Technical Field

The invention relates to an intermittent feeding and distributing device, in particular to an intermittent feeding and distributing device for conveying cylindrical rollers.

Background

The cylindrical roller bearing is widely applied to various rotating machines. The degree of automation of the machining process of a cylindrical roller, which is one of important parts of a cylindrical roller bearing, has a great influence on production efficiency, production cost and labor intensity. The intermittent motion mechanism can convert the continuous motion of the driving part into the regular motion and pause of the driven part, and can realize the functions of raw material feeding, finished product output, indexing, transposition, stepping, reversing and the like. The intermittent motion mechanism commonly used in automatic machinery comprises a ratchet-pawl mechanism, a grooved pulley mechanism, an indexing cam mechanism, a crank-guide rod mechanism and the like. In the cylindrical roller indexing feeding mechanism, a servo motor is mostly adopted to drive the motion mode of the indexing disc, and the main defects of the indexing disc are as follows: the servo motor has accumulated errors, and the accurate position of the material storage disc is difficult to ensure after long-time operation.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an intermittent feeding and distributing device for a cylindrical roller. The auxiliary equipment provided with the device not only can realize the function of separating the cylindrical rollers, but also has the capability of feeding the cylindrical rollers in large batch, and the feeding efficiency of the cylindrical rollers can be greatly improved while separating the materials, so that the manual operation and labor cost can be reduced, and the automation level of the processing of the cylindrical rollers is improved.

Further, the intermittent feeding and distributing device for the cylindrical rollers, provided by the invention, is characterized in that the multiple push rods, the multiple storage tanks on the storage disc and the multiple discharge pipes form a multi-path feeding channel on the cylindrical rollers.

And a limiting block is arranged above the feed inlet of the multi-connection discharge pipe to ensure the position of the cylindrical roller when entering the multi-connection discharge pipe.

In the invention, the indexing rotary transmission mechanism adopts one of the following transmission mechanisms:

ratchet pawl drive mechanism, sheave drive mechanism, indexing cam drive mechanism and crank guide rod drive mechanism.

The indexing rotary transmission mechanism preferably adopts a ratchet and pawl transmission mechanism. The ratchet and pawl transmission mechanism comprises a linear reciprocating motion device, a connecting plate, a positioning block, a rack, a gear, a driving swing rod, a driving pawl, a ratchet, a non-return pawl, a third supporting plate, a fourth supporting plate and a rotating shaft; the initial position of the storage tray is controlled by adjusting the mounting position of the non-return pawl, so that each storage tank passes through the same initial position in the working process of the storage tray.

The invention will be further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples, which are not intended to limit the invention in any way.

As shown in fig. 1, the intermittent feeding and separating device for cylindrical rollers provided by the invention comprises a linear reciprocating pushing and separating mechanism 1, a cylindrical roller storage feeding mechanism 2 and an indexing rotary transmission mechanism.

As shown in fig. 1, the linear reciprocating feed mechanism 1 includes a support column 11, a bottom plate 12, a positioning plate 13, a linear reciprocating device 14, a first support plate 15, a multiple push rod 16, a push rod guide sleeve 17 and a multiple discharge pipe 18. The supporting column 11 is arranged on the feeding workbench; the first supporting plate 15 with the bottom plate 12 carries out relative position's affirmation through locating plate 13, and first supporting plate 15 links firmly with bottom plate 12, linear reciprocating motion device 14 passes through first supporting plate 15 with bottom plate 12 links firmly, linear reciprocating motion device 14 promotes and allies oneself with push rod 16 more and carries out reciprocating motion, it is spacing that the push rod 16 more is by push rod uide bushing 17 more, and then guarantees that the push rod 16 more is in accurate position. As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of storage troughs 240 are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction on the storage tray 24; the installation position of the feeding sensor 23 is not limited as long as it can detect whether the feeding is performed, and in the present invention, the multiple push rod 16, the multiple storage slots 240 on the storage tray 24, and the multiple discharge pipe 18 form a multi-path feeding channel on the cylindrical roller. When the incoming material sensor 23 detects incoming materials, the material storage disc 24 rotates in an indexing manner, at the moment, the multi-connection push rod 16 pushes the plurality of cylindrical rollers into the multi-connection discharge pipe 18 simultaneously, so that the cylindrical rollers are fed in a multi-path manner, and one-time feeding is completed.

