1. An intelligent friction plate for use in an automotive brake caliper, comprising:

the back plate is arranged on the automobile brake caliper and used for receiving the clamping force generated by the automobile brake caliper;

the friction block is attached to the first surface of the back plate and used for generating braking friction force with the surface of the brake disc;

the sensor is arranged between the back plate and the friction block, is attached to the center of the back plate and is used for monitoring the clamping force;

4. The intelligent friction plate of claim 3, further comprising a double-sided adhesive tape for securing said sensor to said backing plate.

5. The intelligent friction plate of claim 4, wherein said friction blocks are pressed against said first surface of said backing plate with a primer.

6. An intelligent friction plate as described in claim 1 wherein said friction blocks are made of non-asbestos friction material.

Technical Field

Background

At present, automobile brake calipers are mostly composed of a caliper mounting bracket, a caliper body and a friction plate. The friction plate is also arranged on the bracket and consists of a friction block, a back plate and a silencing plate, and the friction block is pressed on the back plate of the friction plate. When braking, the brake pedal is stepped on by a foot, brake fluid is injected into the caliper body to push the piston in the caliper body to move outwards, and meanwhile, the caliper body is pushed to move backwards. The piston moves outwards to push the inner friction plate to move outwards to clamp the inner side of the brake disc, the caliper body moves backwards to drive the outer friction block to move backwards to clamp the outer side of the brake disc, and the inner friction plate and the outer friction plate clamp the brake disc together to stop the wheel to brake.
