cost. This arrangement also leaves water from the top edge of the rear side in the dirt collection chamber, significantly reducing the wet and dry transition zone width, and increasing the water curtain wash area.

The wet self-excitation dust collecting and removing device is provided with the mixing cavity, water vapor is mixed into the air flow at the air passing gap, the flowing stability of the air flow is improved when the air flow flows through the mixing cavity, the distribution uniformity of the water vapor in the air flow is improved, and the dust removing efficiency is further improved.

Finally, compared with the prior art, the wet self-excitation dust collecting and removing device has the advantages of reasonable and compact arrangement of each chamber, simple structure, low manufacturing cost, high dust removing efficiency and difficult formation of a dry-wet transition area.
