The invention belongs to the technical field of leather shoe drying, and particularly relates to a leather shoe drying device.

Background

Leather shoes need to be glued in the processing process, and if the leather shoes are dried in a natural state, a longer time is needed, so that the production efficiency is greatly reduced; in order to improve the production efficiency, the leather shoe adhesive is usually dried by heating.

The traditional drying device is usually a drying rack, shoes are put on before drying, and the shoes are taken down after drying; the in-process drying device who gets is in the state of waiting to dry at the in-process of putting, and so not only time is wasted, and at the in-process of waiting to dry, some shoes probably are dry in addition, are drying for the second time, also can cause the energy extravagant.

The invention provides a leather shoe drying device for overcoming the defects of the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a leather shoe drying device comprises a rack, a rotating mechanism and a drying mechanism, wherein the rotating mechanism and the drying mechanism are arranged on the rack; the two groups of conveying components are arranged on the rotating frame; the rotating frame is composed of two disks and a vertical plate clamped between the two disks, and a plurality of fixing plates vertical to the vertical plate are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the vertical plate; the conveying assemblies are symmetrically arranged relative to the vertical plate; and a plurality of balls are arranged at the bottom of the rotating frame.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1-6, a leather shoe drying device comprises a frame 1, a rotating mechanism and a drying mechanism; the rotating mechanism comprises a motor 2, a rotating frame 3 and a conveying assembly; the motor 2 is fixed at the bottom of the frame 1, and the rotating frame 3 is fixedly connected with the motor 2; the bottom of the rotating frame 3 is provided with a plurality of balls 33; the ball 33 can rotate at the bottom of the rotating frame 3 and is contacted with the top surface of the frame 1; the rotating frame 3 is composed of two circular disks 30 and a vertical plate 31 clamped between the two circular disks 30, and the center of the vertical plate 31 is superposed with the centers of the two circular disks 30; the two fixing plates 32 are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the vertical plate 31 and are vertical to the vertical plate 31; one of the conveying assemblies is erected at the left part of the two fixing plates 32, the other conveying assembly is erected at the right part of the two fixing plates 32, and the two groups of conveying assemblies are arranged in bilateral symmetry by taking the vertical plate 31 as a symmetry plane.

The rotating frame 3 can rotate 180 degrees after the motor 2 works once, the rolling balls 33 can prevent the rotating frame 3 from rubbing with the top of the rack 1 in a large area, and the gravity of the rotating frame 3 is prevented from being borne by the motor 2; when the leather shoes on the conveying component on one side are dried, the leather shoes can be placed on the conveying component on the other side at the same time, so that heat and time are not wasted.

Specifically, any one of the conveying assemblies comprises a first rotating shaft 34, a second rotating shaft 35, a conveying belt 36 and a placing part; the first rotating shaft 34 and the second rotating shaft 35 are rotatably arranged between the two parallel fixed plates 32; the first rotating shaft 34 is above the second rotating shaft 35; the conveyor belt 36 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 34 and the second rotating shaft 35; the placing component comprises a fixed frame 4, a placing plate 40 and a torsion spring 41; the fixed frame 4 is uniformly arranged on the conveyor belt 36; the placing plate 40 is rotatably arranged on the fixed frame 4, one end of the placing plate 40 is in contact with the fixed frame 4, and the other end of the placing plate 40 is provided with a roller 42; the torsion spring 41 is provided between the fixing frame 4 and the placement plate 40, and can always contact the fixing frame 4 and be perpendicular to the belt 36 without receiving an external force from the placement plate 40.

Specifically, the rotating mechanism further comprises a driving component arranged on the conveyor belt 36; the driving assembly comprises a first slide bar 5, a second slide bar 50, a first sliding groove 37, a second sliding groove 38, a collar part and a loop bar 39; the first slide bar 5 is arranged on the boundary of the outermost side of the transmission belt 36, and the second slide bar 50 is arranged on the boundary of the inner side of the transmission belt 36 on the same side as the first slide bar 5; the first slide bar 5 and the second slide bar 50 are able to slide in the first 37 and the second 38 slide slots on the fixed plate 32; the lantern ring component comprises a pull rod sliding groove 51, a pull rod 52, a pull rod spring 53 and a lantern ring 54; the pull rod sliding groove 51 is arranged at the end part of the first sliding rod 5; the pull rod 52 can slide in the pull rod chute 51; the pull rod spring 53 is sleeved on the pull rod 52, one end of the pull rod spring is connected with the bottom of the pull rod 52, and the other end of the pull rod spring is connected with the end part of the pull rod chute 51; the collar 54 is rotatably disposed at the end of the pull rod 52 and can be sleeved on the sleeve rod 39 on the fixing plate 32, and the two sleeve rods 39 are vertically arranged between the first slide groove 37 and the second slide groove 38.

