10. A preparation method of a multifunctional hot melt adhesive with an ultra-wide temperature band comprises the following steps:

1) weighing raw materials except SIS and SEBS according to the weight part, adding the raw materials into a reaction kettle, and stirring at 60-100 rpm;

2) heating to 130 ℃, and keeping the constant temperature until the tackifying resin and the hydrogenated resin are completely dissolved;

3) introducing nitrogen, heating to 230 ℃ under 0.005MPa, releasing pressure, uncovering, and respectively adding the SIS and the SEBS weighed according to the weight part;

4) adding nitrogen gas, stirring at 0.005MPa and 150rpm, and keeping the temperature at 230 ℃ until all the raw materials are completely dissolved;

5) releasing pressure, stopping stirring, discharging the materials to a mold while the materials are hot, cooling and molding, and packaging to obtain a finished product.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of hot melt adhesives, and particularly relates to a multifunctional hot melt adhesive with a super wide temperature range and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The development of hot melt adhesive has a history of twenty-three decades, but most of the hot melt adhesives are concentrated in common daily-use categories, such as common label tapes, double-sided tapes, furniture plywood (artificial boards), book nails, common cloth-based tapes and the like, and although the hot melt adhesives have wider application range, the hot melt adhesives have a remarkable weakness that: the temperature variation range of the usable occasion is too narrow, and the application is single. For example, in special situations such as high temperature, high humidity, low temperature, severe cold, and alternating between cold and hot (e.g., automobiles), the use of hot melt adhesives is still limited.

Because the high-end performance of the existing hot melt adhesive is not good at present, such as high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, lasting adhesion performance and the like, which cannot exceed that of an acrylic adhesive, the oil-based acrylic adhesive is still used in the fields of automobile sound insulation, interior decoration, tire pricking prevention and self-repairing, sealing, mobile phones, notebook computers, electronic devices (such as ICs and IGBTs), antistatic adhesive tapes, heat conducting adhesive tapes, electric conducting adhesive tapes, building curtain wall glass explosion-proof and windproof adhesive tapes and the like. For example, in the bonding of seals, sound insulation, instruments, skylights, etc. of automobiles, at present, cyano acrylic (neoprene) oil-based adhesives are mainly used, and some acrylic oil-based adhesives are used, and although these adhesives meet the requirements in terms of performance, the most harmful of them are those containing toxic and harmful components: such as volatile compounds (VOC) of organic solvents such as benzene, aldehyde (formaldehyde), alkane and the like, which are listed as strong carcinogenic substances by the world health organization at present, the harmful toxic substances are extremely harmful to human bodies if being contacted for a long time in closed spaces such as carriages, basements, garages and the like, and are easy to cause dizziness, dyspnea and even leukemia.

Meanwhile, part of the existing hot melt adhesives are not environment-friendly in material selection, are commonly used as carcinogens such as toxic and harmful substances, such as leakage-proof liquid of tires, tire repair glue and the like, and are mainly oily colloids containing benzene series at present, so that the hot melt adhesives are not directly contacted with human bodies when in use, but have great pollution to the environment and great harm to constructors in the manufacturing and construction processes. At present, most of the asphalt gel organic gel is used, but the substances are difficult to resist low temperature and are easy to become brittle at minus dozens of degrees, so that the leakage-proof effect is reduced, and the pollutants are serious, mainly because the main body used in the asphalt gel is asphalt which contains aromatic petroleum, tar oil, shale and the like, the smoke (asphalt smoke) of the substances in the manufacturing and construction (heating and melting) process also contains carcinogens 3,4 benzopyrene (the content is 2.5-3.5%), the smoke and dust of the substances are easy to cause poisoning after passing through respiratory tract and skin, so that dermatitis, blurred vision, conjunctivitis, chest pain, dizziness and the like are caused, and the pollution to the atmosphere is serious.

Therefore, the temperature change range of the usable occasions of the hot melt adhesive in the prior art is too narrow, the application is single, and meanwhile, the raw materials are not environment-friendly in material selection and are commonly used as carcinogenic substances such as toxic and harmful substances.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the multifunctional hot melt adhesive with the ultra-wide temperature range can be used in any temperature range of-30-130 ℃, can be used in multiple occasions, and has wide application range and nontoxic and environment-friendly raw materials.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the multifunctional hot melt adhesive with the ultra-wide temperature band.

In order to overcome the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the multifunctional hot melt adhesive for the ultra-wide temperature range comprises the following components in parts by weight:

as a further improvement of the scheme, the SIS is an elastomer resin, is a triblock copolymer of polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene, and selects the (SI) nR with a star structure, so that the cohesive force of the hot melt adhesive is strong, and the hardness is high.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the hardness of the SIS is at least 60, the higher the hardness is, the better the temperature resistance of the hot melt adhesive is, and DuPont 1105 resin or 1107 of Kraton in the United states can be selected.

