The embodiment of the invention also provides an installation method of the suspended ceiling curtain box structure, wherein the suspended ceiling curtain box structure is the suspended ceiling curtain box structure, and the installation method comprises the following steps: paying off and positioning the top wall, and fixing the keel assembly on the top wall; fixing the curtain guide rail component to the panel of the plurality of panels adjacent to one side wall; assembling the panels into a whole through a plurality of splicing assemblies, and lifting the whole to enable the at least one row of hanging pieces of each panel to be hung on the keel assembly; and the curtain box is hung on the splicing component between the panel next to one side wall body and the adjacent panel.

The suspended ceiling curtain box structure provided by the embodiment of the invention is fixed on a top wall through the keel component, the curtain guide rail component is fixed on the panel close to one side wall, the panels are assembled into a whole through the splicing components and then the whole is lifted up, so that at least one row of hanging pieces of each panel is hung on the keel component, the curtain box is hung on the splicing components between the panel close to one side wall and the adjacent panel, and the integrated curtain box is realized.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a suspended ceiling curtain box structure 10, including: a keel assembly 100, a plurality of panels 200, a plurality of splice assemblies 300, a curtain rail assembly 400, and a curtain rail box 500.

The keel assembly 100 is fixed to the top wall 600 for lifting the panel 200.

The top surface of each panel 200 is fixedly connected with at least one row of hanging pieces 700, the panels 200 are assembled into a whole through the splicing assembly 300 between two adjacent panels 200, any two adjacent panels 200 in the panels 200 are assembled and connected through the splicing assembly 300, and the whole body is lifted up, so that the at least one row of hanging pieces 700 of each panel 200 is hung on the keel assembly 100.

The curtain rail assembly 400 is fixed to the panel 200 adjacent to one side wall 800, the curtain rail assembly 400 is used for hanging a curtain, and a pendant on the curtain can slide on the curtain rail assembly 400 to realize the opening and closing of the curtain.

The curtain rail 500 is hung on the splicing assembly 300 between the panel 200 adjacent to one side wall 800 and the adjacent panel 200.

