Background

At present, a common household appliance is provided with a plurality of electric devices on a surface cover and a panel, the electric devices are uniformly supplied with power by a power panel, and therefore the electric devices need to be connected with the power panel by a flat cable. Taking an electric cooker as an example, a power panel is usually disposed inside a cooker body, and a panel display device is connected to the power panel through a flat cable, so that the flat cable of an electric device needs to penetrate out of a face cover. The existing panel wiring generally adopts a line pressing plate or a line pressing block, the line pressing plate and the line pressing block fix and press the flat cable at the position of a panel via hole through fasteners such as screws, and the via hole is filled with flexible materials and the like for sealing.

However, in the actual production and use process, the pressing line structure has more defects, for example, the flat cable core of the panel is distributed in a scattered manner, and in the process of pressing and fastening the flat cable by adopting the screw and the pressing line plate, the condition of pressing and breaking the flat cable is easy to occur due to uneven stress of the flat cable. And the via hole position needs the secondary to fill sealing material, leads to the leakproofness poor, especially to the panel structure, because the panel display area is the light emitting component, often appears receiving the problem that the light emitting component attracts to lead to the inside worm of panel in the after-sales feedback, seriously influences user experience, and the worm excrement can lead to the components and parts to become invalid simultaneously. Therefore, how to improve the sealing performance of the wiring position of the panel becomes an urgent problem to be solved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem that the sealing performance of the position of a through hole of the existing face cover is poor, the invention provides a sealing element which is suitable for improving the sealing performance of the through hole of the face cover.

For example, fig. 5 and 6 show some alternative embodiments, in which the shape of the body 10 and the wire through hole 20 is different from the above embodiments, in the present embodiment, the side wall of the body 10 encloses a cylindrical structure forming a ring shaped like a rectangle in cross section, and the wire through hole 20 is correspondingly configured to be a structure like a rectangle. It should be noted that the shape and structure of the body 10 can be correspondingly configured according to the shape of the face cover hole, and it can be any shape suitable for implementation, such as a circle, a rectangle, a diamond, a polygon, etc., and the invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the shape of the wire through hole 20 may be any shape suitable for the implementation corresponding to the flat cable, and may be the same as or different from the cross-sectional shape of the body 10, which is not limited in the present invention. And opening the buckling structure 30 of the sealing element 1, putting the flat cable 2 into the wire passing hole 20 through the notch of the sealing element 1, and buckling the buckling structure 30, thereby completing the assembly of the flat cable 2 and the sealing element 1.

The assembled sealing element 1 is placed at the position of a through hole of the face cover 100, the holding part 26 of the sealing element 1 is pressed, the anti-tripping position 24 is extruded into the through hole until the anti-tripping position 24 extends out of the through hole, the anti-tripping position 24 and the lug 23 form limiting fixation on the sealing element 1, and the installation of the sealing element 1 is completed.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides a cover suitable for use in a household appliance such as an electric rice cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an induction cooker, and the like. As shown in fig. 4, it includes a face cap body 100 and a seal member 1 installed with a via hole position of the face cap body 100. The sealing element 1 is the sealing element described in any embodiment of the first aspect, and the structure and the operation principle thereof may be obtained by referring to the above description, which is not repeated herein.
