Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of internet technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a system, a storage medium, an electronic device, and a chip for receiving and paying money based on a terminal device.

Background

With the development of internet technology, terminal devices are widely used in daily life, and more services, such as payment and receipt services, can be supported by the terminal devices.

In the prior art, a user can receive and pay money through a terminal device, for example, after a certain party is finished, a certain user sends an inquiry request for inquiring the consumption amount of the certain party through the terminal device, after seeing the inquiry request, the user paying for the certain party can input a corresponding amount through the terminal device, and after seeing the corresponding amount, the inquired user can select a payment service through the terminal device, input and send payment information carrying the corresponding amount.

However, in the process of implementing the present invention, the inventors found that at least the following problems exist: the corresponding amount of money needs to be input by the user through the terminal equipment, the intellectualization is low, and the time resource of the user is wasted.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above technical problem, embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, a system, a storage medium, an electronic device, and a chip for receiving and paying based on a terminal device.

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present application, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for receiving and paying money based on a terminal device, the method including:

receiving an inquiry request sent by a first terminal device, wherein the inquiry request is used for inquiring information to be paid;

acquiring payment information of second terminal equipment;

generating the information to be paid according to the payment information, the interaction information and the position information, wherein the interaction information is used for representing chat contents of the payee and the payer, and the position information is used for representing position information corresponding to the second terminal device and the first terminal device;

and controlling the second terminal equipment to output the information to be paid.

In the embodiment of the present application, if the execution subject of the embodiment of the present application is the server, when the server receives the inquiry request, the payment information of the second terminal device is obtained, the payee does not need to manually input the payment information, and the server obtains the chat content (i.e., the interaction information) of the payer and the payee based on the respective terminal devices, and obtains the position information (i.e., the position information) corresponding to the second terminal device and the first terminal device, and generates the information to be paid according to the payment information, the payee does not need to perform calculation based on the payment information, and the payer does not need to perform calculation based on the payment information.

In some embodiments, a mapping table may be preset in the server, and the mapping table includes a mapping relationship between the commodity and the price. When the server receives the purchase demand information, the price corresponding to the commodity can be obtained from the mapping table according to the commodity in the purchase demand information, and commodity payment information is generated.

In some embodiments, the server may control the first terminal device to output the payment information of the commodity while controlling the second terminal device to output the payment information of the commodity; of course, the server may also control the first terminal device to output the commodity payment information when receiving the information of the second terminal device for confirmation of the commodity payment information; of course, the server may control the first terminal device to output the payment information of the commodity after determining the payment information of the commodity.

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The method for collecting and paying money based on the terminal equipment provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application scene shown in figure 1.

In the application scenario shown in fig. 1, each user corresponds to one or more terminal devices, and each terminal device is connected to a server, and the terminal devices interact with each other through the server and receive and pay.

The server can distinguish different users based on the user identification ID and determine one or more terminal devices corresponding to the different users.

For example, if a user uses multiple terminal devices before and after the same payment or receipt process, the server may determine that the user using the multiple terminal devices is the same user based on the user identifier of the user.

In the related technology, for example, after a user in a group participates in a certain dinner, the user initiates a receiving and paying, the user in the group can inquire the consumption amount of the dinner through a terminal device, the user who pays for the dinner inputs a corresponding amount through the terminal device, and other users who participate in the dinner select a payment service through the terminal device, input and send payment information carrying the corresponding amount.

However, the user who pays for the dinner party needs to manually input the corresponding amount, and other users who participate in the dinner party also need to manually select the payment service and manually input the corresponding amount, so that the process is complicated, and the intelligence is low.

The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. According to one aspect of the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the application provides a receiving and paying method based on terminal equipment.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a terminal device-based payment and receipt method according to another embodiment of the present application.

As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:

The "payer," "payer's terminal device," "payee" and "payee's terminal device" are used to distinguish the payee from the payer, and to distinguish the terminal device used by the payee from the terminal device used by the payer, but cannot be understood as limitations on the user and on the terminal device itself, in the same payment process.

For example, if a user is a user who initiates collection, the user may be called a collector in the link in order to distinguish the collection role of the user from the payment roles of other users; if the user is a paying user, the user may be called a payer in order to distinguish the paying role of the user from the receiving role of another user. Correspondingly, when a user collects money by using the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment is the terminal equipment (namely, the first terminal equipment) of a payee; and when the user adopts the terminal equipment to pay, the terminal equipment is the terminal equipment (namely, the second terminal equipment) of the payer.

