1. A one-bath dyeing method of wool-covered polyester single jersey comprises the following steps:

(1) Pretreating the wool-covered polyester single jersey: adding degreaser 1-2g/L and smoothing agent 1-2g/L into a dye vat, stirring uniformly, adding into the dye vat, heating to 70-75 deg.C, and keeping the temperature for 20-30 min;

(2) adding a dyeing auxiliary agent into a dye vat, uniformly stirring, and then adding into a dyeing machine; injecting the reactive dye for wool into a dye vat, after running for 5-15min, heating to 50-55 ℃ at the speed of 0.5-1 ℃/min, adding the disperse cationic dye, after running for 5-15min, heating to 100-110 ℃ at the speed of 0.7-1 ℃/min, preserving heat for 30-60min, cooling to 80-85 ℃ at the speed of 1-2/min, and discharging liquor; the dyeing auxiliary agent comprises the following components: albugo B1.0-2.0% owf, mirabilite 3-5g/L, glacial acetic acid 0.5-2g/L, Ganglegao P-EW 1.0-2.0% owf;

(3) cleaning the dyed wool-covered polyester single jersey: supplying water, heating to 50-60 deg.C, maintaining the temperature for 10-20min, and discharging liquid; feeding water, injecting cleaning agent RPD into dyeing machine at 1-3g/L, heating to 70-75 deg.C at 2-3 deg.C/min, maintaining for 20-30min, draining, feeding water, washing with water, and draining.

(3) cleaning the dyed wool-covered polyester single jersey: supplying water, heating to 50-60 deg.C, maintaining the temperature for 10-20min, and discharging liquid; feeding water, injecting cleaning agent RPD into dyeing machine at 1-3g/L, heating to 70-75 deg.C at 2-3 deg.C/min, maintaining for 20-30min, draining, feeding water, washing with water, and draining.

The deoiling agent in the step (1) is TF-115B; the smoothing agent in the bath was BT 44.
