The crushing strength and moisture content of the soft capsules obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were measured; the results are shown in Table 1.

The determination method of the crushing strength comprises the following steps: placing the soft capsule in the middle of a sample tray of a hardness tester, abutting against a fixed baffle, starting a switch of the tester, advancing a push rod at a fixed speed of 1mm/s, extruding the soft capsule, and recording the pressure of the push rod when the soft capsule is broken.

As can be seen from Table 1, the drying time of the present invention is much shorter than that of comparative example 2, and the moisture of the final soft capsule shell is not much different; the crushing strength of the present invention is better than that of comparative example 2.
