The electromagnetic oven has the problem of boiling and overflowing during the use process of cooking soup and porridge, so that the product quality and the user experience are greatly reduced.

In this embodiment, the sensing electrode 20 is manufactured by physical sputtering, screen printing, inkjet printing or conductive adhesive tape, the sensing electrode can be processed into any shape by the screen printing processing method, the processing method is flexible and various, the technology is easy to master, the processing price is low, and the method is suitable for processing and producing the sensing electrode; the ink-jet printing has high processing precision and is suitable for various base materials; the conductive adhesive tape is easy to process and low in cost; and/or, the porous membrane 30 is made by chemical vapor deposition or incomplete combustion sol-gel, the deposition film forming device of chemical vapor deposition is simple, and the composition and the characteristic of the porous membrane are conveniently controlled, the flexibility is large; the incomplete combustion sol-gel is suitable for preparing various novel materials, and has low cost and easy production.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the insulation 40 is preferably a waterproof tape or epoxy.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, according to a second aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a cooking appliance having the overflow prevention sensor 1 provided in any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, so that the cooking appliance provided in the embodiments of the present invention has all the advantages of the overflow prevention sensor 1 provided in any one of the embodiments of the first aspect, which are not listed here.

In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, at least two sensing electrodes 20 are distributed along the height direction of the pan body 2.

In this embodiment, since the liquid level gradually rises from bottom to top when the liquid boils, the at least two sensing electrodes 20 are arranged to be distributed along the height direction of the pot body 2, so as to improve the detection accuracy of the anti-overflow sensor 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the sensing electrode 20 includes a positioning sensing electrode 202, the positioning sensing electrode 202 is disposed at a height not exceeding the height of the other sensing electrodes 20, and the positioning sensing electrode 202 is located at the bottom of the porous film 30.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cooking appliance further includes: a pot body 2 having an opening; a cover body 4, wherein the cover body 4 covers the opening of the pot body 2; the cover body handle 5 is positioned at the top of the outer side of the cover body 4, and the controller 50 of the anti-overflow sensor 1 is arranged in the cover body handle 5; the substrate 10, the sensing electrode 20, and the porous film 30 of the overflow prevention sensor 1 are disposed inside the cover 4.
