When the slide block 33 is at the lowest end of the slide groove 34, the inverted pedal 25 is at the lowest position; on the other hand, the stability of the kicker plate 25 in sliding during kicking can be further increased.

The outside of the slide rail pipe 3 is provided with a second limiting component 35, so that the lowest position of the back-pedal component 17 is further limited, and the student is prevented from being injured.

The second limiting component 35 comprises a positioning block 36, a positioning block 36 is arranged on the outer side of the slide rail tube 3, a screw hole 37 is formed in the positioning block 36 along the length direction of the positioning block, a screw 38 is screwed in the screw hole 37, a hand wheel 39 is arranged at the bottom end of the screw 38, a limiting plate 40 is arranged at the top end of the screw 38, a U-shaped plate 41 is arranged at the top end of the limiting plate 40, the opening end of the U-shaped plate 41 faces the limiting slide plate 32, the opening width of the U-shaped plate 41 is matched with the thickness of the limiting slide plate 32, and the limiting slide plate 32 is limited by the U-shaped plate 41 in the lowest position so as to limit the lowest position of the back-pedal plate 25. The upper part of the screw rod 38 is in threaded connection with a limiting bolt 42, and the side surface of the limiting bolt 42 is attached to the positioning block 36.

The limiting bolt 42 is unscrewed, and then the hand wheel 39 is rotated, so that the screw rod 38 can be screwed up and screwed down, and the position of the U-shaped plate 41 is moved, so as to adjust the limited position of the back-pedal assembly 17, and finally, the student is ensured not to be injured during training.

A third limiting component 43 is arranged between the back-pedalling plate 25 and the hip pad 7 to prevent the legs of the students from being pedaled straight in the back-pedalling process and prevent the students from being injured.

The third limiting component 43 comprises a first hinge plate 44 and a second hinge plate 45, the bottom end of the front side wall of the back pedal plate 25 is hinged with the first hinge plate 44, the other end of the first hinge plate 44 is hinged with a hinge shaft 46, the hinge shaft 46 is hinged with the second hinge plate 45, the other end of the second hinge plate 45 is hinged with the side wall of the hip pad 7, when a student exercises, the back side of the thigh is tightly attached to the second hinge plate 45, the back side of the calf is tightly attached to the first hinge plate 44, and the bottom end of the front side wall of the back pedal plate 25 is provided with a rotation limiting plate 47 to limit the maximum rotation angle of the second hinge plate 45, so that the first hinge plate 44 and the second hinge plate 45 cannot be located on the same plane. The angle between the rotation limiting plate 47 and the kickback plate 25 is 70-80 degrees. When the angle between the first hinge plate 44 and the second hinge plate 45 reaches the maximum, the bottom surface of the first hinge plate 44 contacts the rotation limiting plate 47, the first hinge plate 44 is limited by the rotation limiting plate 47 to rotate downwards continuously, the angle between the first hinge plate 44 and the second hinge plate 45 cannot be increased continuously, and finally, the knee joint cannot be locked when a student pedals backwards, so that the legs are protected, and injuries are avoided.

A fourth limiting assembly 48 is further included to limit the maximum angle between the first hinge plate 44 and the second hinge plate 45 in the third limiting assembly 43, and further to prevent the first hinge plate 44 and the second hinge plate 45 from being in the same plane.

The fourth limiting assembly 48 comprises a limiting telescopic rod 49, the limiting telescopic rod 49 can stretch and contract to change the length of the limiting telescopic rod 49, the limiting telescopic rod 49 is arranged between the bottom end of the front side wall of the back-pedal plate 25 and the side wall of the hip pad 7, when the first hinged plate 44 and the second hinged plate 45 are at the maximum angle, the end part of the hinged shaft 46 is in contact with the limiting telescopic rod 49, the hinged shaft 46 cannot continue to move downwards, further the first hinged plate 44 and the second hinged plate 45 cannot continue to be unfolded, and finally, when a student backs down, the leg cannot be completely pedaled straight, so that the student is prevented from being injured.

When the invention is used:

before training, a student selects proper weight of the dumbbell pieces, and the dumbbell pieces are symmetrically hung at two ends of the hanging shaft, so that training can be started.

Then according to student's shank length, adjust the U-shaped board position in the spacing subassembly of second, make and be in suitable position, come full play protective action.

During training, a student lies on the back cushion, the buttocks cling to the buttocks cushion, the back cling to the back cushion, and the head naturally rests on the headrest. The feet step on the indicating grooves of the inverted pedal according to the training requirement. The back pedaling training is started. In the training process, the first limiting component, the second limiting component, the third limiting component and the fourth limiting component protect students in different modes respectively to avoid injuries.
