When the coil 14 is electrified, the compression spring 11 is continuously released along with the abrasion of the carbon brush 3, the elasticity of the compression spring 11 to the carbon brush 3 is reduced along with the increase of the release length of the compression spring 11, but because the electromagnet and the permanent magnet 16 are mutually attracted, and when the electromagnet and the permanent magnet 16 are close to each other, the attraction force between the electromagnet and the permanent magnet is increased along with the decrease of the distance, so that the insufficient pressure between the carbon brush 3 and the collecting ring 2 caused by the overlong release length of the compression spring 11 is compensated.

The slide rheostat 15 is connected in series with the coil 14, and the current in the coil 14 is adjusted by adjusting the slide rheostat 15, so that the purpose of changing the magnetic force of the electromagnet is achieved.

The piston cylinder 5 and the cylinder 9 are filled with hydraulic oil between the first piston 6 and the second piston 10, the hydraulic oil can play a role in transmission, and compared with filling gas, the volume change of the hydraulic oil is less affected by temperature, and pressure balance between the carbon brush 3 and the collecting ring 2 can be better maintained.

The working principle is as follows: along with the abrasion of the carbon brush 3, the compression spring 11 is continuously released, the elasticity of the compression spring 11 to the carbon brush 3 is reduced along with the increase of the release length of the compression spring 11, the coil 14 is electrified, the electromagnet and the permanent magnet 16 are mutually attracted, and when the electromagnet and the permanent magnet 16 are close to each other, the attraction force between the electromagnet and the permanent magnet is increased along with the reduction of the distance, so that the insufficient pressure between the carbon brush 3 and the collecting ring 2 caused by the overlong release length of the compression spring 11 is complemented, the pressure balance between the carbon brush 3 and the collecting ring 2 is kept, meanwhile, the transmission is carried out by adopting hydraulic oil with the volume change and small influence of the temperature, and the influence of the temperature on the pressure between the carbon brush 3.
