Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a high-precision processing jig frame for a multi-layer steel bar net with adjustable size comprises a plurality of vertical supports 1, a cross beam support assembly 2, a cross beam 3, longitudinal beams 4, longitudinal bar limiters 5, a long longitudinal bar limiting plate 6 and four short longitudinal bar limiting plates 7; the vertical supports 1 are arranged in a rectangular array, and a single vertical support 1 consists of a channel steel 101 and two vertical plates 102; the two vertical plates 102 are respectively integrally formed with two wings of the channel steel 101 and vertically extend along the opening direction of the channel steel 101, and a plurality of strip-shaped holes (visible in figure 2 and not marked) corresponding to each other are formed in the two vertical plates 102 at equal intervals in the vertical direction; the cross beam support assembly 2 comprises a plug 201 and an L-shaped plug board 202; the horizontal section of the L-shaped inserting plate 202 penetrates through the strip-shaped holes corresponding to each other on the two vertical plates 102 which are oppositely arranged, and the vertical section is attached to the outer wall surface of one vertical plate 102; the plug pins 201 are inserted from pin holes formed in the parts, extending out of the vertical plate 102, of the horizontal section of the L-shaped plug board 202 to form the limit of the L-shaped plug board 202; the cross section of the cross beam 3 is in a groove shape which can be just placed in the channel steel 101 of the vertical support 1, wherein the cross beam 3 at the lowermost layer of the jig frame is detachably connected in the channel steel 101 of the vertical support 1 through a fastener (in the embodiment, the fasteners are all bolt pairs), and the rest cross beams 3 are erected between two vertical plates 102 of the vertical support 1 through L-shaped inserting plates 202 in the cross beam support assembly 2; the openings of all the cross beams 3 are upward; the longitudinal beams 4 are detachably connected between the cross beams 3 at different longitudinal positions through ear plates (visible in figure 2 and not marked) and fasteners, and the longitudinal beams 4 are only distributed on two peripheral sides of the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer of the jig frame; the longitudinal rib limiter 5 comprises an arc-shaped bracket 502 and a square base 503 which are connected through a connecting rod 501, and a plurality of longitudinal rib limiters 5 are uniformly arranged in a groove with an upward opening of each cross beam 3; the square base 503 is made of magnetic material, specifically neodymium iron boron magnet, and the size of the square base is just enough to be clamped in the opening of the beam 3 without rotating; the long longitudinal rib limiting plate 6 and the short longitudinal rib limiting plate 7 are respectively clamped on the longitudinal beam 4 on the same side of the jig frame, and the long longitudinal rib limiting plate 6 is located on the outer side of the short longitudinal rib limiting plate 7 relative to the jig frame.

When the distance between the longitudinal ribs 100 needs to be adjusted, the longitudinal rib limiter 5 magnetically connected in the groove of the upward opening of the cross beam 3 slides, in particular to a square base 503, and the square base 503 is square and has the size which can be just clamped in the opening of the cross beam 3 without rotating, so that the sliding process is continuous and stable; because the longitudinal ribs 100 are placed on the arc-shaped supports 502 of the longitudinal rib stoppers 5, the distance between the longitudinal rib stoppers 5 represents the longitudinal rib spacing; the magnetic connection between the longitudinal bar limiter 5 and the cross beam 3 has the following advantages: the continuity of adjusting the longitudinal rib spacing is ensured, namely the adjustment of the longitudinal rib spacing can be finished with high precision.

When the spacing between the layers of the mesh reinforcement is required to be adjusted, the longitudinal bars 100 and the horizontal bars 200 are connected in an interweaving manner to form the mesh reinforcement, so that the distance between the longitudinal bars 100 of each layer represents the spacing between the layers of the mesh reinforcement; the longitudinal bars 100 are supported on the longitudinal bar stoppers 5, the longitudinal bar stoppers 5 are arranged in the cross beams 3, and the cross beams 3 are supported on the cross beam support component 2, so that the adjustment of the spacing between the mesh layers of the reinforcing bars can be realized as long as the L-shaped inserting plates 202 on the cross beam support component 2 are inserted in the strip-shaped holes of the vertical plates 102 with different heights.

