As shown in fig. 1, 4 to 6, a material receiving and placing device 7 is arranged above the lifting material receiving device 5, the material receiving and placing device 7 includes an installation frame 71, a bearing plate 72, a driving motor 73, a rotating shaft 74 and a traction swing arm 75, a vertical through abdicating cavity 711 is formed in the installation frame 71, two opposite cavity walls of the abdicating cavity 711 are respectively provided with a limiting groove body 712 which is symmetrically arranged, the limiting groove body 712 is composed of a horizontal bearing groove 701 and an arc-shaped receiving groove 702, the arc-shaped receiving groove 702 is located below the horizontal bearing groove 701, and one end of the arc-shaped receiving groove 702 is in arc transition connection with one end of the horizontal bearing groove 701; the bearing plate 72 includes a plurality of strip-shaped bearing plates 721, the strip-shaped bearing plates 721 are arranged side by side, and two adjacent strip-shaped bearing plates 721 are hinged to each other; two ends of each strip-shaped supporting plate 721 are respectively embedded in the two horizontal supporting grooves 701 in a sliding manner, the strip-shaped supporting plates 721 on the side edges of the supporting plate body 72 are positioned in the circular arc-shaped accommodating groove 702, the driving motor 73 is arranged on the mounting frame 71, the rotating shaft 74 is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame 71, the rotating shaft 74 is in driving connection with the driving motor 73, the rotating center line of the rotating shaft 74 is coaxial with the circular arc center line of the circular arc-shaped accommodating groove 702, one end of the traction swing arm 75 is connected to the rotating shaft 74, and the other end of the traction swing arm 75 is hinged to the strip-shaped supporting plates 721 positioned in the circular arc-shaped accommodating groove 702. Meanwhile, the arc-shaped accommodating groove 702 is formed, so that the effect of accommodating the bearing plate body 72 can be achieved, the volume of the accommodated bearing plate body 72 can be controlled, and the reduction of the space occupation of the material receiving and placing device 7 is facilitated.

In the actual use process, the supporting plate 72 is rapidly retracted into the circular arc-shaped receiving groove 702 by the driving motor 73, so as to release the beverage bottle; that is, before the beverage bottle is not yet displaced, the support panel 72 is pulled out from under the beverage bottle, so that the beverage bottle release requirement can be met.

In the actual manufacturing process, two or more pulling arms 75 can be provided on the shaft 74 for pulling the support plate 72.

The two limiting groove bodies 712 are respectively provided with a strip chain in a sliding manner, the strip chain is composed of a plurality of sliding blocks which are sequentially hinged together, and two ends of each strip bearing plate 721 are connected with the sliding blocks on the two strip chains in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the mutual hinging of the strip bearing plates 721 can be realized, and the bearing plate body 72 can be installed in a sliding manner.

When the driving motor 73 works, the rotating shaft 74 is driven to rotate, then the traction swing arm 75 can swing, and then the bearing plate 72 can be driven by the traction swing arm 75, so that the bearing plate 72 can slide in the horizontal bearing groove 701 and the circular arc-shaped accommodating groove 702.

When the full-automatic small bottle stacking machine works, the rows of beverage bottles are conveyed to the bearing plate body 72 in a holding way through the holding and conveying device 6; after the rows of beverage bottles are placed on the support plate 72, the support plate 72 is wound in the circular arc-shaped storage groove 702 by the driving motor 73, so that the rows of beverage bottles can be neatly dropped on the lifting and receiving device 5.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the supporting plate 72 in the horizontal supporting slot 701; fig. 6 is a schematic view of the support plate 72 in the circular arc receiving groove 702.

As shown in fig. 1, the full-automatic small bottle stacking machine further includes a first stop lever 21, a second stop lever 22, and a third stop lever 23, the first stop lever 21 and the second stop lever 22 are arranged above the second conveying belt 2 side by side or are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying direction of the second conveying belt 2, and the length direction of the first stop lever 21 and the length direction of the second stop lever 22 are all in the same direction as the length direction of the second conveying belt 2, and the third stop lever 23 is arranged above the output end of the second conveying belt 2, and the length direction of the third stop lever 23 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of the second conveying belt 2. As shown in fig. 1, a lifting baffle 24 is arranged between the second conveyor belt 2 and the material receiving and discharging device 7, and the lifting baffle 24 and the first stop lever 21 are arranged side by side on the same side of the conveying direction of the second conveyor belt 2. Through the setting of lifting baffle 24, can play limiting displacement to the beverage bottle that moves on the second conveyer belt 2, and it can not influence and embrace the beverage bottle that normally transfers of send device 6.

