When the manual button 41 is pressed, the counter 4 sends a signal to the control relay 6, when the priority is weaker than the current value which is the set value, the counter 4 sends a signal to the control relay 6, the latter is used for controlling the air cylinder 51 to open a workpiece, and the signal for controlling the air cylinder 51 to open the workpiece is sent out only when the current value which is the set value; therefore, when the current value is less than the set value, the clamp 5 cannot be opened no matter how the manual button 6 is pressed, and when the current value is equal to the set value, the counter 4 may automatically cut off the signal from the manual button 41, and the counter 4 may send a signal to the control relay 6 to control the clamp 5 to be opened.
