Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of soymilk processing equipment, and particularly relates to a soymilk processing production line.

Background

The soybean milk is made of high-quality soybean, fully utilizes plant protein resources, uses plant protein, improves the protein value and the biological value, contains various vitamins and mineral substances, and has higher nutritional value. The soybean milk beverage is fragrant and mellow in taste, smooth but not greasy, beneficial to frequent drinking and healthy and nutritional; the soymilk sold in the market has various varieties, proper price and convenient eating, thereby being popular with consumers.

However, in the preparation process of the soymilk, lipoxygenase in the beans degrades lipid substances to generate substances such as n-hexanol and the like, so that beany flavor is easy to generate, and the existing method and technology for improving and eliminating the beany flavor of the soymilk and bean products are mainly embodied in 3 aspects, namely, a new soybean variety lacking the lipoxygenase is discovered and cultivated through the improvement of raw materials; secondly, the beany flavor is reduced in the processing process, and the activity of the lipoxidase in the soybeans is passivated or inactivated; thirdly, in the later stage of processing, the formed beany flavor is eliminated or covered by additives; in addition, the soybean is easy to foam in the processing and manufacturing process of the soybean milk to influence the taste, so the skin of the soybean needs to be removed in the processing process of the soybean milk, but most of the existing soybean skin removing devices adopt a dry soybean friction peeling mode; the soybean peeling method has the disadvantages that the soybean is limited greatly and is damaged, and the soybean is difficult to clean because a great amount of bean substances and soybean hulls are adhered on the grinding wheel after peeling, so that the skin of the soybean needs to be removed by a new peeling method.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a soymilk processing production line which can quickly peel soybeans and is convenient for cleaning the whole peeling device.

In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a soymilk processing production line comprises a soaking device, a peeling device and a separating device, wherein the separating device is connected with a pulping device, the pulping device is connected with a brewing cylinder, the brewing cylinder is connected with a homogenizer, and the homogenizer is connected with a canning sterilization device; the peeling device comprises a tank body, a stirring barrel is vertically arranged in the tank body, a transmission shaft is arranged at the top of the stirring barrel, and the bottom of the stirring barrel is rotatably connected with the tank body; the transmission shaft penetrates through the upper bottom surface of the tank body and is connected with the transmission device, retractable stirring teeth are arranged on the outer surface of the stirring barrel in an array mode, the stirring teeth are connected with a sliding rod vertically arranged in the stirring barrel, a fixed rod is vertically arranged at the bottom of the stirring barrel, and a slidable sliding sleeve is arranged on the fixed rod; the sliding rod is hinged to one end of the connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected with the sliding sleeve; the top of the tank body is provided with a feed inlet, and the bottom of the tank body is provided with a discharge outlet.

Further, the sliding sleeve is arranged in the transmission shaft, a bushing is arranged between the sliding sleeve and the transmission shaft, and a return spring is arranged between the sliding sleeve and the bottom surface of the stirring barrel; the top end of the sliding sleeve is connected with a push rod through a thrust bearing, and the push rod is connected with the tank body rack.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the soybean milk processing production line can be used for quickly peeling soybeans and is convenient for cleaning the whole peeling device.

1. The double-stirring relative rotation device is adopted, the effect similar to hand rubbing can be generated on the soybean skin, and meanwhile, the peeled soybeans are well soaked soybeans, so that the abrasion condition can not occur; meanwhile, the retractable stirring teeth are adopted, and soybean skins adhered to the stirring teeth can be scraped off when the stirring teeth are retracted; the cleaning of the real peeling device is convenient.

2. The whole temperature of soaking the soybean can be controlled through the heating coil, the temperature can be increased after the soybean is soaked, the soybean is boiled, the lipoxidase in the soybean can be inactivated, and the generation of beany flavor is avoided.

3. The abrasion speed of the fixed rod and the sliding sleeve can be reduced by adopting the bush.

4. The thrust bearing is adopted at the joint of the sliding sleeve and the push rod, so that the sliding sleeve can be ensured to rotate along with the stirring barrel when moving downwards under pressure.

Preferably, the collecting bin 33 is connected with the pulping device 4 through a valve, and the tail end of the flow pipe 32 is connected with a waste water recovery tank.

Preferably, the feed inlet 211 and the discharge outlet 212 are both provided with gate valves; a gate valve is arranged between the separation device 3 and the pulping equipment 4; the amount of the soybeans entering the soybean pulping equipment can be controlled through the gate valve, and the phenomenon that the soybean pulping equipment is blocked due to too many soybeans entering the soybean pulping equipment at one time can be avoided.

Preferably, the transmission shaft 23 is connected with a driving motor arranged on the frame through a gear; the driving motor is arranged between the two transmission shafts 23, the rotation directions of the two stirring barrels 22 are ensured to be consistent, so that the soybeans passing between the two stirring barrels are subjected to the action of force opposite to one direction, the effect similar to hand rubbing is formed, the seed coats of the soybeans can be effectively removed, and meanwhile, the soybeans cannot be abraded like other devices.

Preferably, a heating coil is arranged in the soaking device 1; the whole temperature of soaking the soybean can be controlled through the heating coil, the temperature can be increased after the soybean is soaked, the soybean is boiled, the lipoxidase in the soybean can be inactivated, and the generation of beany flavor is avoided.

Preferably, a bushing is arranged between the fixed rod 223 and the sliding sleeve 224; the abrasion speed of the fixed rod and the sliding sleeve can be reduced by adopting the bush.

Preferably, the bottom of the stirring barrel 2 is provided with a through hole 226.

When the soybean peeling machine is used specifically, soaked soybeans are placed into the tank body 21 from the feeding hole 211, clear water with the volume 2 times that of the soybeans is added from the feeding hole 211, then the air cylinder is started to push the sliding sleeve 224 to move downwards, meanwhile, the stirring teeth 221 extend out of the stirring barrel 22 under the action of the connecting rod 225, the sliding rod 222 and the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of the stirring barrel 22, then the driving motor is started to enable the stirring barrels arranged in pairs to rotate relatively, at the moment, the stirring teeth on the stirring barrel play a role in rubbing the soybeans passing between the two stirring barrels, after the completion of the stirring, the driving motor is closed firstly, then the air cylinder is contracted to drive the stirring teeth 221 to contract, at the moment, the soybean skins adhered to the stirring teeth are scraped, then mixed liquid in the tank body is discharged from the discharging hole 212, finally, the clear water is added from the feeding hole, and the motor is started to enable the stirring barrel to operate, and the soybean skins adhered, and discharging the water after cleaning, and finishing the whole peeling process.