The terminal devices (including the first terminal device and the second terminal device) may include an electronic device including a display interface, which supports a chat application and supports a payment and receipt application.

Specifically, the terminal device may be a wireless terminal or a wired terminal. A wireless terminal may refer to a device that provides voice and/or other traffic data connectivity to a user, a handheld device having wireless connection capability, or other processing device connected to a wireless modem. A wireless terminal, which may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile telephone (or "cellular" telephone) and a computer having a mobile terminal, for example, a portable, pocket, hand-held, computer-included, or vehicle-mounted mobile device, may communicate with one or more core Network devices via a Radio Access Network (RAN), and may exchange language and/or data with the RAN. For another example, the Wireless terminal may also be a Personal Communication Service (PCS) phone, a cordless phone, a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) phone, a Wireless Local Loop (WLL) station, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and other devices. A wireless Terminal may also be referred to as a system, a Subscriber Unit (Subscriber Unit), a Subscriber Station (Subscriber Station), a Mobile Station (Mobile), a Remote Station (Remote Station), a Remote Terminal (Remote Terminal), an Access Terminal (Access Terminal), a User Terminal (User Terminal), a User Agent (User Agent), and a User Device or User Equipment (User Equipment), which are not limited herein. In the embodiment of the present application, a terminal device is mainly taken as an example, and is exemplarily described. In some embodiments, the execution subject of the application embodiment may also be a payment and receipt device disposed in the terminal device, and the payment and receipt device may be a chip.

In the embodiment of the present application, the number of the payers is not limited, that is, the number of the payers may be 1, or may be multiple, and the payers may be some users in a certain group in the chat application, or may be all users in a certain group in the chat application, and the user who initiates the inquiry request may be any user in the payers.

As shown in fig. 4, in a group including 5 persons, one user is a payee, the other 4 users are payers, and one user of the 4 payers may initiate an inquiry request through the first terminal device corresponding to the user to inquire the information to be paid, i.e., "how much money this day has been cooked" shown in fig. 4.

The preset time period may be determined by a chat record, or may be set based on a demand, experience, or experiment. For example, if the time of a party is known through the chat records, the corresponding payment amount is obtained according to the time of the party, and the payment amount is determined as the total amount of money to be collected.

That is, in some embodiments, the server may determine the total amount to be collected by obtaining payment information corresponding to the time of the meal gathering.

For example, when the payee inputs "total" on the second display interface, the server determines and outputs 1376 yuan through the second display interface.

Of course, in other embodiments, the total amount of money to be collected output by the server through the second display interface may also be input by the receiver. For example, the payee may enter a total amount to be collected on the second display interface upon reading the inquiry request displayed through the second display interface.

S103: and determining the payer and the payment amount according to the total amount collected and the historical record.

Wherein the history is used to characterize chat content and location information related to the receipt and payment.

That is, the history may be embodied in two aspects, namely, recording of the chat content on the one hand, and recording of the location information of the terminal device (including the first terminal device and the second terminal device) on the other hand.

In some embodiments, S103 may specifically include:

In order to accurately determine whether the chat content relates to the demand for payment, the chat content relating to the demand for payment may be labeled in advance. The labeling process is performed on chat content related to the demand of the receipt and payment based on the demand, experience, experiment and the like, and different labels can be adopted according to different scenes of the demand of the receipt and payment.

For example, if the chat content is "go XX together to eat", the chat content may be labeled "party"; if the chat content is "go to spring XX together," the chat content may be labeled "going out" and so on.

It should be noted that the above examples are only used for illustrating the limitation of the scenario in which different labels can be configured for different chat contents in advance, and cannot be understood as the limitation of the demand for payment receipt and the limitation of the label type.

And in some embodiments, the chat content may be contextual chat content, i.e., a request to determine whether collection or payment is involved in conjunction with the context, and perform the tagging process.

And in other embodiments, rather than labeling chat content from the dimension of the scenario of demand for receipt and payment as in the above example, the chat content may be tagged with time and address based thereon. Wherein, the time labels comprise 'tomorrow, background and specific date' and the like; the label of the address includes "a restaurant and XX way", and the like.

S33: an expected total number of persons participating in the receipt and payment is determined.

Illustratively, if in general, a need related to the receipt or payment is determined in a group, and no one is proposing a different opinion, such as not participating in a certain party or trip, the number of people in common with the group may be determined as the expected headcount.

For example, based on the above example, if the payee initiates a party suggestion of "go XX restaurants and eat", other users do not agree, the default is that other users agree with the payee's party suggestion, and the total number of people is expected to be 5.

