1. A waste oil harmless regeneration process is characterized by comprising the following production process steps:

1) filtering out metal impurities: filtering the waste oil by a magnetic filter under the pressure of 0.1-0.5Mpa to remove metal impurities in the waste oil;

2) filtering out the large impurities; under the condition that the pressure of the waste oil from which the metal impurities are removed is 0.1-0.5MPa, enabling the waste oil from which the metal impurities are removed to pass through a blue filter, and removing large-particle impurities in the waste oil;

3) and (3) pressure reduction and dehydration: the waste oil from which the large particle impurities are removed is sent to a preheater to be preheated to the temperature of 100 ℃ and 120 ℃ by a pump, and then sent to a film evaporator to be treated by the film evaporator;

wherein, the low boiling point water, gasoline and diesel oil enter a light component receiving tank after being condensed by a plate condenser, when the liquid level of the light component receiving tank reaches a high liquid level, the light component receiving tank is conveyed to an oil-water separator by a pump, the water in the light component receiving tank is removed, the gasoline and the diesel oil in the light component receiving tank are recovered, and the unevaporated material in the light component receiving tank enters a heavy component tank;

5) filtering and polishing: and (3) feeding the base oil of the light component receiving tank into a polishing filter, and filtering to obtain clear and transparent lubricating oil base oil with low chroma.

Background

At present, most of waste oil is purchased by small oil refineries, and the illegal small oil refineries are illegal enterprises prohibited by national regulations and controlled strictly, and are processed and produced by using inferior waste oil regeneration production processes to produce inferior gasoline and diesel oil or fire oil. The existing waste oil regeneration production process has the defects of poor quality of regenerated oil products, complex process and high production cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a harmless waste oil regeneration process aiming at the defects of poor oil quality, complex process, large equipment investment and high production cost of the existing waste oil regeneration production process.

The production process comprises the following steps:

1) filtering out metal impurities: filtering the waste oil by a magnetic filter under the pressure of 0.1-0.5Mpa to remove metal impurities in the waste oil;

2) filtering out the large impurities: under the condition that the pressure of the waste oil from which the metal impurities are removed is 0.1-0.5Mpa, the waste oil from which the metal impurities are removed passes through a blue filter to remove large-particle impurities in the waste oil;

3) and (3) pressure reduction and dehydration: the waste oil from which the large particle impurities are removed is sent to a preheater to be preheated to the temperature of 100 ℃ and 120 ℃ by a pump, and then sent to a film evaporator to be treated by the film evaporator;

wherein, the low boiling point water, gasoline and diesel oil enter a light component receiving tank after being condensed by a plate condenser, when the liquid level of the light component receiving tank reaches a high liquid level, the light component receiving tank is conveyed to an oil-water separator by a pump, the water in the light component receiving tank is removed, the gasoline and the diesel oil in the light component receiving tank are recovered, and the unevaporated material in the light component receiving tank enters a heavy component tank;

4) molecular distillation and purification:

and (3) conveying the material in the heavy component tank to a reheater, heating to the temperature of 280-320 ℃, conveying to a primary molecular distiller, treating by the primary molecular distiller, wherein the base oil which can be utilized is condensed by a built-in condenser and then enters a light component receiving tank, and the heavy component enters a heavy component receiving tank.

5) Filtering and polishing:

and (3) feeding the base oil of the light component receiving tank into a polishing filter, and filtering to obtain clear and transparent lubricating oil base oil with low chroma.

The invention has the advantages that: the process adopts pure physical separation, the product quality is stable, and no secondary pollution is caused; the separation effect is good, and the product purity is high; the product can be blended into various finished lubricating oils of industrial equipment, traffic vehicles and the like by adding various additives.

wherein the material which is not evaporated enters a heavy component tank;
