The official seal is used as the basis for determining the legal fact, the seal needs to be strictly managed, and the situation that the seal is stamped privately by a lawbreaker without the stamping authority is prevented, so that the influence is brought to the normal operation of a company. Meanwhile, when the official seal is used normally, the content of the seal, the time of the seal and the place of the seal need to be recorded.

The prior art has the following disadvantages: 1. people without the stamping authority cannot be prevented from stamping privately; 2. the stamping content, the stamping time and the stamping place need to be confirmed manually, which is complicated.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.

As shown in fig. 1-5, an intelligent stamp includes a holding portion 1 and a stamping portion 2, the holding portion 1 is used for a user to hold a stamp, the stamping portion 2 is provided with a stamp face 3, a stamp pattern to be stamped is engraved on the stamp face 3, the holding portion 1 is provided with an identification module 4, and the stamp face 3 is provided with at least one retractable block 5; when the identification module 4 confirms that the user has the right, the blocking block 5 is controlled to be retracted, and the seal can be used; when the identification module 4 confirms that the user has no authority, the blocking block 5 extends out, and the seal cannot be used. The recognition module 4 is a fingerprint recognition module or a face recognition module, and may be other recognition modules such as voice, iris, and the like.
