In order to conveniently control the uniform falling of the material particles in the lower buffer cylinder 2, a plate valve is arranged between the buffer cylinder 2 and the discharge hole 102. A buffer cylinder 2 is independently designed between the transfer cylinder 1 and a feeding port of the V-shaped powder concentrator, and the uniformity of the internal material waterfall of the V-shaped powder concentrator can be greatly promoted. In order to facilitate maintenance, the wear-resistant lining plate on the inner wall of the novel feeding device can be made into a bolt connection specified mode.