The conveyor belt 36 can be driven to move up and down by pulling the lantern ring 54 up and down, so that the leather shoes are placed or taken down to the placing plate 40; the rollers 42 can reduce friction between the ends of the vertical plates 31 and the vertical plates 31; when the lantern ring 54 is slid downwards, the placing plate 40 on the outer side of the transmission belt 36 moves upwards, the placing plate 40 in contact with the vertical plate 31 moves to the outer side, the placing plate 40 is in contact with the fixed frame 4 in a horizontal state through the acting force of the torsion spring 41, the lantern ring 54 is sequentially sleeved on the lantern rod 39 to limit the transmission belt 36 to move, and leather shoes are continuously placed; when the leather shoes need to be taken down, the lowest leather shoes are taken down firstly, the second sliding rod 50 is pressed downwards, the sleeve ring 54 is sleeved on the sleeve rod 39 at the upper end, the placing plate 40 at the upper end is moved to the lower part, and the leather shoes are taken down continuously.

The drying mechanism comprises an air box 6, a fan 60, an electric heating wire plate 61, a wind shield 62, a ventilation groove 63, an air pipe 65, an air inlet groove 66 and a filter screen 67; the air box 6 is arranged on the frame; the fan 60 is arranged on the side wall of the air box 6; an electric heating wire plate 61 is arranged at the end part of the fan 60; a wind shield 62 is arranged inside the air box 6; a plurality of ventilation grooves 63 are formed in the wind shield 62; an air pipe 65 connected with an air inlet of the fan 60 is arranged on the rear wall of the air box 6; an air inlet groove 66 is formed in the side wall of the air pipe 65; and a filter screen 67 is arranged at the matching part of the air inlet groove 66 and the air pipe 65 with the air box 6.

The fan 60 firstly enters air through the air inlet groove 66 of the air pipe 65, and the filter screen 67 can filter impurities in the air; the air blown by the fan 60 heats the air through the electric heating wire plate 61, the hot air enters a cavity formed by the wind shield 62 and the air box 6 and uniformly dries leather shoes in the air box 6 through the ventilation groove 63 of the wind shield 62, and the air pipe 65 is connected with the air inlet of the fan 60, so that hot air resources can be saved, and the hot air can be repeatedly utilized.

The rotating mechanism further comprises sealing components which are matched with the air box 6 and arranged at two ends of the vertical plate 31; the sealing assembly is used for matching the air box 6 with the vertical plate 31 to form a cavity, and leather shoes on one conveying assembly are dried in the cavity. Specifically, the sealing assembly comprises a sealing sliding groove 7, a sliding strip sliding groove 70, a bracket 71, a sealing strip 72, a sliding strip 73, a sliding strip spring 74 and an extrusion component; the sealing chutes 7 are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the vertical plate 31; the slide bar sliding groove 70 is arranged on the inner side of the sealing sliding groove 7; the carriage 71 is able to slide inside said sealing runner 7; the sealing strip 72 is fixed on the bracket 71; the slide bar 73 is fixed on the rear side wall of the bracket 71 and can slide in the slide bar sliding groove 70; the slide bar spring 74 is arranged between the slide bar 73 and the slide bar sliding groove 70; the extrusion component comprises an extrusion chute 75, an extrusion block 76, a screw hole 77 and a bolt 78; the extrusion chute 75 is arranged on the vertical plate 31; the extrusion block 76 can slide in the extrusion chute 75, and the extrusion block 76 is provided with a bolt 78, and the bolt 78 is matched with a screw hole 77 arranged on the vertical plate 31; the outer boundaries of the two disks 30 are provided with circular rings 8; the upper and lower boundaries of the air box 6 are provided with circular grooves 64 matched with the circular rings 8.

By rotating the bolt 78, the support 71 is extruded by the extruding block 76 which slides inwards, so that the support 71 drives the sealing strip 72 to slide outside the sealing chute 7, and the sealing strip 72 is in contact with the inner wall of the air box 6, thereby preventing hot air from being blown out of a gap; the sealing of the bellows 6 to the turret 3 is further ensured by the cooperation of the ring 8 and the ring groove 64.
