With further reference to fig. 2 and fig. 4, a left slide rail 69 is disposed on a surface of the left protection groove 61 away from the conveyor belt roller 12, and a left rack 59 is disposed on a side of the left slide rail 69 away from the conveyor belt roller 12; the left sliding block connecting rod 43 penetrates through the left sliding rail 69 and extends into one end of the left sliding rail 69 to be fixed with a left rolling shell sliding block 42, one side, far away from the left sliding rail 69, of the left rolling shell sliding block 42 is fixed with an L-shaped left rolling shell fixing rod 41, the other end of the left rolling shell fixing rod 41 is fixedly connected with a left rolling shell 62, a left driving shaft 56 is arranged below the inner part of the lower end of the left rolling shell 62, one side, close to the conveyor belt roller 12, of the left driving shaft 56 extends out of the left rolling shell 62, a left transmission gear 57 is sleeved outside the part, extending out of the left rolling shell 62, and the left transmission gear 57 is meshed with the left rack 59; the inside levogyration roller 54 that is provided with above left driving shaft 56 of left roll shell 62, realize power transmission through being provided with left drive belt 55 between levogyration roller 54 and the left driving shaft 56, the overcoat of levogyration roller 54 is equipped with left live-rollers 53, and left roll shell 62 upper portion is the semicircle, and semicircle array is provided with 5 levogyration rollers 53 in the semicircle of left roll shell 62, connects through gear engagement between every left live-rollers 53.

With further reference to fig. 2 and 3, a left slide rail 69 is disposed on a surface of the right protection groove 37 away from the conveyor belt roller 12; the left sliding block connecting rod 43 penetrates through the left sliding rail 69 and extends into one end of the left sliding rail 69 to be fixed with a right rolling shell sliding block 36, one side, far away from the left sliding rail 69, of the right rolling shell sliding block 36 is fixed with an L-shaped right rolling shell fixing rod 35, the other end of the right rolling shell fixing rod 35 is fixedly connected with a right rolling shell 63, a right driving shaft 51 is arranged below the inner part of the lower end of the right rolling shell 63, one side, close to the conveyor belt roller 12, of the right driving shaft 51 extends out of the right rolling shell 63, a right transmission gear 52 is sleeved on the part, extending out of the right rolling shell 63, of the right driving shaft 51, and the right transmission gear 52 is meshed with the right rack 60; the inside right rotation roller shaft 49 that is provided with above the right driving shaft 51 of right side roll shell 63, through being provided with right drive belt 50 between right rotation roller shaft 49 and the right driving shaft 51 and realizing power transmission, the overcoat of right side rotation roller shaft 49 is equipped with right rotation roller 48, and right side roll shell 63 upper portion is the semicircle, and semicircle array is provided with 5 right rotation rollers 48 in the semicircle of right side roll shell 63, connects through gear engagement between every right rotation roller 48.

Further, with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a belt scraper 44 is disposed on one side of the belt drum 12 away from the washing machine inner cylinder 10, scraper fixing rods 45 are disposed on two sides of the belt scraper 44, the two scraper fixing rods 45 are respectively fixedly connected with the outer sides of the right protection groove 37 and the left protection groove 61, and a residue recovery barrel 46 for collecting residue is disposed below the belt scraper 44.

Principle of operation

Firstly, the main motor 34 is started, the output end of the main motor 34 drives the transmission roller shaft 39 to rotate, and the rotation of the transmission roller shaft 39 enables the conveyor belt roller 12 to rotate so as to drive the whole conveyor belt 65 to move;

the movement of the transmission belt 65 drives the left sliding block connecting rod 43 connected with the left sliding block connecting rod through the transmission belt hard plate 66 to move, thereby driving the left rolling shell sliding block 42 and the right rolling shell sliding block 36 at the tail end of the left sliding block connecting rod 43 to move along the eccentric gear 40, the movement of the left rolling shell sliding block 42 enables the left rolling shell 62 to move together through the left rolling shell fixing rod 41 connected with the left rolling shell sliding block 42, in the moving process of the left rolling shell 62, the left transmission gear 57 rotates and drives the left driving shaft 56 to rotate in the moving process due to the meshing connection between the left transmission gear 57 at one side of the left rolling shell 62 and the left rack 59 at the lower side, the left driving shaft 56 drives the left rotating roller shaft 54 at the upper side to rotate and finally enables the left rotating roller 53 to rotate through the left transmission belt 55, in the moving process of the right rolling shell 63, the right transmission gear 52 rotates and drives the right transmission gear 52 to rotate and drive the right rack 60 at the lower side due to mesh connection between the right transmission gear 52 at one side of the right rolling shell 63 and the right rack 60 at the lower side The driving shaft 51 rotates, and the right driving shaft 51 drives the right rotating roller shaft 49 positioned above to rotate through the right transmission belt 50, so that the right rotating roller 48 finally rotates; the washing machine inner drum 10 placed above the left rolling shell 62 and the right rolling shell 63 is rotated in the horizontal direction under the combined action of the left rolling shell 62 and the right rolling shell 63;

the rotation of the transmission roller shaft 39 also drives the eccentric gear 40 arranged in the left protection groove 61 to rotate, so that the connecting rod arranged outside the eccentric gear 40 moves, the transmission belt hard plate 66 arranged in the coating mechanism moving hydraulic cylinder 33 is driven to draw hydraulic oil outwards to move the lower coating mechanism fixing rod 32 towards the washing machine inner cylinder 10, the lower coating pipe 23 connected with the lower coating mechanism fixing rod 32 is driven to move inwards, the control bulge 27 arranged at the lower end of the lower coating pipe 23 is contacted with the control lug 29 in the moving process of the lower coating pipe 23 and is pressed into the lower coating pipe 23 to enable the lower air baffle plate 25 to contract and open the lower coating cavity 24, then the coating powder in the lower coating container 20 is sprayed out under the action of the lower air pressure pump 21 to coat the inner surface of the washing machine inner cylinder 10 by adding static electricity through the lower static electricity adding wire 26, and simultaneously, as the control bulge 27 is pressed to contract the upper air baffle plate 17 connected with the upper air baffle plate through the linkage rod 64, coating powder in the upper coating container 15 is sprayed out by the upper air pressure pump 14, and is added with static electricity through the upper static electricity adding wire 19 to perform powder spraying on the outer surface of the inner drum 10 of the washing machine;

because the added static electricity is not necessarily enough, part of the powder can not be adsorbed after being sprayed out of the lower coating pipe 23 and the upper coating pipe 16 and then falls downwards, the powder passes through the static electricity additional net 47 and then is attached again, so that adsorption is realized below, the part of the powder which can not be adsorbed continues to move upwards and fall downwards along with the rotation of the inner drum 10 of the washing machine, the other part of the powder falls into the surface of the transmission belt 65 below along the holes on the surface of the inner drum 10 of the washing machine, and the powder can not be adsorbed because the surface of the transmission belt 65 is made of rubber materials, is transmitted by the transmission belt 65 and finally is scraped by the transmission belt scraper 44 and falls into the residual material recovery barrel 46 below to complete recovery.