The lifting baffle plate 24 is driven by an air cylinder to do lifting movement.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the full-automatic small bottle stacking machine further includes a material guiding frame 11, a material limiting frame 12, a third cylinder 13, and at least two stoppers 14, wherein the material guiding frame 11 is disposed above an input end of the first conveying belt 1, the material guiding frame 11 is provided with at least two material guiding channels 111 arranged side by side, and a guiding direction of the material guiding channels 111 is in the same direction as a conveying direction of the first conveying belt 1, the third cylinder 13 is vertically disposed above the first conveying belt 1, the material limiting frame 12 is vertically movably disposed above an output end of the first conveying belt 1, and the material limiting frame 12 is connected to a movable end of the third cylinder 13, the bottom of the material limiting frame 12 is provided with at least two material limiting cavity grooves 121 arranged side by side, and the material limiting cavity grooves 121 penetrate through a side wall of the material limiting frame 12, and the material limiting cavity grooves are communicated with the material guiding channels 111 one by one, the stoppers 14 are arranged above the first conveyor belt 1, and the stoppers 14 are located in the material limiting cavity grooves 121 in a one-to-one correspondence. Through the arrangement of the material guide frame 11 and the material limiting frame 12, beverage bottles can be arranged on the first conveying belt 1 in rows, so that the material pushing device 3 can push multiple rows of beverage bottles at a time, and the bottle stacking efficiency can be greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the material guiding frame 11 includes a plurality of material guiding rods or material guiding plates arranged side by side, and a material guiding channel 111 is formed between two adjacent material guiding rods or material guiding plates.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the material limiting frame 12 includes a plurality of material limiting rods or material limiting plates arranged side by side, and a material limiting cavity groove 121 is formed between two adjacent material limiting rods or material limiting plates.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the carrying device 6 includes a horizontal guide rail 61, a traction belt 62, a support bracket 63, a horizontal carriage 64, a front horizontal cylinder 65, a rear horizontal cylinder 66, a left horizontal cylinder 67, a front sliding frame 68, a rear sliding frame 69, a left sliding frame 610, a front vertical cylinder 620, a rear vertical cylinder 630, a left vertical cylinder 640, a right vertical cylinder 650, a front stop 660, a rear stop 670, a left stop 680, and a right stop 690, the horizontal guide rail 61 is disposed on the support bracket 63, the traction belt 62 is wound on the support bracket 63, the horizontal carriage 64 is slidably disposed on the horizontal guide rail 61, and the horizontal carriage 64 and the traction belt 62 are in driving connection, the front horizontal cylinder 65 and the rear horizontal cylinder 66 are respectively disposed on the horizontal carriage 64 in a longitudinal arrangement, the left horizontal cylinder 67 is disposed on the horizontal carriage 64 in a transverse arrangement, the front sliding frame 68 and the rear sliding frame 69 are respectively slidably disposed on the horizontal carriage 64 in a front-back direction, the front sliding frame 68 is connected with the movable end of the front horizontal cylinder 65, the rear sliding frame 69 is connected with the movable end of the rear horizontal cylinder 66, the left sliding frame 610 is arranged on the horizontal sliding frame 64 in a left-right sliding way, the left sliding frame 610 is connected with the movable end of the left horizontal cylinder 67, the front vertical cylinder 620 is vertically arranged on the front sliding frame 68, the rear vertical cylinder 630 is vertically arranged on the rear sliding frame 69, the left vertical cylinder 640 is vertically arranged on the left sliding frame 610, the right vertical cylinder 650 is vertically arranged on the horizontal sliding frame 64, the front stopper 660 and the rear stopper 670 are both arranged below the horizontal sliding frame 64, the front stopper 660 is positioned at the front side of the rear stopper 670, the front stopper 660 and the rear stopper 670 are respectively arranged below the horizontal sliding frame 64 together with the movable end of the front vertical cylinder 620 and the movable end of the rear vertical cylinder 630, the left stopper 680 and the right stopper 690, the left stopper 680 and the right stopper 690 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side between the front stopper 660 and the rear stopper 670, and the left stopper 680 and the right stopper 690 are respectively connected with the movable end of the left vertical cylinder 640 and the movable end of the right vertical cylinder 650. The overall structure design of the holding and conveying device 6 is very reliable, which is beneficial to improving the accuracy and reliability of clamping and conveying the beverage bottle, thereby being beneficial to improving the quality of bottle stacking.

The front stopper 660, the rear stopper 670, the left stopper 680 and the right stopper 690 are made of long plates or rods, the front stopper 660 and the rear stopper 670 are parallel, the left stopper 680 and the right stopper 690 are parallel, and the front stopper 660 and the left stopper 680 are perpendicular.

The traction belt 62 may be driven by a servo motor.

As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the lifting material receiving device 5 includes a frame 51, a material receiving plate frame 52, a chain 53, a servo motor 54, and a fourth air cylinder 55, wherein the servo motor 54 and the fourth air cylinder 55 are both disposed on the frame 51, and the fourth air cylinder 55 is vertically disposed, the chain 53 is wound on the frame 51, and the chain 53 is drivingly connected to the servo motor 54, the material receiving plate frame 52 is vertically movably disposed on the frame 51, and the material receiving plate frame 52 is connected to a movable end of the fourth air cylinder 55, and the material receiving plate frame 52 is connected to the chain 53, so that the material receiving plate frame 52 is driven by the chain 53 to vertically reciprocate. This lift receiving device 5's overall structure is very reliable, and can improve the bearing capacity of receiving panel frame 52 effectively through fourth cylinder 55 to help improving the suitability of full-automatic small-size sign indicating number bottle machine.

As shown in fig. 8, in an actual manufacturing process, the position limiting assembly 56 shown in fig. 8 can be used for limiting the position of the receiving plate frame 52 between the receiving plate frame 52 and the rack 51, so as to improve the accuracy and the stability of the vertical movement of the receiving plate frame 52. The limiting assembly 56 is composed of a plurality of rod groups, each rod group is composed of two cross-hinged connecting rods, each rod group is vertically arranged side by side, and the end parts of the connecting rods in the two adjacent rod groups are correspondingly hinged together, wherein the upper ends of the two connecting rods in the upper rod group are hinged to the bottom of the material receiving plate frame 52, and the upper ends of the two connecting rods in the lower rod group are hinged to the frame 51.
