the honing machine is the last key equipment for manufacturing the slurry pump cylinder sleeve in our unit, and has the functions of honing the inner hole of the finely turned cylinder sleeve, ensuring the surface roughness of the inner hole wall, meeting the technical requirements of product delivery and prolonging the service life of the product. When the honing machine is used for processing the inner hole wall of the cylinder sleeve, a large amount of metal chips are ground by the grinding head, and the honing liquid not only has the function of cooling the temperature of a grinding working surface, but also can wash away iron chip abrasive particles in the honing process. The metal abrasive particles which are ground down are doped in the honing liquid and are recycled after being filtered. The original filter of the honing machine filters honing liquid by adopting a filter paper filtering mode, and the filter is arranged on the left side of the honing machine main body and is 1.5 meters away from the working surface. When the cylinder sleeve is processed, the honing liquid which naturally flows out flows into the filter through the channel of the honing liquid under the honing worktable, because of the limitation of the integral design structure of the honing machine, the channel is about 2 meters in length and moves in a Z shape, and 4 upright posts are arranged in the middle, therefore, the scrap iron in the honing liquid can be precipitated in each dead angle of the channel in advance due to complex and slow flow to gradually form a weir plug, and meanwhile, the filter cloth type filter designed by a manufacturer is used in practice, and the filtering effect is general. In order to ensure the honing quality of the cylinder sleeve, an operator has to clean the honing liquid circulation channel frequently and replace filter cloth and honing liquid frequently, so that time and cost are saved.
