2. Dyeing and finishing process for modal fiber blended fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that the degreaser is added in an amount of 1.5 g/L.

5. A preparation method of modal blended linen fabric is characterized in that textile fibers are dyed and finished after spinning, weaving and presetting;

the dyeing and finishing method comprises the following steps:

adding deoiling agent and dye into the textile in sequence, heating to 40 deg.C, maintaining for 10min, directly discharging liquid, and washing with water once; adding soaping agent, heating to 60 deg.C, maintaining for 20min, draining, and washing with water for 2 times; and finally, dehydrating and drying.

(1) different fibers are subjected to spinning, weaving and presetting, wherein the presetting comprises the following steps: the temperature is 195 ℃, and the cloth speed is 20 m/min;

(2) dyeing and finishing

a. Adding 30 ℃ warm water according to a bath ratio (weight ratio of fabric to water) of 1:5, then sequentially adding a deoiling agent and a dye, heating to 40 ℃, keeping for 10min, directly discharging liquid, and washing once;

b. adding soaping agent, heating to 60 deg.C at 1 deg.C/min, maintaining for 20min, draining, and washing with water for 2 times; and finally, dehydrating and drying.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of dyeing and finishing of textiles, and particularly relates to a dyeing and finishing process of a modal blended fabric and a method for preparing the modal blended tinged fabric by using the dyeing and finishing process.

Background

The modal fiber has soft hand feeling and good luster, is as soft as cotton fiber, and is as smooth as silk fiber. The moisture absorption and air permeability are good, the basic chemical composition of the modal fiber is the same as that of the cotton fiber, therefore, some properties of the modal fiber are close to those of the cotton fiber, and the moisture absorption and air permeability of the modal fiber are better than those of the cotton fiber.

In the field of fabric dyeing and finishing, the emphasis on how to directly dye the tingling effect of the same yarn fabric through dyeing and finishing is always the focus of attention of related technical personnel. The traditional fabric with the effect of linen color is generally obtained by dyeing fibers firstly and then spinning.

The traditional process of the modal blended linen fabric requires: the energy consumption of dyeing fiber, spinning, weaving, presetting, deoiling, drying and setting is very large, especially the energy consumption of dyeing fiber is large and the time is long because the deoiling, dyeing and drying are needed. The obtained yarn has single color and cannot meet the increasing requirements of customers. With the increase of environmental protection pressure, various production costs are continuously increased.

Therefore, in order to overcome the above problems in the prior art, a new dyeing and finishing process for modal fiber blended fabric is needed to reduce the usage amount of various dyes and auxiliaries and the discharge amount of sewage, improve the utilization rate of dyeing and finishing equipment and the usage amount of dyeing, improve the energy consumption duration of the dyeing and finishing process, and reduce the cost.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a novel dyeing and finishing process for a modal blended fabric and a method for preparing the modal blended tinged fabric by using the dyeing and finishing process, and the method can reduce the using amount of various dyes and auxiliaries and the sewage discharge amount, improve the utilization rate of dyeing and finishing equipment and the dyeing using amount, improve the energy consumption duration of the dyeing and finishing process and reduce the cost.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a dyeing and finishing process for modal fiber blended fabric comprises sequentially adding deoiling agent and dye into textile fabric, heating to 40 deg.C, maintaining for 10min, directly draining, and washing with water once; adding soaping agent, heating to 60 deg.C, maintaining for 20min, draining, and washing with water for 2 times; and finally, dehydrating and drying.

On the basis of the scheme, the addition amount of the deoiling agent is 1.5 g/L.

On the basis of the scheme, the addition amount of the dye is 0.2-0.5%.

On the basis of the scheme, the additive amount of the soaping agent is 2 g/L.

A preparation method of modal blended hemp fabric comprises the steps of spinning, weaving, presetting and dyeing and finishing textile fibers;

the dyeing and finishing method comprises the following steps:

adding deoiling agent and dye into the textile in sequence, heating to 40 deg.C, maintaining for 10min, directly discharging liquid, and washing with water once; adding soaping agent, heating to 60 deg.C, maintaining for 20min, draining, and washing with water for 2 times; and finally, dehydrating and drying.

The technical scheme of the invention has the advantages

(1) The order completion time is accelerated; the traditional process is adopted, the order of a customer is placed until the fabric is delivered for about 20 days, and the customer only needs about 10 days by adopting the method.

(2) The method can meet the requirements of customer samples and small-batch orders; whereas the dyed fibers of the conventional process have the lowest staple count.

(3) And the requirements of customers on different colors are met.

In conclusion, the process saves 490 yuan per ton of fabric, the fabric delivery time is about 10 days ahead, and the production efficiency is improved by 50%. The method mainly meets different requirements of customers on the linen fabric.
