According to the paint dipping device provided by the invention, the positioning spring is fixed through the cylindrical plate, the cylindrical spring is matched with the stop blocks, the stop blocks positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the limiting block extend out of the edge of the limiting block, so that the limiting block is limited, and the limiting block is prevented from being separated from the limiting groove through the stop plate.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical means, the creation features, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained with reference to fig. 1 to 9.

The manufacturing and coating process of the intelligent automobile parts uses an intelligent automobile part manufacturing and coating device, the intelligent automobile part manufacturing and coating device comprises a conveying device 1, a paint dipping device 2 and a drying device 3, and the specific method for manufacturing and coating the automobile parts by adopting the intelligent automobile part manufacturing and coating device is as follows:

s1, fixing the workpiece: the workpiece is fixed through a fixing frame 17, and at the moment, a first motor 15 drives a rotating disc 14 to rotate, so that a steel cable 16 is driven to move, and finally, the workpiece is driven to move rightwards;

s2, paint dipping movement: under the limitation of the V-shaped track 13, the fixed frame 17 drives the workpiece to move into the paint containing cylinder 23, so that the workpiece is subjected to paint dipping treatment, and the steel cable 16 continues to drive the workpiece to move rightwards, so that the workpiece subjected to paint dipping treatment is separated from paint in the paint containing cylinder 23;

s3, filtering and draining: the excess paint on the workpiece drops downwards and moves leftwards under the guidance of the liquid guide plate 26, and finally is filtered by the filter screen plate 27, so that the excess paint enters the paint containing barrel 23 through the drainage tube 28;

s4, drying and collecting: drying the surface of the workpiece by the drying device 3, so that the drying speed of the workpiece is increased, and finally the dried workpiece is collected;

a paint dipping device 2 is fixedly arranged on the lower side of the conveying device 1, and a drying device 3 is fixedly arranged on the right side of the conveying device 1;

the transportation device 1 comprises a support column 11, a waist-shaped track 12 and a V-shaped track 13, the horizontal working surface is uniformly and fixedly provided with a support column 11, the upper end surface of the support column 11 is fixedly provided with a kidney-shaped track 12, the middle part of the front side of the kidney-shaped track 12 is fixedly provided with a V-shaped track 13, the opposite end surfaces of the left side and the right side of the kidney-shaped track 12 are fixedly provided with fixed circular plates 124, the fixed circular plates 124 are rotatably connected with rotating circular plates 14, the lower end surface of the support column 11 on the right side is fixedly provided with a motor 1 15 through a motor base, an output shaft of the motor 15 is fixedly connected with the rotating circular plate 14 on the right side through a coupler, the rotating circular plates 14 on the left side and the right side are in transmission connection through steel cables 16, the rotating circular plates 14 are tightly attached to the steel cables 16, the steel cables 16 are uniformly and fixedly provided with the fixing frames 17, and the fixing frames 17 and the kidney-shaped track 12 as well as the fixing frames 17 and the V-shaped track 13 are connected in a sliding fit manner; the waist-shaped rail 12 is fixed through the support column 11, the V-shaped rail 13 is fixed through the waist-shaped rail 12, the waist-shaped rail 12 is matched with the V-shaped rail 13 to limit the movement track of the fixing frame 17, so that the fixing frame 17 is matched with the waist-shaped rail 12, the V-shaped rail 13 and the rotating disc 14 to limit the movement track of the steel cable 16, the first motor 15 is matched with the rotating disc 14 to drive the steel cable 16 to move, and the fixing frame 17 is driven to move in a rail formed by the waist-shaped rail 12 and the V-shaped rail 13.

The waist-shaped track 12 comprises a waist-shaped plate 121, a rotating column 122 and a lubricating ball 123, the waist-shaped plate 121 is fixedly mounted on the upper end surface of the support column 11, a waist-shaped through hole 1211 with a cross-shaped section is formed in the middle of the waist-shaped plate 121, the front end surface and the rear end surface of the inner side of the waist-shaped through hole 1211 are uniformly connected with the rotating column 122 in a rotating mode through a pin shaft along the circumferential direction, and the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the inner side of the waist-shaped through hole 1211 are uniformly connected with the lubricating ball 123 in a sliding fit mode along the circumferential direction; interference between the fixed frame 17 and the movement of the wire rope 16 is prevented by the kidney-shaped through hole 1211, the fixed frame 17 is guided, the rotating column 122 and the lubricating ball 123 are positioned by the kidney-shaped plate 121, and the friction force between the fixed frame 17 and the kidney-shaped plate 121 is reduced by the rotating column 122 and the lubricating ball 123.