In the invention, the indexing rotary transmission mechanism adopts one of a ratchet wheel and pawl transmission mechanism, a sheave transmission mechanism, an indexing cam transmission mechanism and a crank guide rod transmission mechanism. In this embodiment, a ratchet-pawl transmission mechanism is taken as an example, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the ratchet-pawl transmission mechanism 3 includes a linear reciprocating device 31, a connecting plate 32, a positioning block 33, a rack 34, a gear 35, a driving swing rod 36, a driving pawl 37, a ratchet 38, a non-return pawl 39, a third support plate 310, a fourth support plate 311 and a rotating shaft 312; the linear reciprocating device 31 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 12 through the connecting plate 32. The rack 34 is fixedly connected with the linear reciprocating device 31 and is positioned by the positioning block 33 to move up and down. The gear 35 is fixedly connected with the driving swing rod 36 and is sleeved on the rotating shaft 312 in an empty mode. The driving pawl 37 is mounted on the driving swing rod 36, the non-return pawl 39 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 12, and the ratchet 38 is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft 310. The accuracy of the working position of the ratchet wheel 38 is further ensured by adjusting the mounting position of the check pawl 39 so as to control the initial accurate position of the ratchet wheel 38. The initial position of the storage tray 24 can be controlled by adjusting the installation position of the check pawl 39, so that each storage tank 240 can pass through the same initial position in the working process of the storage tray 24; the axial line of the discharging through hole on the feeding guide block 21 and the axial line of the storage groove 240 in the storage tray 24 can be ensured to be coaxial by adjusting the size of the feeding guide block 21, and the cylindrical roller stably enters the storage tray 24.

As shown in fig. 1, the incoming material sensor 23 of the cylindrical roller magazine 2 of the present invention may be mounted on the fourth support plate 311. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 4, the multi-connected discharge pipe 18 of the linear reciprocating feed dividing mechanism 1 of the present invention can be supported and fixedly connected by the third support plate 310 and the fourth support plate 311.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, in operation, the cylindrical roller enters the storage trough 240 of the storage tray 24 from the feeding guide block 21. The incoming material sensor 23 sends out a signal after detecting the incoming material, and the ratchet and pawl transmission mechanism 3 starts to work so as to intermittently index and rotate the rotating shaft 312. The storage disc 24 rotates under the action of the ratchet and pawl transmission mechanism 3, the storage disc 24 rotates in an indexing manner, the plurality of storage grooves 240 correspond to the axis position of the multi-connection discharge pipe 18, and when the cylindrical rollers in the plurality of storage grooves 240 are coaxial with the axis of the multi-connection push rod 16, the multi-connection push rod 16 pushes the plurality of cylindrical rollers into the multi-connection discharge pipe 18, and the cylindrical rollers are fed in multiple paths to finish one-time feeding. The limiting block 4 arranged above the inlet of the multi-connection discharge pipe 18 can ensure that the cylindrical roller has an accurate axial position when entering the multi-connection discharge pipe 18, so that material blockage is prevented.

In conclusion, the pushing is realized by the reciprocating motion of the multi-connected push rod of the reciprocating motion device, and the material distributing function is realized while feeding; the material storage disc is provided with a plurality of material storage grooves which are uniformly distributed, and the material storage disc stops at an accurate position every time in the intermittent rotation process of the material storage disc by utilizing the motion characteristic of the indexing rotary transmission mechanism, so that the material storage grooves are ensured to coincide with the axes of the multi-connection push rod and the multi-connection discharge pipe, and the cylindrical roller is stably and efficiently fed. The equipment provided with the feeding device can realize the function of distributing the material by the cylindrical rollers, has the capability of feeding the cylindrical rollers in a large batch, and greatly improves the feeding efficiency of the cylindrical rollers while distributing the material.