The adjustment precision of the mesh reinforcement layer interval is the spacing distance D between the strip-shaped holes, and the adjustment precision of the mesh reinforcement layer interval can be high enough as long as the spacing D between the strip-shaped holes is small enough. It has been found that continuous adjustment of the longitudinal rib spacing can be achieved, but the mesh reinforcement layer spacing cannot be achieved with this type of construction, and the minimum adjustment dimension can only be the slot spacing D. Therefore, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, further, the top of the connecting rod 501 adopted in the present embodiment is provided with an external thread; the bottom of the arc-shaped bracket 502 is provided with a threaded hole which is matched and connected with the external thread; the bottom of the connecting rod 501 is a cylindrical clamping seat with a diameter which is steeply increased compared with the middle part; the top of the square base 503 is provided with a through groove which is in clamping fit with the bottom of the connecting rod 501; the cross section of the through groove is convex. Therefore, as long as the connecting rod 501 is rotated to enable the arc-shaped support 502 to be lifted or lowered, the adjustment tolerance of the steel bar net layer can be absorbed, and as long as the maximum distance D that the arc-shaped support 502 can be lifted or lowered is not less than 0.5D, the continuity of the adjustment of the steel bar net layer distance can be ensured, and the continuous and high-precision adjustment of the steel bar net layer distance is really realized.

As for the adjustment of the distance between the horizontal ribs 200, the horizontal ribs 200 are manually and fixedly welded on the longitudinal ribs according to the required distance in a lap joint manner, so that the distance between the horizontal ribs 200 can be manually and continuously adjusted and controlled.

Finally, the processing of the multi-layer reinforcing mesh is described in detail in the following description of the use method of the jig frame, and the description is omitted here.

Therefore, the invention realizes that the multi-layer reinforcing steel bar net with different longitudinal bar intervals, horizontal bar intervals and reinforcing steel bar net layer intervals can be produced on the same jig frame, improves the production flexibility of the jig frame, reduces the purchasing cost and the resource waste brought by customizing the jig frame, reduces the allocation cost, realizes the free and high-precision adjustment of the longitudinal bar intervals and the reinforcing steel bar net layer interval sizes of the processed multi-layer reinforcing steel bar net, and ensures the successful installation of the subsequent integral prefabricated reinforcing steel bar net.

As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a stretching beam 301 is slidably disposed in the upward opening groove of the cross beam 3 by a sliding groove structure (a conventional structure, not shown in the figure). The arrangement of extension roof beam 301 is for the width of extension crossbeam 3, and then the extension can place the position of vertical muscle stopper 5 to the width of the reinforcing bar net that this increase can be produced, go to adapt to the reinforcing bar net processing demand of bigger size, further improve the size adjustability performance of bed-jig.

As shown in fig. 1, further, the present embodiment further includes a longitudinal rib separator 8; indulge muscle baffle 8 and clamp on longeron 4 between muscle limiting plate 6 is indulged to length and the short longeron between the muscle limiting plate 7, its lower extreme sets up a plurality of downward open-ended confessions long limit hole (visible in figure 1, do not make the sign) of indulging the muscle 1001 and passing through, and in fact, also set up the confession on the short muscle limiting plate 7 of indulging and indulge the spacing hole that the muscle 1001 passes through. The longitudinal rib partition plate 8 and the limiting holes can guide each longitudinal rib 100 when the longitudinal rib is placed in, and play a role in relative isolation and limiting after the longitudinal rib is placed in, so that the longitudinal rib 100 is prevented from generating large position deviation when the longitudinal rib is placed in manually or during welding. The size of the limiting hole can be set to be 1.2-1.5 times of the diameter of the longitudinal rib, and under the condition of the size, the position for forming the limiting hole needs to be formed to different positions according to different models; if the generality of the longitudinal rib partition plate 8 and the limiting holes is improved, the limiting holes for the longitudinal ribs can be formed according to the conventional longitudinal rib spacing sizes, such as 100mm, 150mm and 200mm, and the specific mode is not a main innovation point of the application, so that the details are omitted.

