1. An aperturing device, comprising:

a frame (10);

a punch die (20), wherein the punch die (20) is fixed on the frame (10), the punch die (20) is provided with a through hole, and the punch die (20) is used for bearing the material to be punched;

the driving part (40) is arranged on the frame (10), and the driving part (40) is in driving connection with the punch (30) so as to drive the punch (30) to move back and forth.

2. Tapping device according to claim 1, wherein the end of the punch (30) facing the die (20) has a plurality of teeth (31), the teeth (31) being distributed along the circumference of the punch (30), the tip of each tooth (31) facing the through hole.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of product packaging equipment, in particular to a hole forming device and an air conditioner bagging machine.

Background

After the air conditioner outdoor unit is assembled, a plastic bag is sleeved on the outer shell and then the outer shell is placed in a packing box. In order to prevent excessive air in the plastic bag from affecting the packaging effect, holes need to be formed in the plastic bag for air exhaust. However, no special hole forming device exists in the prior art, and the production efficiency is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a hole opening device and an air conditioner bagging machine, which are used for realizing automatic hole opening of materials.

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tapping device comprising: a frame; the stamping die is fixed on the frame and provided with a through hole, and the stamping die is used for bearing a material to be punched; the punch is movably arranged on the frame, the punch is of a hollow structure and is arranged corresponding to the through hole so as to penetrate into or move out of the through hole, and the punch punches the material on the punch die in the process of penetrating into the through hole; and the driving part is arranged on the frame and is in driving connection with the punch so as to drive the punch to move back and forth.

Further, one end of the punch towards the die is provided with a plurality of convex teeth, the convex teeth are distributed along the circumferential direction of the punch, and the tip of each convex tooth faces the through hole.

Further, the number of the die and the number of the punches are plural, the plural punches are arranged in an array, and the plural die and the plural punches are arranged in one-to-one correspondence.
