grading the tobacco leaves according to relevant standards, and inputting relevant information into a two-dimensional code inputting, manufacturing and printing system 6, wherein the two-dimensional code inputting, manufacturing and printing system 6 comprises an inputting device on a panel 11, the inputting device comprises a display, a keyboard and a code scanning gun, the code scanning gun can scan information on a cigarette box and record information of batches, production places, warehousing time and the like of the tobacco leaves, and the conditions of color, moisture, oil marks, worm damage, mildew and the like of the sample can be input through the keyboard;

after grading, the clamping mechanism 2 is matched with the moving mechanism 3 to clamp the tobacco leaves, and the tobacco leaves are brought above the opening 111 of the panel 11;

after the tobacco leaves move to the upper part of the opening 111, the lifting mechanism acts to slowly place the tobacco leaves into the bag opening, and at the moment, the bag opening of the packing bag 47 is already retracted by the electric sucker 8;

after the tobacco leaves are put into the packaging bag 47, the tobacco leaves are driven by the first pulling roller 44 and the second pulling roller 45 to move to the template 465 of the hot melting assembly 46 for hot melting sealing and cutting; the print head of the two-dimensional code entry, production and printing system 6 is disposed on top of the template 465, and after or while sealing, the two-dimensional code can be printed on the package 47.
