1. A system of putting on of multi-vehicle type part, its characterized in that includes:

the precision workboxes are respectively used for storing parts of various vehicle types, wherein one precision workbox is used for storing one or more parts of the same vehicle type;

a transport device adapted to transport a plurality of the precision bins;

an upper assembly platform comprising an upper port to which the transport device can transport the precision bin;

the grabbing device is used for grabbing parts of various vehicle models, one grabbing device corresponds to one vehicle model part, and the grabbing device is arranged at a preset position of the upper part assembling platform;

the first identification device is used for identifying vehicle type information corresponding to the precision bin;

The loading system according to claim 5, further comprising a parking stand, a plurality of said gripping devices being disposed on said parking stand, said parking stand being movably disposed on said loading platform for steering said gripping devices of corresponding vehicle type parts in the direction of said gripping drive means, said gripping drive means being adapted to drive the plurality of gripping devices to grip parts of a plurality of vehicle types.

7. A loading system according to claim 5, further comprising a second identification device provided on the gripping device to identify whether the gripping device corresponds to the precision bin.

8. The workpiece feeding system according to claim 1, further comprising a welding device disposed below the workpiece feeding platform and configured to weld the workpiece placed at the predetermined position.

9. A control method of a loading system of parts of multiple vehicle types is characterized by comprising the following steps:

acquiring a part loading sequence;

the conveying device conveys a plurality of precision material boxes to the workpiece loading port according to the workpiece loading sequence;

and selecting one of the plurality of grabbing devices corresponding to the currently required precision work bin according to the work feeding sequence information, and driving the current grabbing devices to grab the parts of the corresponding vehicle model and place the parts at a preset position by the grabbing driving device.

10. The control method of the parts feeding system for parts of multiple vehicle types according to claim 9,

welding the parts placed at the preset positions;

and conveying the welded parts to the next station for welding or welding the upper parts.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a part loading system which can improve the part loading efficiency of parts and can reduce the cost for transporting the parts by the part loading system.

The invention further provides a control method of the loading system of the parts of the multiple vehicle types.

The part loading system of the multi-vehicle type part comprises: the precision workboxes are respectively used for storing parts of various vehicle types, wherein one precision workbox is used for storing one or more parts of the same vehicle type; a transport device adapted to transport a plurality of the precision bins; an upper assembly platform comprising an upper port to which the transport device can transport the precision bin; the grabbing device is used for grabbing parts of various vehicle models, one grabbing device corresponds to one vehicle model part, and the grabbing device is arranged at a preset position of the upper part assembling platform; the first identification device is used for identifying vehicle type information corresponding to the precision bin; and the control device is connected with the first identification device and the grabbing device and switches the grabbing device according to the identification information of the first identification device.

According to the loading system for the parts of the multiple vehicle types, the precision material box, the conveying device, the loading assembly platform, the grabbing device, the first recognition device and the control device are matched, the loading efficiency of the parts can be improved, the cost for transporting the parts by the loading system can be reduced, and the loading system is simple in structure and convenient to maintain.

In some examples of the invention, the workpiece loading system further comprises a positioning device, the positioning device is arranged corresponding to the workpiece loading port, and the positioning device can position a plurality of precision material boxes.

In some examples of the invention, the upper assembly platform is higher than a plane of the positioning device, and the upper system further includes: the jacking device is used for jacking the precision workbin positioned on the positioning device to the upper assembly platform.

In some examples of the present invention, the workpiece feeding port includes a plurality of workpiece feeding ports, the positioning device includes a plurality of workpiece feeding ports, the positioning devices are respectively and correspondingly disposed at the plurality of workpiece feeding ports, and the plurality of positioning devices can be used for positioning the plurality of precision bins in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

In some examples of the invention, the loading system further includes a gripping driving device, the gripping driving device is disposed on the loading platform, and the gripping driving device can drive a plurality of gripping devices to grip parts of a plurality of vehicle types in a one-to-one correspondence manner.

In some examples of the present invention, the loading system further comprises a parking stand, a plurality of the gripping devices are arranged on the parking stand, the parking stand is movably arranged on the loading platform to turn the gripping device corresponding to the vehicle type part to the direction of the gripping driving device, and the gripping driving device is suitable for driving the plurality of gripping devices to grip the parts of various vehicle types.

In some examples of the invention, the workpiece loading system further comprises a second identification device, and the second identification device is arranged on the gripping device to identify whether the gripping device corresponds to the precision bin.

In some examples of the present invention, the upper assembly system further includes a welding device disposed below the upper assembly platform and used for welding the parts placed at the predetermined positions.

The control method of the loading system of the parts of the multiple vehicle types comprises the following steps: acquiring a part loading sequence; the conveying device conveys a plurality of precision material boxes to the workpiece loading port according to the workpiece loading sequence; and selecting one of the plurality of grabbing devices corresponding to the currently required precision work bin according to the work feeding sequence information, and driving the current grabbing devices to grab the parts of the corresponding vehicle model and place the parts at a preset position by the grabbing driving device.

