Background

The main bearing area of the container is the bottom plate, and the container manufacturing industry requires that the bottom plate has high mechanical property, appearance quality, impact resistance and aging resistance. The existing container bottom plate category comprises a container bottom plate made of all wood and a bamboo-wood composite container bottom plate. The container bottom plate of all-wood needs to consume a large amount of hard wood, the growth cycle of the hard wood is long, and a large amount of felling causes very bad influence on the environment. With the increasing attention of human beings on environmental protection, wooden container bottom plates slowly quit the market and are replaced by bamboo-wood composite container bottom plates. At present, the structures formed by compounding the radial bamboo curtain, the chordwise bamboo curtain, the bamboo bundle curtain and the wood veneer are more common in the market. Patent document CN103934865A discloses a novel bamboo bundle container bottom plate and a production method thereof, wherein the structure is that bamboo bundle layers are matched vertically and horizontally, and impregnated paper or a veneering film is coated on the surface and the bottom. It has the following problems:

(1) it is difficult to arrange bamboo bundles of one piece having a non-uniform width and not particularly good flatness into bamboo bundle layers in the production process.

(2) The bamboo bundles are criss-cross, so that gaps among the bamboo bundles are large, and the overall strength of the bottom plate of the bamboo bundle container is further influenced.

(3) The impregnated paper or the veneering film is directly placed on the upper surface and the lower surface of the surface bamboo bundle layer and the bottom bamboo bundle layer, so that the gap of the surface bamboo bundle of the bottom plate is overlarge, and the quality of the surface bamboo bundle layer and the bottom bamboo bundle layer cannot meet the requirement of the bottom plate of the container.

Disclosure of Invention
