The application relates to the field of mechanical tools, in particular to a cavity part machining tool and a machining method thereof, wherein the cavity part machining tool can be used for performing square groove corner trimming machining on the side wall of a cavity part.

Background

Based on the existing CNC process, the square groove right-angle machining of the cavity part can be realized by processes such as right-angle slotting tool, wire cutting, electric spark and the like. When the slotting tool is used for processing, in order to reduce the deformation of the product, the slotting tool is generally processed by using smaller cutting parameters, so the processing time is longer; the processing cost is higher when wire cutting and electric spark processing are carried out. In order to improve the processing efficiency of the square groove right angle and reduce the processing cost, an innovative processing scheme needs to be provided.

Detailed Description

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the square groove right angle processing of the cavity part can be realized by processes such as right angle slotting tool, linear cutting, electric spark and the like. When the slotting tool is used for processing, in order to reduce the deformation of the product, the slotting tool is generally processed by using smaller cutting parameters, so the processing time is longer; the processing cost is higher when wire cutting and electric spark processing are carried out. The technical idea of the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: through the structures of the fourth spring 4, the sliding block 32 and the second cutter bar 19 and the coaxial arrangement of the second cutter bar 19, the first cutter bar 13 and the angle trimming cutter 17, the angle trimming processing of a square groove at the upper part of a cavity of the workpiece 22 can be realized, and the angle trimming processing of a square groove at the lower part of the cavity of the workpiece 22 can also be realized, so that the stroke of the relative motion of the angle trimming cutter 17 and the workpiece 22 is divided into two sections, the excessive deformation generated on the workpiece is avoided, and the right-angled processing efficiency of the square groove is improved. The downward stroke of the base 3 is limited by the limiting frame 20; when the limiting frame 20 is contacted with the second tool rest 18, the base 3 can not move downwards; in step S2, no further relative displacement can occur between the second tool post 18 and the workpiece 22; in step S3, it is also ensured that the force is uniformly applied during the corner trimming of the square groove in the lower portion of the cavity of the workpiece 22.

Based on the basic technical scheme, the invention also provides a processing method of the cavity part processing tool, which comprises the following steps:

step S1, fixedly mounting the workpiece 22 to be subjected to corner trimming on the positioning tool 8; embedding the corner trimming tool 17 on the positioning tool 8, and enabling the corner trimming tool 17 to be positioned in the axial direction of the first tool bar 13 and to be in contact with the side wall of the cavity of the workpiece 22;

step S2, a force is applied downwards to the handle 1 to drive the base 3 and the second cutter bar 19 to move downwards along the second guide post 2, so that the second cutter bar 19 contacts the angle trimming cutter 17 and drives the angle trimming cutter 17, the workpiece 22 and the positioning tool 8 to move downwards, so that the workpiece 22 contacts the first cutter frame 16 and drives the first cutter frame 16 to move downwards so that the angle trimming cutter 17 contacts the first cutter bar 13, the workpiece 22 slides downwards relative to the angle trimming cutter 17, and the square groove angle trimming processing on the upper part of the cavity of the workpiece 22 is completed;

step S3, reducing the downward force applied to the handle 1 so that the chamfering tool 17 is separated from the first blade bar 13; and the handle 1 is screwed into the threaded through hole 31 downwards, so that the fourth spring 4 is compressed to push the second cutter bar 19 downwards, the angle trimming cutter 17 is driven to move downwards, and the angle trimming cutter 17 performs angle trimming on a square groove at the lower part of the cavity of the workpiece 22.

In the above technical solution, by the structure of the fourth spring 4, the slider 32 and the second tool bar 19, and by the coaxial arrangement of the second tool bar 19, the first tool bar 13 and the corner trimming tool 17, the corner trimming of the square groove at the upper part of the cavity of the workpiece 22 can be realized, and the corner trimming of the square groove at the lower part of the cavity of the workpiece 22 can also be realized.

Further, in this embodiment, the cavity part machining tool further includes a limiting frame 20 disposed at the bottom of the base 3. The downward stroke of the base 3 is limited by the limiting frame 20; when the limiting frame 20 is contacted with the second tool rest 18, the base 3 can not move downwards; in step S2, no further relative displacement can occur between the second tool post 18 and the workpiece 22; in step S3, it is also ensured that the force is uniformly applied during the corner trimming of the square groove in the lower portion of the cavity of the workpiece 22.

Furthermore, the limiting frame 20 is fixedly connected with the base 3 through the first positioning column 21, and the limiting frame 20 is further sleeved on the second guide pillar 2.