Of course, if there is a user disapproval when the payee initiates the party proposal of "go XX restaurant to eat", the total number of people is expected to be 4. The method is similar to the method when a plurality of users disagree, and is not listed.

It should be noted here that no dinner party is currently provided, in this case, the payee is still unknown, that is, the payee may be any one of 5 users, which is convenient for the reader to understand and is convenient to combine with the context, and it is assumed here that the user initiating the dinner party suggestion is the payee user, and of course, the user initiating the dinner party suggestion may also be other users, and the implementation principle is the same, and is not described here again.

For example, if the total amount of money to be collected is 1376 yuan, the number of payers is 4, and the receiver is also one of 1376 yuan consumers, so the number of consuming users is the sum of the payers and the receivers, and when calculating the amount of money to be collected, the receiver should also be included, that is, the amount of money to be collected is 1376 yuan/the number of consuming users is 5 to 275.2 yuan/person.

In some embodiments, the quantity of the consuming user and the average payment amount may be displayed on the second display interface. As can be seen from the above example, there may be one or more payers, and in this step, the information carrying the payment amount may be sent to each second terminal device by obtaining the identification ID of the second terminal device of each payer and based on the identification ID.

Of course, in other embodiments, the payment information may also be input by the payee via the second display interface.

The above example exemplarily recites that if the purchase demand information of the payer includes one product and the number is 1, the purchase demand information includes one product and the number is plural, such as 5 as an example, as follows.

Referring to fig. 22, fig. 22 is a schematic diagram of a terminal device-based payment and receipt apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.

As shown in fig. 22, the apparatus includes:

a receiving module 11, configured to receive an inquiry request sent by a terminal device of a payer, where the inquiry request is used to inquire information to be paid;

the acquisition module 12 is configured to acquire payment information of a terminal device of a payee;

the first generating module 13 is configured to generate the information to be paid according to the payment information, the interaction information and the location information, where the interaction information is used to represent chat contents of the payee and the payer, and the location information is used to represent location information corresponding to the terminal device of the payee and the terminal device of the payer, respectively;

and the first control module 14 is used for controlling the terminal equipment of the payee to output the information to be paid.

In some embodiments, the first control module 14 is further configured to control the payee's terminal device to output the payment information;

the first generating module 13 is configured to generate the information to be paid according to the payment information, the interaction information, and the location information if a first confirmation message sent by the terminal device of the payee is received, where the first confirmation message is used to represent a confirmation of the payee on the payment information.

In some embodiments, the first control module 14 is configured to control the payee's terminal device to output the inquiry request;

the obtaining module 12 is configured to obtain payment information of the terminal device of the payee if a first settlement directing instruction of the terminal device of the payee is received, where the first settlement directing instruction is used to represent that the payee inputs information to be paid through the terminal device of the payee.

In some embodiments, the first generating module 13 is configured to determine an estimated headcount participating in collection and payment according to the interaction information, determine an actual headcount participating in collection and payment according to the estimated headcount and the location information, and generate the information to be paid according to the payment information and the actual headcount.

In some embodiments, the first generating module 13 is configured to, if the location information corresponding to the terminal device of the payee is the location information corresponding to the terminal device of the payer, convert the location information into the payment information of the location information of the terminal device of the payer according to the payment information, where the location information is two location information in different currencies;

generating the information to be paid according to the interactive information and the converted payment information; or generating the information to be paid according to the interactive information, the payment information and the converted payment information.

As can be seen in fig. 22, in some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises:

the receiving module 11 is configured to receive purchase demand information sent by the terminal device of the payer, where the purchase demand information includes purchase demand of at least one commodity;

the second generating module 15 is configured to generate payment information of the commodity according to the payment information corresponding to the at least one commodity;

and the second control module 16 is configured to control the terminal device of the payee to output the commodity payment information.

In some embodiments, the receiving module 11 is further configured to receive a second settlement directing instruction sent by the terminal device of the payee or the terminal device of the payer if the plurality of pieces of purchase demand information are provided, where the second settlement directing instruction is used to represent that the plurality of pieces of purchase demand information are subjected to total settlement;

the second generating module 15 is configured to generate the information to be paid according to the commodity payment information corresponding to each piece of purchase demand information;

the second control module 16 is configured to control the terminal device of the payee to output the information to be paid.

As can be seen in fig. 22, in some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises:

and a third control module 17, configured to control the terminal device of the payer to output the information to be paid.

In some embodiments, the third control module 17 is configured to control the terminal device of the payer to output the information to be paid if a second confirmation message sent by the terminal device of the payee is received, where the second confirmation message is used to characterize the confirmation of the payee on the payment information.