As shown in fig. 1, further, the present embodiment further includes retaining clips 9 disposed at the joints between the long longitudinal rib limiting plate 6, the short longitudinal rib limiting plate 7, and the longitudinal rib partition plate 8 and the longitudinal beam 4, respectively; the stopping clamp 9 is clamped on the longitudinal beam 4 at the joint and located on the outer side of the long longitudinal rib limiting plate 6, the short longitudinal rib limiting plate 7 and the longitudinal rib partition plate 8 relative to the jig, and a layer of friction-increasing rubber layer 901 is laid between the clamping surfaces of the stopping clamp 9 and the longitudinal beam 4, as shown in fig. 5, the friction contact force between the rubber layer 901 of the stopping clamp 9 and the longitudinal beam 4 can be increased, so that after the stopping clamp 9 is clamped, the long longitudinal rib limiting plate 6, the short longitudinal rib limiting plate 7 and the longitudinal rib partition plate 8 can be well prevented from generating displacement towards the stopping clamp 9, the position precision of each longitudinal rib abutting against the long longitudinal rib limiting plate 6 and the short longitudinal rib limiting plate 7 is improved, and the machining precision of a reinforcing mesh is improved.

As shown in fig. 5, the retaining clip 9 of the present embodiment is of a stretch-clamp type structure, so as to improve the convenience of clamping the retaining clip 9 and the versatility of clamping on longitudinal beams 4 with different widths. The structure of the retaining clip 9 comprises a left clamping member 903 and a right clamping member 904 which are connected by at least one extension spring 902, and the detailed structure is shown in the drawings and is not described in detail.

The use method of the high-precision processing jig frame for the multilayer steel bar mesh with the adjustable size comprises the following steps:

s1: arranging a plurality of vertical supports 1 in a rectangular array according to the size of the shear wall, and connecting the bottom layer of cross beams 3 with the vertical supports 1; as shown in FIG. 6;

s2: connecting a plurality of longitudinal beams 4 between the cross beams 3 of the bottom layer at different longitudinal positions according to the size of the shear wall; as shown in FIG. 7;

s3: in the groove of the upward opening of the bottom layer cross beam 3, a plurality of longitudinal rib limiters 5 are arranged at intervals according to the requirement of the rib arrangement distance of the longitudinal ribs 100; as shown in FIG. 8;

s4: a plurality of beam support assemblies 2 are arranged between the two vertical plates 102 of all the vertical supports 1 at intervals according to the requirements of the number of the reinforcing mesh layers and the spacing of the reinforcing mesh layers, and the beams 3 are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; as shown in fig. 9 and 10;

s5: connecting a plurality of longitudinal beams 4 between the cross beams 3 of the top layer at different longitudinal positions according to the size of the shear wall; as shown in FIG. 11;

s6: in the beam 3 placed in S4, a plurality of longitudinal bar stoppers 5 are arranged at intervals according to the requirement of the bar arrangement distance of the longitudinal bars 100; as in FIG. 12;

s7: respectively clamping a short longitudinal rib limiting plate 7, a longitudinal rib clapboard 8 and a long longitudinal rib limiting plate 6 on a longitudinal beam 4 on one side of a jig frame from inside to outside, and clamping a retaining clamp 9 at the joint of the long longitudinal rib limiting plate 6, the short longitudinal rib limiting plate 7 and the longitudinal rib clapboard 8 with the longitudinal beam 4; as in FIG. 12;