As a further improvement of the above scheme, the SEBS is a linear triblock copolymer having polystyrene as a terminal block and an ethylene-butene copolymer obtained by hydrogenating polybutadiene as an intermediate elastic block, and has a hardness (Shore) of 60 to 95, and can be selected from high-hardness American Keteng G1643, G1642, E1830, Japanese Asahi-Kasei H1051, and the like. SEBS is also an elastomer resin, and both SEBS and SIS are used as main raw materials of the hot melt adhesive. The SEBS plays a key role in high temperature resistance in a system, the thermal decomposition temperature of the SEBS reaches 270 ℃, the maximum use temperature of the SEBS reaches 149 ℃, and the SEBS has good photooxidation resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance.

Naphthenic oil 4010 is a basic solvent oil, mainly is a dissolved resin, has extremely high dissolving capacity and good compatibility to SIS and SEBS, can uniformly dissolve the resin, and can ensure that the adhesive has good low-temperature resistance by reasonable use, so that the adhesive still has high initial adhesion and stripping force at minus 30 ℃.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the hydrogenated resin adopts DCPD resin, namely, dicyclopentadiene and cyclopentadiene and other monomer resin polymers, which have good viscosity, can effectively improve the system adhesive property, have good thermal stability and light stability, can be used for a long time on occasions without shading, and have strong light aging resistance.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the tackifying resin is C5 petroleum resin, is used as a tackifier in the preparation process of the hot melt adhesive, has good initial adhesive property and high stripping property, and has strong oxidation resistance, stable color, low cost and no toxicity.

The antioxidant 1010 is pentaerythritol tetrakis { beta- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate }, is a poly hindered phenol type antioxidant, and has good compatibility with most polymers. It is used in conjunction with antioxidant 168 to protect the host material from discoloration and decomposition by light and thermal oxidation during high temperature production and to extend the life of the material. An antioxidant 1010 produced by taiwan catharanthus roseus is commonly used.

As a further improvement of the scheme, the rubber softening oil is AH-28 softening oil, which can obviously improve the flexibility of colloid, improve the embrittlement and cracking of the hot melt adhesive in a low-temperature state, ensure that the material can keep good flexibility and good adhesive property in a severe cold area, and increase the compatibility of each component material, such as low-melting-point alloy, carbon black and the like.

As a further improvement of the above aspect, the ultraviolet absorber is selected from 2- (2-hydroxy-5' -methylphenyl) benzotriazole or 2- (2-hydroxy-3-tert-butyl-5-methylphenyl) -5-chlorobenzotriazole. The addition of the ultraviolet absorbent can increase the light aging resistance of the material, for example, when the ultraviolet absorbent is used in a curtain wall glass protective adhesive tape, the material is easy to embrittle due to long time and high strength of the light contacting the material, and after the ultraviolet absorbent is added, the service life of the material in such an environment can be effectively prolonged.

A preparation method of a multifunctional hot melt adhesive with an ultra-wide temperature band comprises the following steps:

1) weighing raw materials except SIS and SEBS in parts by weight, adding the raw materials into a reaction kettle, and stirring at a low speed of 60-100rpm, wherein the materials are preferably not sunk;

2) heating to 130 ℃, keeping the temperature until the tackifying resin and the hydrogenated resin are completely dissolved;

3) introducing nitrogen, slightly pressing (0.005MPa), heating to 230 ℃, then releasing the cover, and respectively adding SIS and SEBS;

4) adding a cover and introducing nitrogen under the micro pressure of 0.005MPa, increasing the stirring speed to 100-150rpm, keeping the temperature at 230 ℃ for 4-5 hours until all the raw materials are completely dissolved, particularly paying attention to improving the heat load of the reaction kettle or increasing the stirring strength if the raw materials cannot be completely dissolved after the constant temperature is kept for 4-5 hours, so as to avoid the aging of the raw materials accelerated by heating for too long time;

5) releasing pressure, stopping stirring, discharging the materials while the materials are hot onto a square box with release paper with an isolation effect, cooling and packaging the materials after forming to obtain a hot melt adhesive finished product.

The invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention provides a multifunctional hot melt adhesive with a super wide temperature range, raw materials in a formula are environment-friendly and nontoxic, the prepared hot melt adhesive can be used in any temperature range of-30-130 ℃, has permanent viscosity in the range, and can not be vitrified and cracked after being used for a long time at-30 ℃; the multifunctional hot melt adhesive can be used for bonding (or pasting) objects at 130 ℃, is not limited to paper, non-woven fabrics, plastic films, PE woven fabrics, rubber, glass, wood, cement, metal objects and the like, can be bonded on the objects in a pressure-sensitive mode, can be widely applied to the fields of label tapes, double-sided tapes, cloth-based tapes, woven cloth tapes, automobile skylight sealing, automobile sound insulation and damping, automobile tire self-repairing, building roofs, basements, basement waterproofing, leakage prevention and seepage prevention, curtain wall glass windproof explosion prevention protection, oil pipeline anticorrosion protection and the like, is a multifunctional hot melt adhesive for ultra-wide temperature zones, and has wide application prospects.