The structure of the V-shaped track 13 is the same as that of the waist-shaped track 12, only the V-shaped track 13 is a V-shaped plate 131, and the middle part of the V-shaped plate 131 is provided with a V-shaped through hole 1311 with a cross-shaped section; because the V-shaped track 13 and the kidney-shaped track 12 have different shapes, the V-shaped track 13 is a V-shaped plate 131, and a V-shaped through hole 1311 with a cross-shaped cross section is formed in the middle of the V-shaped plate 131, so that the V-shaped through hole 1311 prevents interference with the movement of the fixing frame 17 and the cable 16, and guides the fixing frame 17.

The rotating disc 14 comprises a circular plate 141, an extrusion spring 142, an arc cylinder 143, an arc column 144, an arc baffle 145, a limiting spring 146, an arc block 147 and an extrusion ball 148, the fixed circular plate 124 is rotatably connected with the circular plate 141, the extrusion spring 142 is uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer end surface of the circular plate 141 along the circumferential direction, the arc cylinder 143 is fixedly installed at the tail end of the extrusion spring 142, the arc column 144 is rotatably connected in the arc cylinder 143 through a pin shaft, the arc baffle 145 is fixedly installed on the outer end surface of the upper side of the circular plate 141, the limiting spring 146 is uniformly and fixedly installed on the lower end surface of the arc baffle 145, the arc block 147 is fixedly installed at the tail end of the limiting spring 146, and the extrusion ball 148 is connected in the arc block 147 in a sliding fit manner; the extrusion spring 142 is fixed through the circular plate 141, when the steel cable 16 is worn due to multiple uses, thereby the steel cable 16 cannot be tightly attached to the circular plate 141, the arc-shaped column 144 on the arc-shaped cylinder 143 is tightly attached to the steel cable 16 through the extrusion force of the extrusion spring 142, thereby the steel cable 16 is ensured not to be separated from the circular plate 141, the friction force between the steel cable 16 and the circular plate 141 is reduced through the arc-shaped column 144, the upper end and the lower end of the steel cable 16 are limited and guided through the arc-shaped baffle 145, the extrusion ball 148 is tightly contacted with the steel cable 16 through the matching of the limiting spring 146 and the arc-shaped block 147, and the steel cable 16 is guided.

The fixing frame 17 comprises an annular plate 170, a cross-shaped block 171, a glass plate 172, a fixing column 173, a C-shaped plate 174, an electromagnetic plate 175, a waterproof film 176, a positioning column 177, a fixing spring 178, a fan-shaped block 179 and a sponge block 180, an annular groove is formed in the steel cable 16 along the circumferential direction, the annular plate 170 is fixedly installed on the annular groove, the cross-shaped block 171 is fixedly installed on the lower end face of the annular plate 170, the cross-shaped block 171 is connected with the kidney-shaped rail 12 and the cross-shaped block 171 is connected with the V-shaped rail 13 in a sliding fit manner, the glass plate 172 is fixedly installed on the outer end face of the cross-shaped block 171, the fixing column 173 is fixedly installed on the lower end face of the cross-shaped block 171, the C-shaped plate 174 is fixedly installed on the lower end face of the fixing column 173, the electromagnetic plate 175 is fixedly installed on one end of the inner side of the C-shaped plate 174, the waterproof film 176 is fixedly installed on the tail end of the electromagnetic plate 175, a circular through hole is formed in the middle of the other end of the C-shaped plate 174, a positioning column 177 is connected in the circular through hole in a sliding fit mode, the positioning column 177 is a stepped column, a fixed spring 178 is fixedly installed on the outer end face of the positioning column 177, a fan-shaped block 179 is fixedly installed at the tail end of the fixed spring 178, and a sponge block 180 is fixedly installed on the outer end face of the fan-shaped block 179; fix cross-shaped piece 171 through annular plate 170, fix glass plate 172 through cross-shaped piece 171, reduce the frictional force between cross-shaped piece 171 and waist shape board 121 and cross-shaped piece 171 and V-arrangement board 131 through glass plate 172, fix C-arrangement board 174 through fixed column 173, after fixing a position the work piece through reference column 177, energize electromagnetic plate 175, thereby make electromagnetic plate 175 fix reference column 177, prevent electromagnetic plate 175 and paint contact through waterproofing membrane 176, and because waterproofing membrane 176 is thinner, consequently can not influence the magnetism of electromagnetic plate 175, cooperate with fan-shaped piece 179 through fixed spring 178, make sponge block 180 and the downthehole wall in the work piece in close contact with, make the downthehole wall on the work piece all contact with paint, thereby make the work piece surface completely contact with paint.