s8: arranging top-layer hidden column longitudinal ribs, specifically, penetrating long longitudinal ribs 1001 and short longitudinal ribs 1002 from one side of a jig frame, and supporting the long longitudinal ribs 1001 and the short longitudinal ribs 1002 through arc-shaped supports 502 of longitudinal rib limiters 5 until the long longitudinal ribs 1001 and the short longitudinal ribs 1002 respectively abut against a long longitudinal rib limiting plate 6 and a short longitudinal rib limiting plate 7, wherein the long longitudinal ribs 1001 can pass through the short longitudinal rib limiting plates 7 and limiting holes in longitudinal rib clapboards 8 without interference; as shown in FIG. 13; it should be added that the long longitudinal bars 1001 and the short longitudinal bars 1002 belong to the longitudinal bars 100, and in a general prefabricated multilayer reinforcing mesh, the long longitudinal bars 1001 and the short longitudinal bars 1002 respectively account for 50%;

s9: arranging a plurality of hidden column stirrups 300 at intervals according to the requirement of the distance between the horizontal ribs 200 in the annular direction of the hidden column longitudinal ribs arranged in S8; as shown in FIG. 14;

s10: arranging other hidden column longitudinal ribs except the finished part of S8, and then welding all hidden column stirrups 300; as in FIG. 15;

s11: arranging all bottom layer longitudinal ribs 100 except the hidden column area; as shown in FIG. 16;

s12: arranging and welding all the horizontal ribs 200 at the bottom layer; as in FIG. 17;

s13: arranging and welding and fixing the longitudinal ribs 100 and the horizontal ribs 200 of all the middle layers; as in FIG. 18;

s14: arranging all the top-layer longitudinal ribs 100 and the top-layer horizontal ribs 200, and welding and fixing; then the long longitudinal rib limiting plate is far away from the jig frame

6, welding a lifting hook 400 on one side; as in FIG. 19; the hook 400 will serve as the hanging point for S18;

s15: dismantling the long longitudinal rib limiting plate 6, the short longitudinal rib limiting plate 7, the longitudinal rib partition plate 8 and the top longitudinal beam 4; as in FIG. 20; the influence of the components on the hoisting operation of the S18 reinforcing mesh is avoided;

s16: lifting the formed reinforcing mesh slightly by using a four-point crane; as shown in FIG. 21; horizontally raised a distance to facilitate removal of the member in S17;

s17: the beam support assembly 2, the longitudinal rib limiter 5 and all the beams 3 except the bottom layer are sequentially dismantled from top to bottom; as in FIG. 22; the bottom layer beam 3 still has a certain supporting function on the whole reinforcing mesh, and the lifting of the reinforcing mesh is not influenced, so the bottom layer beam 3 is not detached.

S18: the four-point hoisting is changed into end two-point hoisting, the reinforcing mesh is hoisted, and the subsequent processes of transferring and installing the reinforcing mesh are carried out; as in fig. 23.

The use method of the jig frame is also called as a multilayer reinforcing mesh processing method, the installation and processing are from bottom to top, the working procedure is reasonable, the process is simple, the field operation is easy, and the adjustment of the sizes of the longitudinal bar spacing, the reinforcing mesh layer spacing and the like is facilitated.

Further, in this embodiment, between S12 and S13, the method further includes the steps of: placing and welding the X-shaped reinforcing ribs 500 on the bottom layer of the reinforcing mesh; as in FIG. 17; the X-shaped reinforcing bars 500 can enhance the deformation resistance of the reinforcing mesh during hoisting, and improve the overall strength of the reinforcing mesh.

Further, in this embodiment, between S14 and S15, the method further includes the steps of: placing and welding the X-shaped reinforcing ribs 500 on the top layer of the reinforcing mesh; as in FIG. 19; the X-shaped reinforcing bars 500 can enhance the deformation resistance of the reinforcing mesh during hoisting, and improve the overall strength of the reinforcing mesh.

Further, in this embodiment, between S14 and S15, the method further includes the steps of: in the area of the reinforcing mesh, which is not a hidden column, a lacing bar 600 is installed and welded; as in FIG. 19; so as to improve the overall rigidity and stability of the reinforcing mesh.

Further, in this embodiment, two ends of the tie bar 600 are respectively connected to two adjacent layers of reinforcing mesh, or two ends of the tie bar are respectively connected to the reinforcing mesh connected to the top layer and the bottom layer.

Finally, the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made to the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, and all of them should be covered in the claims of the present invention.