In some embodiments, the third control module 17 is configured to control the terminal device of the payer to output a payment interface corresponding to the information to be paid.

According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present application, the embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, and the above-mentioned receiving and payment apparatus based on the terminal device may also be understood as a chip.

Referring to fig. 23, fig. 23 is a schematic diagram of a chip according to an embodiment of the disclosure.

As shown in fig. 23, the chip includes:

an input interface 31 for acquiring an inquiry request sent by a terminal device of a payer;

logic circuitry 32 for performing a method as described in any of the above embodiments to obtain information to be paid;

and the output interface 33 is used for sending the information to be paid to the terminal equipment of the payee.

Of course, in some embodiments, the output interface 33 may also be used to send the information to be paid to the terminal device of the payer.

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a computer program product, when the computer program product runs on a processor, the method corresponding to the above communication apparatus is executed, or the method corresponding to the above network side device is executed.

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, there is also provided a computer storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, which, when executed by a processor, perform a method corresponding to the above-mentioned communication apparatus, or perform a method corresponding to the above-mentioned network-side device.

According to another aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is also provided a receipt and payment system, including:

the terminal equipment of the payer is used for sending an inquiry request to the payment receiving device, wherein the inquiry request is used for inquiring the information to be paid;

the payment and receipt device is used for executing the method of any one of the above embodiments;

and the terminal equipment of the payee is used for outputting the information to be paid.

The payment and receipt device is the payment and receipt device based on the terminal device in the above example.

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present application, an electronic device is also provided.

Referring to fig. 24, fig. 24 is a schematic view of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application.

Electronic devices are intended to represent, among other things, various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the present application that are described and/or claimed herein.

As shown in fig. 24, the electronic apparatus includes: one or more processors 501, memory 502, and interfaces for connecting the various components, including high-speed interfaces and low-speed interfaces. The memory 502 and the processor 501 may be connected through an interface or may be integrated together. The various components are interconnected using different buses and may be mounted on a common motherboard or in other manners as desired. The processor may process instructions for execution within the electronic device, including instructions stored in or on the memory to display graphical information of a GUI on an external input/output apparatus (such as a display device coupled to the interface). In other embodiments, multiple processors and/or multiple buses may be used, along with multiple memories and multiple memories, as desired. Also, multiple electronic devices may be connected, with each device providing portions of the necessary operations (e.g., as a server array, a group of blade servers, or a multi-processor system). Fig. 24 illustrates an example of one processor 501.

The memory 502 is a computer storage medium provided herein. Wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to cause the terminal device based receipt and payment method provided herein to be performed. The computer storage medium of the present application stores computer instructions that cause the terminal device-based receipt and payment method provided by the present application to be performed.

Memory 502, which is a type of computer storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer-executable programs, and modules. The processor 501 executes various functional applications and data processing by executing non-transitory software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory 502.

The memory 502 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the electronic device, and the like. Further, the memory 502 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, memory 502 optionally includes memory located remotely from processor 501, which may be connected to an electronic device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.

The electronic device may further include: an input device 503 and an output device 504. The processor 501, the memory 502, the input device 503 and the output device 504 may be connected by a bus or other means, and the bus connection is exemplified in fig. 24.

The input device 503 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the electronic apparatus, such as a touch screen, a keypad, a mouse, a track pad, a touch pad, a pointing stick, one or more mouse buttons, a track ball, a joystick, or other input devices. The output devices 504 may include a display device, auxiliary lighting devices (e.g., LEDs), and haptic feedback devices (e.g., vibrating motors), among others. The display device may include, but is not limited to, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a Light Emitting Diode (LED) display, and a plasma display. In some implementations, the display device can be a touch screen.

Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here can be realized in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, application specific ASICs (application specific integrated circuits), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.

These computer programs (also known as programs, software applications, or code) include machine instructions for a programmable processor, and may be implemented using high-level procedural and/or object-oriented programming languages, and/or assembly/machine languages. As used herein, the terms "machine-readable medium" and "computer-readable medium" refer to any computer program product, apparatus, and/or device (e.g., magnetic discs, optical disks, memory, Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs)) used to provide machine instructions and/or data to a programmable processor, including a machine-readable medium that receives machine instructions as a machine-readable signal. The term "machine-readable signal" refers to any signal used to provide machine instructions and/or data to a programmable processor.

To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.

The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and the Internet.

The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other.

It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present application may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, as long as the desired results of the technical solution of the present application can be achieved, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