The paint dipping device 2 comprises a circular cylinder 21, a cylindrical spring 22, a paint containing cylinder 23, a limiting block 24, a paint inlet pipe 25, a liquid guide plate 26, a filter screen plate 27 and a drainage pipe 28, the lower side of the transportation device 1 is fixedly provided with the circular cylinder 21, the upper end face of the circular cylinder 21 is fixedly provided with the cylindrical spring 22, the upper end face of the cylindrical spring 22 is fixedly provided with the paint containing cylinder 23, the outer end face of the paint containing cylinder 23 is uniformly and fixedly provided with the limiting block 24 along the circumferential direction, the limiting block 24 is connected with the circular cylinder 21 in a sliding fit manner, the upper end face of the circular cylinder 21 is fixedly provided with the paint inlet pipe 25, the lower end face of the paint inlet pipe 25 extends into the paint containing cylinder 23, the left and right end faces of the circular cylinder 21 are fixedly provided with the liquid guide plate 26, the inner end face of the left side of the liquid guide plate 26 is fixedly provided with the filter screen plate 27, the left end face of the liquid guide plate 26 is fixedly provided with the drainage pipe 28, and the lower end face of the drainage pipe 28 extends into the paint containing cylinder 23; the cylindrical spring 22 is fixed by the cylindrical barrel 21, the paint container 23 is fixed by the cylindrical spring 22, when the paint content in the paint containing cylinder 23 is reduced along with the increase of the paint dipping times of the workpiece, the elastic force of the cylindrical spring 22 is utilized to drive the paint containing cylinder 23 to move upwards, so that the height of the paint liquid level is improved, the limiting block 24 is matched with the circular cylinder 21, the paint container 23 is guided and is stressed in a balanced manner in the process of moving in the vertical direction, so that the paint container 23 is prevented from inclining, when the height of the paint liquid level in the paint containing cylinder 23 is less than the height of the workpiece, the paint is introduced into the paint containing cylinder 23 through the paint inlet pipe 25, redundant paint liquid attached to the surface of the workpiece is guided by the liquid guide plate 26, filtered by the filter screen plate 27 and finally flows into the paint containing barrel 23 through the drainage tube 28, so that the use efficiency of the paint is improved.

The circular cylinder 21 comprises a circular cylinder plate 211, a positioning spring 212, a stop block 213 and a stop plate 214, the circular cylinder plate 211 is fixedly mounted at the lower side of the transportation device 1, limiting grooves are uniformly formed in the inner end surface of the circular cylinder plate 211 along the circumferential direction, the limiting grooves correspond to the limiting blocks 24 one by one, the positioning spring 212 is uniformly and fixedly mounted on the inner end surface of each limiting groove, the stop block 213 is fixedly mounted at the tail end of each positioning spring 212, a circular bead is formed in the outer end surface of each stop block 213, and the stop plate 214 is fixedly mounted on the inner end surface of the upper side of each limiting groove; fixing positioning spring 212 through cylinder board 211, cooperating with dog 213 through cylindrical spring 22, dog 213 that is located stopper 24 upper and lower both sides stretches out stopper 24 edge to spacing stopper 24 carries out spacingly, prevents through keeping off a board 214 that stopper 24 and spacing recess break away from.

The limiting block 24 comprises a rectangular block 241, a ball 242 and a rubber plate 243, the rectangular block 241 is uniformly and fixedly installed on the outer end face of the paint container 23 along the circumferential direction, the ball 242 is uniformly connected to the outer end face of the rectangular block 241 in a sliding fit manner, and the rubber plate 243 is fixedly installed on the upper end face of the rectangular block 241; the ball 242 is positioned by the rectangular block 241, the rubber plate 243 is fixed, the friction force between the cylindrical plate 211 and the rectangular block 241 is reduced by the ball 242, and the impact force generated when the rectangular block 241 contacts with the stopper plate 214 is reduced by the rubber plate 243, so that the service life of the rectangular block 241 is prolonged.

The drying device 3 comprises an air inlet plate 31, an air blowing head 32, an air inlet pipe 33, a heating cylinder 34, an air pump 35 and a filtering plate 36, the air inlet plate 31 is fixedly installed on the front end face and the rear end face of the right side of the transporting device 1, the inclined air blowing heads 32 are uniformly and fixedly installed on the opposite end faces of the air inlet plates 31 on the front side and the rear side, the air inlet pipe 33 is fixedly installed on the lower end face of the air inlet plate 31, the heating cylinder 34 is fixedly installed on the inner end face of the upper side of the air inlet pipe 33, the air pump 35 is fixedly installed on the lower side of the air inlet pipe 33, and the filtering plate 36 is fixedly installed on the lower end face of the air inlet pipe 33; fix blowhead 32 through air inlet plate 31, let in intake pipe 33 with external gas through air pump 35, prevent through filter 36 that impurity in the gas from getting into intake pipe 33 to influence the quality of the lacquer coating on workpiece surface, heat gas through cartridge heater 34, thereby will blow to the work piece through the gas after the heating of blowhead 32, thereby accelerate the drying rate of work piece.