The suspended ceiling curtain box structure 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention is fixed on a top wall 600 through a keel assembly 100, a curtain guide rail assembly 400 is fixed on a panel 200 close to a side wall 800, a plurality of panels 200 are assembled into a whole through a splicing assembly 300 and then the whole is lifted up, so that at least one row of hanging pieces 700 of each panel 200 can be hung on the keel assembly 100, a curtain box 500 is hung on the splicing assembly 300 between the panel 200 close to the side wall 800 and the adjacent panel 200, and an integrated curtain box 500 is realized, and the suspended ceiling curtain box structure 10 is simple in installation structure and easy to assemble.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the keel assembly 100 includes a plurality of main keels 110 and a plurality of cross keels 120, and the main keels 110 include main keel bodies 111 and a plurality of hooking bodies 112 spaced apart from each other at the bottom of the main keel bodies 111. The hanging body 112 comprises a first vertical section 113, a first horizontal section 114 and a second vertical section 115, the top end of the first vertical section 113 is connected with the bottom of the main keel body 111, the bottom end of the first vertical section 113 is connected with one end of the first horizontal section 114, the other end of the first horizontal section 114 is connected with one side of the second vertical section 115, the top end and the bottom end of the second vertical section 115 respectively protrude out of the first horizontal section 114, and a groove body 116 is formed between the top end of the second vertical section 115 and the first horizontal section 114 and the first vertical section 113. The cross runner 120 includes a first vertical bar 121, a first horizontal bar 122, a second horizontal bar 123, a first hemmed bar 124 and a second hemmed bar 125, wherein the top end of the first vertical bar 121 is connected to one end of the first horizontal bar 122, the bottom end of the first vertical bar 121 is connected to one end of the second horizontal bar 123, the other end of the first horizontal bar 122 is connected to the top end of the first hemmed bar 124, and the other end of the second horizontal bar 123 is connected to the bottom end of the second hemmed bar 125. The main keels 110 are arranged between the one side wall 800 and the other side wall 900 at intervals, main keel bodies 111 of the main keels 110 are perpendicular to the one side wall 800 and the other side wall 900, and the main keel bodies 111 of the main keels 110 are fixed to the top wall 700 through expansion bolts 1000; the multiple cross runners 120 are perpendicular to the main runner bodies 111 of the multiple main runners 110 and are respectively hung on the multiple rows of hanging bodies 112 opposite to the multiple main runners 110, the first horizontal bar 122 is supported at the top end of the second vertical section 115, the first vertical bar 121 is located on one side of the second vertical section 115 far away from the first vertical section 113, and the first curling bar 124 is accommodated in the groove 116. In this embodiment, the keel assembly 100 has a stable and reliable structure, and is convenient for assembling the hoisting panel 200 into a whole.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the plurality of jointing assemblies 300 includes a first jointing assembly 310, and the first jointing assembly 310 is used for jointing the panel 200 adjacent to a side wall 800 and the adjacent panel 200. The first splicing component 310 comprises a first splicing line 311 and two rows of first clamping pieces 312, the first splicing line 311 comprises a third horizontal bar 313 and a fourth horizontal bar 314 which are arranged at an interval from top to bottom, the middle parts of the third horizontal bar 313 and the fourth horizontal bar 314 are connected through a second vertical bar 315 and a third vertical bar 316 which are arranged at an interval, the third horizontal bar 313, the second vertical bar 315 and the fourth horizontal bar 314 enclose a first inserting groove 317, the third horizontal bar 313, the third vertical bar 316 and the fourth horizontal bar 314 enclose a second inserting groove 318, the first splicing line 311 further comprises a fourth vertical bar 319, a first hooking bar 320, a fifth vertical bar 321 and a second hooking bar 322, the top end of the fourth vertical bar 319 is connected with one end of the fourth horizontal bar 314, the top end of the fifth vertical bar 321 is connected with the other end of the fourth horizontal bar 314, the first hooking strip 320 is connected with the bottom end of the fourth vertical strip 319 and is located on one side of the fourth vertical strip 319 away from the fifth vertical strip 321, the second hooking strip 322 is connected with the bottom end of the fifth vertical strip 321 and is located on one side of the fifth vertical strip 321 away from the fourth vertical strip 319, the end parts, adjacent to the panel 200 and the adjacent panel 200, of the wall body 800 adjacent to one side are respectively provided with a first protruding part 210 and a second protruding part 220, the first protruding part 210 and the second protruding part 220 are respectively matched and inserted into the first inserting groove 317 and the second inserting groove 318, the side surfaces, below the first protruding part 210 and the second protruding part 220, of the panel 200 and the adjacent panel 200 adjacent to one side 800 are respectively attached to the fourth vertical strip 319 and the fifth vertical strip 321, and the first hooking strip 320 and the second hooking strip 322 are respectively located on the side surfaces, adjacent to one side 800, of the panel 200 and the adjacent panel 200 are respectively attached to the fourth vertical strip 319 and the adjacent panel 321 The panels 200 are arranged below the two panels 200 and are respectively spaced from the panel 200 positioned on the wall body 800 adjacent to one side and the two adjacent panels 200. In this embodiment, the panel 200 adjacent to the one-side wall 800 is connected to the adjacent panel 200 in an assembling manner through the first splicing assembly 310, which can prevent the panel 200 from forming uneven splicing seams or gaps from being enlarged due to thermal expansion and cold contraction, and the first hooking strip 320 and the second hooking strip 322 of the first splicing assembly 310 are respectively located below the panel 200 adjacent to the one-side wall 800 and the adjacent panel 200 and are respectively spaced from the panel 200 adjacent to the one-side wall 800 and the panel 200 adjacent to the one-side wall 800, so as to facilitate hanging the curtain box 500.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 7, the curtain housing 500 includes a base plate 510, a first vertical plate 520, a second vertical plate 530, a first hanging bar 540 and a second hanging bar 550, bottom ends of the first vertical plate 520 and the second vertical plate 530 are respectively connected to both ends of the base plate 510, the first hanging bar 540 and the second hanging bar 550 are respectively connected to inner sides of top ends of the first vertical plate 520 and the second vertical plate 530, and the first hanging bar 540 and the second hanging bar 550 are respectively hung to the first hanging bar 320 and the second hanging bar 322. In this embodiment, the curtain box 500 is provided with the first and second hooking strips 540 and 550 at the inner sides of the top ends of the first and second vertical plates 520 and 530, so that the first and second hooking strips 320 and 322 of the first splicing assembly 310 can be hooked, and the integrated structure of the curtain box 500 is simple and the assembly is convenient.

In this embodiment, except one of the adjacent side wall body 800 in the multiple panels 200, the other adjacent two of the panels 200 are connected by the second splicing component 334 in an assembling manner, so that the problems of uneven splicing seam formation or large gap and the like caused by expansion with heat and contraction with cold of the panels 200 can be prevented.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom surface of each of the panels 200 is covered with a film. An embodiment of the present invention further provides an installation method of a suspended ceiling curtain box structure, where the suspended ceiling curtain box structure is the suspended ceiling curtain box structure 10 described above, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, and the installation method includes the following steps:

paying off and positioning the top wall 600, and fixing the keel assembly 100 on the top wall 600;

securing the curtain rail assembly 400 to the panel 200 of the plurality of panels 200 adjacent to a sidewall 800;

assembling the panels 200 into a whole by a plurality of the splicing assemblies 300, and lifting the whole to hang the at least one row of hanging members 700 of each panel 200 on the keel assembly 100;

the curtain rail 500 is hung on the splicing assembly 300 between the panel 200 adjacent to one side wall 800 and the adjacent panel 200.

The suspended ceiling curtain box structure 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention is fixed on a top wall 600 through a keel assembly 100, a curtain guide rail assembly 400 is fixed on a panel 200 close to a side wall 800, a plurality of panels 200 are assembled into a whole through a splicing assembly 300 and then the whole is lifted up, so that at least one row of hanging pieces 700 of each panel 200 can be hung on the keel assembly 100, a curtain box 500 is hung on the splicing assembly 300 between the panel 200 close to the side wall 800 and the adjacent panel 200, and an integrated curtain box 500 is realized, and the suspended ceiling curtain box structure 10 is simple in installation structure and easy to assemble.
