Background

Along with the upgrading of the emission, the requirements on various performance indexes of the diesel engine are continuously improved. At present, the maximum detonation pressure index designed for diesel engines meeting the national Liu-b emission regulations is generally more than 20MPa, which leads to the increase of the wear failure rate of cylinder cushion and valve mechanism. Therefore, measures are required to enhance the rigidity of the cylinder head and enhance the sealing performance of the joint surface between the cylinder head and the cylinder block, thereby reducing the failure rate of the wear of the cylinder head gasket and the valve train.

It is known that there is a strain in force, and at high explosion pressures, deformation of the cylinder head is inevitable, especially at high cylinder head firing surfaces. And in the peripheral area of the cylinder cover bolt hole, the cylinder cover screw hole lug is directly compressed by the pretightening force of the bolt, so that the displacement of the cylinder cover bolt screw hole lug is relatively small.

At present, the common method for enhancing the rigidity of the cylinder cover is to thicken the thickness of a bottom plate 2 of an air sealing part or add a reinforcing rib 6 between two nail hole passing lugs of the cylinder cover, as shown in figure 3.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, a cylinder head includes a top plate 1, a bottom plate 2, two or more bolt hole lugs 5, and a valve guide lug 5. The top plate 1 is arranged above the bottom plate 2, and the two ends of the bolt hole lug 4 are respectively connected with the top plate 1 and the bottom plate 2. The valve guide lug 5 is arranged in the middle of the top plate 1. The bolt hole lugs 4 are respectively connected with the valve guide pipe lugs 5 through reinforcing ribs 6.