In some examples of the invention, the part placed at the predetermined location is welded; and conveying the welded parts to the next station for welding or welding the upper parts.

A multi-vehicle type part loading system 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 15.

As shown in fig. 1 to 15, a parts-on-system 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of precision bins 1, a transport device 2, an upper assembly platform 3, a plurality of gripping devices 4, a first identification device and a control device. The precision workboxes 1 are respectively used for storing parts of various vehicle types, wherein one precision workbox 1 is used for storing one or more parts of the same vehicle type. The transport device 2 is adapted to transport each precision magazine 1, the upper assembly platform 3 comprises an upper opening 31, and the transport device 2 can transport the precision magazine 1 to the upper opening 31. A plurality of grasping apparatuses 4 are used to grasp parts of a plurality of vehicle types, wherein one grasping apparatus 4 corresponds to a part of one vehicle type, and the grasping apparatus 4 is provided at a predetermined position of the upper assembling platform 3. The first recognition device is used for recognizing the vehicle type information corresponding to the precision bin 1. The control device is connected with the first recognition device and the grabbing device 4, and the control device switches the grabbing device 4 to grab the parts according to the recognition information of the first recognition device, and it can also be understood that the control device is electrically connected with the grabbing devices 4, and the control device can control the grabbing devices 4 to act, that is, the control device can control the grabbing devices 4 to grab the parts in the precision bin 1.

The precision workbox 1 can be used for containing one or more parts of the same vehicle type, and each vehicle type corresponds to one precision workbox 1. In the vehicle assembly process, when the loading system 10 is used for loading, a plurality of parts are firstly placed on the precision work bin 1, then the transportation device 2 conveys the precision work bin 1 to the loading opening 31, the first recognition device recognizes the vehicle type information corresponding to the precision work bin 1, then the control device controls the grabbing device 4 to grab the parts in the precision work bin 1 to the positioning welding clamp assembly 9 for splicing, and the parts are spliced and assembled at the positioning welding clamp assembly 9. The whole transportation of part is all automatic the completion, a plurality of parts of a motorcycle type are transported together through precision workbin 1, in the unit interval, can improve the conveying efficiency of part, can reduce the number of times that precision workbin 1 transported the part, thereby can promote the efficiency of putting on a workpiece of part, and then can reduce the cost that system 10 transported the part of putting on a workpiece, and, the simple structure of system 10 of putting on a workpiece of this application, can reduce the manufacturing degree of difficulty of system 10 of putting on a workpiece, also can be in order to make things convenient for system 10 of putting on a workpiece to maintain.

Therefore, the precision work bin 1, the conveying device 2, the loading assembly platform 3 and the grabbing device 4 are matched, the loading efficiency of parts can be improved, the cost for transporting the parts by the loading system 10 can be reduced, and the loading system 10 is simple in structure and convenient to maintain.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of precision bins 1 may store a plurality of parts in one-to-one correspondence, or it may be understood that the plurality of precision bins 1 are parts of a plurality of vehicle types, and one precision bin 1 stores parts of one vehicle type, so that the parts of different vehicle types can be stored in different precision bins 1, and the parts of different vehicle types can be separated, thereby preventing the parts of different vehicle types from being mixed together.

In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the upper system 10 may further include: and the positioning device 5, the positioning device 5 can be arranged corresponding to the upper piece opening 31, and the positioning device 5 can position each of the plurality of precision material boxes 1. In some embodiments of the present invention, the control device switches the grabbing devices 4 according to the identification information of the first identification device, wherein each part of the vehicle type corresponds to one grabbing device 4, and after receiving the vehicle type signal sent by the first identification device through the control device, the control device transfers the required grabbing devices 4 to the precision bin 1, so that the grabbing devices 4 grab the parts in the precision bin 1.

In some embodiments of the invention, the upper assembly platform 3 is higher than the plane of the positioning device 5, it being understood that the upper assembly platform 3 is higher than the positioning device 5, so that the positioning device 5 can better position the precision magazine 1. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the upper system 10 may further include: jacking device 6, jacking device 6 can adopt the motor to provide drive power, and jacking device 6 can be used for jacking the precision workbin 1 that is located on positioner 5 to the assembly platform 3 department of going up to can make things convenient for grabbing device 4 to snatch the part in the precision workbin 1.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the number of the feeding ports 31 may be multiple, the number of the positioning devices 5 may be multiple, the multiple positioning devices 5 are respectively and correspondingly disposed at the multiple feeding ports 31, and the multiple positioning devices 5 may be positioned in a one-to-one correspondence with the multiple precision bins 1, that is, one positioning device 5 is disposed at one feeding port 31, and one positioning device 5 is configured to position one precision bin 1, so that the multiple precision bins 1 can be disposed at different feeding ports 31, and the multiple precision bins 1 can be prevented from interfering with each other, thereby ensuring the working reliability of each precision bin 1.

The specific working process of the upper system 10 is as follows:

In some embodiments of the present invention, the welding device 9 performs welding on the parts placed at the predetermined positions, and then conveys the welded parts to the next station for welding or upper part welding.
