(2) corona treatment: subjecting a polyolefin substrate to surface corona treatment to impart a wetting tension of not less than 38 dynes or more to the surface thereof, thereby improving the surface activity;

(3) printing ink: printing the ink on the surface of the polyolefin substrate by adopting a gravure or flexographic printing process;

(4) unreeling the coiled material: placing the printed polyolefin substrate on a unreeling rack with tension teaching;

(5) manufacturing a PE base material: metering and mixing PE materials, conveying the PE materials into a set of independent screw extruder, and melting the PE materials into fluid at the temperature of 150-280 ℃;
