The invention relates to a molding method of a device for ultrahigh-pressure water expansion and vacuum assisted molding of a clamp-press type pipe fitting, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

(1) Separating the upper die body and the lower die body, replacing the upper forming module and the lower forming module corresponding to the forming size according to the requirement, and installing the upper forming module and the lower forming module in an upper die changing cavity and a lower die changing cavity of the upper die body and the lower die body;

(2) Placing the pipe fitting on the lower die body, and enabling the left end and the right end of the pipe fitting to be respectively arranged in the left pipe fitting jack and the right pipe fitting jack, so that the belt forming part of the pipe fitting is completely positioned in the forming cavity;

(3) buckling the upper die body and the lower die body together, and installing sealing mechanisms at two ends of the buckled upper die body and lower die body;

(4) Inserting a left punching needle and a right punching needle into the left end and the right end of the pipe fitting respectively and completely sealing the pipe orifice of the pipe fitting;

(5) filling water into the pipe fitting through a high-pressure water injection hole of the right punching needle, exhausting gas in the pipe fitting through an exhaust hole on the left punching needle in the early stage of injection, and starting to inject high-pressure water after exhausting; meanwhile, opening a cavity exhaust electromagnetic valve, and closing the cavity exhaust electromagnetic valve after exhausting air in the molding cavity; and starting a vacuum pump, pumping the inside of the forming cavity into a negative pressure state sequentially through the upper vacuumizing channel, the lower vacuumizing channel and the vacuum pipeline until the pipe fitting is expanded in the forming cavity under the action of negative pressure and high-pressure water until the pipe fitting is completely attached to the forming cavity, and finishing the precise forming processing of the complex curved surface or the small pipe diameter of the pipe fitting.

preferably, the installing the sealing mechanism in the step (3) includes the steps of:

a. firstly, respectively sleeving a left annular sealing ring mounting plate and a right annular sealing ring mounting plate at the left end and the right end of a pipe fitting, and enabling the small-diameter ends of the left silica gel sealing ring and the right silica gel sealing ring to be oppositely arranged;

b. sleeving a left core ring on the pipe fitting from the left side, inserting the left core body into the left extrusion groove, and installing the left core ring on the outer end faces of the left sides of the upper and lower die bodies which are buckled together through a left annular flange and a left flange installation bolt; the right core ring is sleeved on the pipe fitting from the right side, the right core body is inserted into the right extrusion groove, and the right core ring is arranged on the outer end faces of the right sides of the upper die body and the lower die body which are buckled together through a right annular flange and a right flange mounting bolt;

c. The left end cover is sleeved on the pipe fitting through the left sleeve hole and is arranged on the left side of the left core ring; each left extrusion push rod is inserted into the left extrusion push hole;

the right end cover is sleeved on the pipe fitting through the right sleeve hole and is arranged on the right side of the right core ring; each right side extrusion push rod is inserted into the right side extrusion push hole;

d. starting the left side extrusion driving cylinder, extruding the left end cover from left to right, pushing the left side annular sealing ring by the left side extrusion pushing hole, and inserting the left end of the left side silica gel sealing ring into the left side sealing extrusion gap;

The right side is started to extrude the driving cylinder, the right end cover is extruded from right to left, the right side extruding and pushing hole can push the right side annular sealing ring, and then the right end of the right side silica gel sealing ring is inserted into the right side sealing and extruding gap.

compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the device for ultrahigh-pressure water expansion and vacuum assisted molding of a clamp-press type pipe fitting comprises a molding die, a left punching needle and a right punching needle; the forming die comprises an upper die body and a lower die body, wherein an upper die cavity is formed in the upper die body, and a lower die cavity is formed in the lower die body; after the upper die body and the lower die body are buckled oppositely, the upper die cavity and the lower die cavity are enclosed to form a forming cavity, and a left pipe fitting insertion opening and a right pipe fitting insertion opening are respectively arranged on two sides of the forming cavity; the left punching needle and the right punching needle can respectively plug the left pipe orifice and the right pipe orifice of the pipe fitting from the left end and the right end, the left punching needle is provided with an in-pipe exhaust hole, and the right punching needle is provided with a high-pressure water injection hole; an in-pipe exhaust electromagnetic valve is arranged on the in-pipe exhaust hole; the high-pressure water injection hole is connected with a high-pressure water source through a high-pressure water injection valve and a high-pressure water guide pipe.

the using method of the invention comprises the following steps:

(5) filling water into the pipe fitting through a high-pressure water injection hole of the right punching needle, exhausting gas in the pipe fitting through an exhaust hole on the left punching needle in the early stage of injection, and starting to inject high-pressure water after exhausting; meanwhile, opening a cavity exhaust electromagnetic valve, and closing the cavity exhaust electromagnetic valve after exhausting air in the molding cavity; and starting a vacuum pump, pumping the inside of the forming cavity into a negative pressure state sequentially through the upper vacuumizing channel, the lower vacuumizing channel and the vacuum pipeline until the pipe fitting is expanded in the forming cavity under the action of negative pressure and high-pressure water until the pipe fitting is completely attached to the forming cavity, and finishing the precise forming processing of the complex curved surface or the small pipe diameter of the pipe fitting.
